This place scratched my new black wheels and refused to fix manager lied to corporate saying they were out of box when I have pictures of boxes stacked up unopened in the shop.Area manage of this store is worthless if you have black wheels STAY AWAY!They don t know how to clamp wheel correctly or install without scratching.

So, you've seen National Lampoons Christmas Vacation right? Basically this holiday trip became that, everythings gone car crazy. But, these guys came in clutch! Not only did they fix the issue in a short amount of time but they also went out and purchased the parts to complete the job in one day! Solid set of dudes that deserve your patronage. We had hit a curb and destroyed my driver side front wheel. They took care of the wheel and made sure I got out back on the road within the day. Best experience ever at a shop!

Stopped by late in the day on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.My tire had screw in it that needed to be repaired.Rick Layne, the store manager in Dalton Georgia made sure my repair was done in a timely fashion and kept me up to date on the repair.Great customer service. We would definitely use this store in the future.

I can t say enough good things about manager Rick Layne and the guys at this Goodyear location. I was passing through Dalton when I ran over something resulting in two very damaged tires. After waiting on what seemed like forever for AAA to send a tow truck, I was told one had not been sent and I might want to try and find my own while I was waiting. Not being familiar with Dalton I had no idea what tow service to call. I called Rick back at Goodyear and he gave me their 800 tow service number. Within 30 minutes the guy was there and got me to the tire center by 6:00pm. Everyone there was great. They got my tires replaced and had me back on the road about an hour after I arrived. If I lived in Dalton, this is where I would go for all my tire needs. Also thanks to S & M auto repair and towing for getting to me so quickly.You all saved the day! Thank you so much!

I took my car in for an issue tied to my brakes. Noel and Rick were incredibly helpful and diligent in locating the problem, fixing it in a timely manner, and in ensuring that my car was finally driving and operating correctly. They were absolutely wonderful.

I was new to town a year ago and needed a place to get my brakes done and oil changed. I've been back several times. Every time I have been treated very well. They take care of what I need and do not try to sell me things I don't. I highly recommend and I will be back!

I was at the Goodyear shop in Dalton ga today had my brakes and battery replaced, Eric the work did a excellent job with my car he really takes pride in his job! Rick the manager was great he has excellent customer service skills and answers all questions I had! I will definitely be going back! Would give this place more than five stars if possible!

I took my car in yesterday due to a hole in the tire. I have it marked and could see bubbles coming out when using Fix-a-flat. Anyway I took it in, as it was under warranty for them. They told me they could not see it leaking anywhere at all and gave it back. This morning I was met with, yet again, my tire being flat like I told them it would. Incredibly unprofessional, do not waste your time with them. They took way longer than they stated(by several hours, no joke) a year ago to change all my tires as well.

I always go to Goodyear and I always have a positive experience! Charles is always the one who takes my information and then ges me checked out. He is always super friendly and easy to talk to.

I have been taking my vehicle there for the last four years. I have been very satisfied with their work. One time I took my vehicle there and it didn t have a check engine light, they troubleshoot my car just about all day. They fix the problem they thought it was, but it was not. The engine light finally came on, then they found out what was wrong with it. Rick and his associate stayed after hours, just to make sure they had my car running. I would recommend Goodyear auto service to all my friends!

I was headed back to Augusta from St Louis, MO when I noticed my rear passenger tire was losing air pressure. I stopped at the Goodyear Service center and they were able to get me back on the road toward my destination.Excellent service.

Had a great experience at this Goodyear. I needed four tires put on my truck and Rick Layne, the store manager, took care of all my needs and was very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment for my all my auto Care needs.

My daughter had engine problems while on a long trip. She was able to make it to your shop. Your team diagnosed and fixed the problem while making her feel comfortable and safe and did not gouge us on the price. She made it home safe. If I lived closer, I would take all my car repair business to you! Thank you for your honesty and help.

Gotta say, I'm hugely dissapointed in your company, or at least in your franchise shop in Dalton Georgia. I've honestly never had such horrible service. I spent over $1600 there last year on tires and brakes on my car, with the assurance that should I need them, GOODYEAR would be there.Pouring rain, I have a flat. Its 5:45 and a wonderful young man, a complete stranger changed my tire then followed me to the Dalton store where I bought my tires to make sure I got there safely. I'd called first at 5:35 and was told to come in.Its 6:10 when I get there and the door is locked, with a big sign on the door that says "Closed at 7:00". I see someone inside, and go around the side saying I need help, to have the nail taken out and the tire patched. The "gentleman" inside says "Sorry, we're closed". I asked why since he's obviously there, I'd called, and the sign says they don't close til 7. I explain the situation and that my spare donut doesn't have enough air in it for me to drive me safely anywhere, not to mention I have a warranty and service plan. His response?"I don't know what to tell you lady, I'm the only one here and I'm not doing your tire." and he closed the door in my face. Coudn't even be bothered to add air to my tire so I would be safer in bad weather.You've lost a customer, but not before I reach out to corporate. I'm absolutely furious and disappointed in the representation "running" a store in Goodyear's name. So much for honoring your road hazard warranty.You were nice enough when it came time to take my money for new tires and brakes, but horrible when it comes to that paying customer who needs help later.

I went in last week to get 4 new tires. These guys are friendly and helpful. They explained everything. When asked about an alignment they wanted to see if I needed it first! I recommend them 100%

Took my 2002 Toyota Sequoia here for a weird noise coming from my front driver side wheel. These guys are awesome. Im not good with names so i wont say any but the mechanics and the front desk guy are all flipping above and beyond. They fixed my wore out barring and rotated my tires for a great rate and didnt brake my pockets. Take care guys. Thanks again. From Ash and Ra!

Just came in today with an appointment to diagnose and fix my AC and was turned away. And the tall attendant/supervisor made me feel stupid and unvalued as a customer. My mom has been going there for years but the service goes from bad to worse. The manager or supervisor is a condescending person who makes fun of his customers. They've officially lost a customer with 4 vehicles. Oh and their reviews on the website must be approved so in other words most likely are fake.

Was headed into Chattanooga when my check engine light came on and my car was suddenly struggling to drive. After being referred here by another Goodyear, they took my car in and at first, they drove it and didn t see the issue (for whatever reason, it drove fine for them). Rick (the associate I spoke with) could see that I was nervous & afraid about driving my car and made sure to have his guys check it over again before I left. Eventually they found the issue (valve cover needed to be replaced) and Rick made sure to have the right part sent down to this location so that I could get my car fixed and drive home safely. Rick was incredibly helpful and patient, and I m so glad he trusted that there was an issue with my car. Now it s good as new again! Thanks so much.

Highly recommend. Not only do they know what they're doing, but they won't recommend repairs that you don't need. Assuming you're not looking to get ripped off, this is the auto shop you want to go to.

We had a blow out on I-75, and brought our car in with the doughnut tire on. This was the second tire separation we've had in 6 moths, so there was a concern we had some bad tires. Good Year in Dalton was good enough to check the condition and age of each tire. The one that separated was 5 years old and just bought new this year or late last year.The Bottom line is, they determined that the remaining tires were new, and did not upcharge us for additional tires.The service was honest, quick, friendly and appreciated.

The kind gentlemen at Goodyear Dalton saved the day for two weary travelers on a snowy day after Christmas. Our brake light came on shortly after starting out and they checked it out in time for us to make it home safely. Highly recommend!!

We were on our way from Florida to Indiana to visit our grandkids. Rick Layne went out of his way to help us and get us on our way as soon as possible - you have an asset in an employee like Rick - not only does he have great customer service but he is a just a super guy!
