Very nice people, I ordered tires and the next day I had an appointment set up to install them. I did not have to wait a week for the tires to be delivered like some other places. I thought they had very fair pricing.Overall, I would reccomend them!

Make sure they change your valve stems on your tires when you get a new tire because they don t automatically do it. Had a brand new tire put on because of a blow out, they put on a brand new tire and didn t change my stem so 8 days later and after traveling across 3 states my brand new tire was flat because of the valve stem. So that was an expense I shouldn t have occurred. I called and she said they don t change them out if they don t look bad and Firestone told me it was dry rotted and probably caused my blowout to begin with. Also they changed out my stater which I appreciate but now my heat is stuck on extremely hot. I called but couldn t go back for them to look at it because I moved the following day.

We were traveling from Florida and got a screw in our tire. We stopped by for a repair and they took immediate care of us. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff and the shop has a very unique vibe full of history and character. We highly recommend them.

I used Helton Tire for the first time in February 2024, after good recommendations. They completed a brake job on my Toyota Camry. I have always used dealer service. I was very pleased with the service from Helton s! Their assessment and quote was well doccumented, easy to understand and equal or better than a dealers. I highly recommend their service and will be back!

Eddie at helton was super informative, friendly and reassuring! I was very happy with the speed of service, I dropped my car off an hour before my appointment time since I had to go to work and they texted me 30 minutes after my appointment time that my car was done! The team made me feel very taken care of and I will always recommend Helton and their team! Thanks guys!!

I was in the customer service business for 45 years. I came to Helton s today as a first time customer, for an alignment, and this was by far the best customer service that I have gotten in ANY business in the last 10+years. I was 30 minutes early and they apologized they could not get me in. I said no problem since I was early and I came back. When I came in the 2nd time one of the gentleman came over, introduced himself, shook my hand and again apologized for not being able to accommodate me (because I was 30 minutes EARLY and they were busy). Their waiting area is cozy and welcoming like you stepped back in time. They promptly took the car at the time of my appointment and were finished within 30 minutes. They showed me what was wrong with the alignment and then atleast 3 people thanked me for coming in. In this day of rude people, it is nice to see a business put out the effort to show customers they appreciate them. Well done!

I got a fair deal for my new tires and brakes yesterday. Effective immediately, Helton will replace North Georgia Toyota as my CarFax service center. The people were prompt and courteous.

So my caliper bolt fell out of my passage side on the truck one morning and damaged the caliper. Took it to HELTON TIRE to have it replaced and to have them check out why my truck was pulling to the right ..$2,600 later they said I had to replace lower control arm, ball joint, tie rod, multiple boots, new brakes BOTH sides was already brand new tho , BOTH Rotors both sides was already brand new and that was just to make it run able, and OWNER said my truck would had been fixed by 5pm that day, I got there and was told by the technician that it would be maybe lunch the following day, guess what .got the truck back and still has a slight pull BUT hey atleast the caliper bolt did get changed. Talked to other mechanics and they all said the same thing most of that work wasn t needed and just a cash grab. And the parts should had only costed $700 max for all that. Ask them to make it right and all that was offered was to give me back my brakes and caliper that was only a couple days old and still under warranty with advance auto since I had my receipts.

Surely Dalton s finest. Maybe Georgia s finest. How often does an auto shop seem the gem of a city? At least once if you take your car to Helton.Sounds romantic for a mechanic. But honestly, just walk in and experience the lobby and you ll see what I mean.I m hauling my cars from 30m away to bring them here from now on.

These guys are not bad at what they do! They get you in and out as fast as possible, the staff are friendly and answer to each and every question you may have! The work environment they keep here is awesome, with the fast and friendly service they provide I'm sure they will outlast the competition!

What a great bunch of people, great customer service and great atmosphere. I honestly love the humor the 3 inside the office hold. They also play some great music inside while you wait !My tires came in and even tho I was late getting there, because I was asleep when they texted and was planning to go out later that night for my birthday I asked if I could still come today and they told me to come on down and they'll get my 4 tires and alignment done the same day even tho I'm sure tomorrow would have been better for them! Anyone else would have told me to take a hike and come back tomorrowI highly recommend these bunch , service like this is hard to find I'm grateful to have them as a reliable honest tire shop.Pricing was great , I left feeling like I didn't get ripped off and got an amazing deal. You also get a free alignment when you buy 4 tires ! I know thats like a $120 value , what a breath of fresh air coming here.I highly recommend Helton Tire Of Dalton Ga

Always choose Helton tire! They are great to do business with!! They do right by the customers and always do great work! They are super friendly as well!! They we re balancing my tires and noticed where local Toyota place bent my dust shield where oil gets changed and they worked and tried to bend it back to original shape!! I definitely recommend them..

Probably won t be back. Got an alignment for them to tell me my tie rod was bad. Which was fine but why charge me for an alignment when you couldn t do all of them because of the bad tie rod. Now I m having to pay to fix my tie rod plus an additional alignment!

I've been an ASE certified master technician for almost 20 years and I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my work and I'm not easily impressed at all, but these folks and the work I've had the pleasure of having them perform on my personal vehicles, has been nothing less than stellar, and i appreciate them more than any Google review could ever express. Great deals and great work from great people!!!!

They tinted the windows to my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. Great customer service and very easy to book an appointment for a Saturday morning. Complimentary ball cap was a bonus!

Vehicle was started on immediately on arrival. Service was phenomenal! They made sure to give clear instructions for follow up after lift install, and ended the experience the old school way of a handshake and invitation back.

Man I can t say enough good things about this place. I just moved to the Dalton area and have a 2019 Tacoma that I treat as my child. I do a lot of off-roading and traveling for my hobbies which requires a lot of maintenance. I recently got new suspension from Helton, and it was such a pleasant experience. First, the business is so cute and has such a homey feel. Brian listened to my concerns and knew exactly what I needed and sold it smoothly. He knew exactly what I needed. Colt was also very knowledgable and friendly and made me feel at home. My new suspension makes me feel like I m in a brand new truck, and it handles so smoothly on the crazy trails I take it on. I ll be back for all of my service needs from here forward.

As a territory sales manager, my livelihood depends on my service to customers so I understand what is needed. Helton Tire has elevated my every expectation of service. I was treated like a customer should be treated and shown a hometown courtesy like I haven t in a long time. The fair prices, fast work and clean welcoming environment made me comfortable. The friendly atmosphere is a new old kind of feel. Color me impressed.Aaron Ward, Will Posey and Colt Helton know what it takes. This is now my tire guy Way to go Helton Tire!

Colt Helton went out of his way to help me with a slow leak in my tire. Turns out it was a sewing needle stuck in the tire. He had it fixed in less than 20 minutes so I could get back to work. I asked how much I owed. No charge just give me a 5 star review he said. If I could I'd give you a 10 star review. Definitely will be doing future business with you Colt.

I had a coupon for a free oil change and I m so glad it brought me here. The atmosphere is amazing! Cleanliness, great music, cool vibes, etc. All the dudes inside were respectful and kind. They did a minor inspection overall to keep me in the loop about what s going on with my car, which I greatly appreciated it! Can t say enough how much I enjoyed my time here just waiting haha. Check these guys out! They are expanding and have a second location down the road as well!

When I pulled out of the office earlier this week my tire pressure light immediately came on. I pulled into Helton to have them take a look at it and they found a screw causing an air leak. I was in and out in 20 minutes and enjoyed the atmosphere and conversations inside while waiting. Will definitely be back in the future!

Bought New tires online and had them delivered to my house. Was waiting to get money to put them on. While doing so the right front started going flat. I put fix a flat in it to just get it home and back to them the next day. . Sent my wife because I had to work and they told her the fix a flat messed up the sensor. Had them to put a new sensor and the two front tires on that day. Waited until the next week and had the two back one's put on. The left back tire started leaking down a couple of days later and I called them and told them. They said bring it back and we'll check it. They told me my new tire had a knot on it and was leaking from it. So I bought a new tire from them. . A couple of days later it starts leaking down. I take it back to them and they say the sensor is leaking because it's cracked. I said I just had it here because it was leaking down and you said it was my tire. Now you're telling me it's my sensor. They said what have you hit with it? I said nothing. Nor had I with the other tire y'all said was leaking. They changed my sensor and it's doing ok so far. Now the sensor in the right front that they supposedly put in started leaking. I had it checked at the dealership. It was cracked. They put me a regular stim in it for nothing. I did not go back to Helton to get it checked out and will never be back again. They cracked my sensors and busted my tire over inflating it because they did. Never again. I had Taylor tire to put me a new sensor in the right front and it's doing fine. They even said they don't have a warranty per day, but if something goes wrong with it within the year they'll fix it free. That's how business should be done. Again, never again Helton Tire.

Colt is absolutely phenomenal. Helton Tires and their customer service is, hands down, the best around Dalton and all the way to Chattanooga. SUPPORT LOCAL!!! They are great hearted people and do SO MUCH for the community too!!
