They checked my car out thoroughly, and didn't do anything unnecessary. They are honest and trustworthy. They gave me a ride home, they didn't have to do that. They were VERY nice. They were backed up after the holidays but sometimes that happens in life. I highly recommend!

Elite auto services my fleet of commercial vans for my business. In the last 4 years I ve never found a mechanic shop that is as fast and as helpful as these guys. They understand when I m down a van, it means I lose money per day it s down. So they get my mechanical issues resolved extremely fast. I ve had one van with an issue after they fixed it, they immediately made it right free of charge. These guys are on point

Can t comment on the quality of work but good luck actually getting an appointment scheduled.Call one: Hey how much and can y all schedule something next week? Sure we should be able to next week, it should be about this much. Call two (the next week): Hey was thinking about bringing car in tomorrow will that be okay? Yeah just call before you bring it in. Call three (50 minutes after opening in the morning): Hey, is it a good time to bring car up there? Did you talk to so and so? We re kind of backed up today. On to somewhere I can actually schedule an appointment that are professionals.

My 2005 g35 has been down and out since thanksgiving, just recently i have decided to just get it fixed by getting a new motor put in. and all these other places were charging an arm and a leg to do the process. My dad came across elite auto repair by word of mouth and online. was able to get the car towed to the shop, looked out and gave us a solid price to put a new engine in the car. only charged me 2500 and the engine came with a 6 month warranty if anything was to happen. other places before was trying to charge me 3500 and up for the install and going about finding one for me. but lucky we came across Elite!! they was able to get the car done in a week and i was more thank excited to hear that news. highly recommend these brothers!!

I m leaving this review because I Feel like I was over charged, they had to remove the radiator to flush the engine but when I decided to buy a new radiator they charged me 170.00 to install it. If I had them put the old one in would I have been charged? That didn t seem fair. They plugged a tire it cost 42.50. I think that was very high priced especially because I ended up paying over 1300.00 In repairs. The only thing I can say is I am back on the road again, but 1500.00 a lighter karma is my only option at this point. Future customers make up your own minds.Service: Engine repair

expect something to be wrong with it once you leave from getting it fixed also will charge you like crazy for labor. says you didn t tell me about a leak. my leak was present a day after getting my car back. he should ve seen it and i told him about multiple car leaks. spoke to me like it was my fault when coming back. don t come herei came back to see if they could fix the issues they were supposed to fix. he said i didn t tell him the issue and yet it was related to the issue i brought to them with. luckily, i found another shop that fixed it for a reasonable price and i have no more issues with my car. that s what should happen when you go to a mechanic. instead of being brushed off. also, if you re a mechanic you should notice if there is a leak right in the area where you are working at. of course i didn t want to be charged $85 three times again. i understand it s a business but a part of business is treating your customers right.Service: Battery

When my service engine soon light came on I had Brian take a look. He instantly spotted the problem and saw I had a tear in my air intake hose. 30 min later Junior had me back up and running with a new one. Great service and at a fair price. These guys are awesome. As a single mom you never know if people are being honest when it comes to car repair. I had taken my car somewhere previous and was told the shaking in my car was my transmission and it would be $3,000 to fix. I read the reviews for elite and decided to get a second opinion. I didn t tell me anything that the previous mechanic said. Brain hopped in the car with me and drove it about a mile and immediately said it s my axle. I dropped my car off and within a couple hours he called back and said for sure it s my axle. A$200 fix, whereas the other place said it was my transmission. Had car ready my 9:00 am the next day. Great service. Can t say enough wonderful things about them. Ladies definitely take your car here they will be honest....everyone take your car here. Thanks so much Brian.

My 2000 Toyota 4runner was due for a timing belt change when I lost all of my coolant. I checked with a friend since I am new to the area and he highly recommended Elite Auto Repair to me. I called a few places for quotes to see where I would land on cost two shops quoted me $800 labor. Elite came in at $600. I had my truck towed to their shop and stopped by with the parts I had sourced for the job. I was surprised to have them call me sooner than expected. I checked under the hood and found the engine spotless and is running better than it has in close to ten years. They did a phenomenal job and would highly recommend for great local service.Service: Engine repair

I took my vehicle for an alignment and was quoted over the phone and in-person the same amount. I was perfectly fine paying the amount that I was quoted; it was a fair and reasonable price. But to my dismay, when my vehicle was ready, I was charged more than double of what I was quoted. In general, I've come to expect not the greatest customer service when it comes to mechanics and auto repair shops, but the lack of communication from this shop towards me was extremely disgraceful and flat out disrespectful. You just don't treat customers this way; it's common sense. Notifying me of what extra services my vehicle needed would've been greatly appreciated; treating customers like they would like to be treated should be a core value in any business model. I would have appreciated some level of communication and awareness to properly give my consent to further work on my vehicle, but that was not the case. Nonetheless, I felt lied to and deceived.Take your vehicle to this shop at your own peril, but know what kind of customer service to expect.

Called Elite when my regular mechanic didn t have time to look at my car. Had my car towed to them on Tuesday, they checked it out, figured out the issue, and I had my car back on Thursday afternoon! I would recommend Elite to everyone. I drive hour and a half every day for work. Elite has always been fair and upfront with pricing and what my car needs. I do not know much about cars, but I trust them to look my car over every time I come in for standard oil change. I am a customer for life

This is the best automotive shop! Took my jeep in - they assessed the problem, called around until they found the part (a part that is on back order) and got'ter DONE! Waiting on the part to come in took the longest but all was done within the week. I would recommend their service and I will be back if I have any automotive issues!

We own a flooring business and we were picking up carpet in Dalton. Our spark plug blew out and we found Elite Auto Repair. He stopped what he was doing and fixed our truck so we could get back to Marietta. Great customer service and fair pricing!

Took My Ford F100 into have the carburetor rebuilt. Took them four days and it come out running worst than I did take it in. He said that there was a intake leak from the gasket. I know that's true but before I took it in the idle would go up and down now it hard to start the choke gets stuck all the time and it idle on high very high mist if the time can't even drive it half the time. The idle us missed up and the throttle stick's and every time I crank it it's a half a tank if gas. . would not recommend this peopleService: Engine repair
