Erika is the absolute best! Love her! I don t use the words above and beyond very often but she for sure went above and beyond and out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Will definitely be coming back because of her. She is so very efficient and not to mention a great problem-solver, any issue we ran into she was very professional and quick to put any issues we had at ease. Incredible.

I want to give Edd Kirby a HUGE shoutout for getting my husband and myself into a really nice Jeep Cherokee! Josh, Stefan, Nolan, and the rest of the crew there treated us like family from the moment we set foot in the building. I told them my story, was honest, and straight forward with my situation for another dealership. I told them how much I had to put down. That was it. The experience was amazing and quick. I m very happy. Please check with this dealership before anywhere else. They will do you right!

I purchased a 2024 Cadillac Escalade from a dealership in Chattanooga for my wife about 2 weeks ago. There was a problem with the back passenger door not opening correctly, so I immediately contacted the dealership that I purchased it from. The place I have bought several vehicles from told me it would be a few days before they would have time to look at it and you could tell they were NOT very interested in helping me. I hung up and immediately reached out to Edd Kirby and was treated with the respect and care I believe one should be treated with. Rick came out to look at the problem and I am very grateful to Rick and the team on the way I was treated. I dropped the Escalade off and in about a hour or so Mr Rick called with the it s all good and ready to go speech. Thank you to each one of you that helped me get this very annoying problem fixed. I actually sold a Yukon to Edd Kirby the same day and from the service department to the sales department I can say that I was appreciated, respected, and listened to the entire time I was there. I have been purchasing my vehicles from this dealership since the early 80s. The salesman that helped me purchase my 2017 impala in 2019, is also the young man that helped me purchase my 2024 silverado. 4 years is a long time for a young man like him. I think you should find him and groom him for long-term employment at this dealer ship. I was surprised to see that he still worked there, I'm proud of this young man, He made my purchasing a new car pleasurable. I feel comfortable, if I have to go back down there for help or questions. I am happy with my purchase, Salesman, And dealership. They help support the community as sponsors at local events And I like supporting them and GM. Absolute worst customer service experience with the service department. I dropped my car off for diagnostics and paid $170 only to receive my car in dramatically worse condition with additional lights and a giant scrape on my steering wheel. When i came back for a refund the manager was trying to claim everything was as it was previously which was NOT the case. I got my refund and was told to not come back. Do not recommend!Edit: it has come to my attention that me as a 95lb girl could pose such a threat as to need police intervention. And customers that were not present at the time of me being there, had a problem with my behavior. Let me add some more detail to clear things up. I told the manager i wanted a refund due to the state of the car. The manager said they dont offer refunds for diagnostics, he said they take pictures of everything for this exact reason. I explained my side of things and told him that i at least expect my car to be returned to me in the condition that i brought it in. The manager said that with the issues my car had it was going to continue to decline. So then i asked about the steering wheel and how that happened and to see the photos. That got HIM upset (im assuming because he didnt take pictures of my steering wheel before they messed it up). At which point he cut us off me and my friend that was there, telling us he ll give us a refund this time and to not come back. I wasnt irate or dramatic. Your management in the service department is simply an awful person with no sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. I was standing with kim while there and she can attest to my behavior. She was wonderful with us. I will not be called a liar, nor will i ever return.

My son made his first vehicle purchase with Jeremy at Edd Kirby Adventure and it was a great experience! Jeremy was very helpful with the purchasing process. Stephan was great with explaining all the paperwork as well! Our son absolutely loves his 2023 Dodge Challenger and we all will gladly refer our friends to Edd Kirby Adventure, Dalton, GA! Set a appointment for my truck to be seen, a week after the set date it was finally pulled in after stating I would find else where and that another chevy dealer didn't take as long before. I've received back and forth info on the issue from being a bad ground to bad gas. They told me the motor was running strong etc upon them test driving, I got it back it was shaking more than has ever before and more codes. (Although they did get it starting again). There was wires that wasn't connected good and appear to of not have been cautiously removed and not plugged in completely on passenger side. Not to mention most of the customer service with techs seemed extremely rude. One tech advised me he was working on my truck the next day and my girl calls the following evening and he then tells her that he told me there was 3 other vehicles ahead... why schedule a time and date and tell me there's availability but I was pushed back. Overall 500 bucks for a gas drain, cleaning of a corroded ground wire and 20 bucks of gas. never will I use them again or advise anyone else too.Edited after owner comment-I prefer not to bring my vehicle back nor do I suggest any one else. Discounted what???? 500 bucks to empty a gas tank, 20 bucks of gas, and clean a ground wire? That's a damn rip off. Businesses should take care of their ppl not rip them off. In which still doesn't excuse the fact wires was ripped from the fuel injectors and barely hanging on. Every spark plug was fouled but no mention of that to me, nor fluids needing topped. For the price I paid I expected the small things to of been told to me. Lost money waiting on your company and still having to fix the truck. Again thanks for getting it started again off a loose wire... that's about all that was accomplished other than trust lost with another dealer.

Just bought my new 2016 Avalon last Saturday, and my experience was fantastic! I got to work with Jerry and he made our time worth while! He made the buying process very smooth and quick. While we were waiting for my credit check he offered us snacks, waters, and made us comfortable. I asked him if we could get remote start installed and he was very quick to set up an appointment with a third party installer. Jerry is also quick to respond with any questions I have regarding anything about my cars tire I needed to have replaced. Jerry truly went above and beyond to make us feel like a family. I have bought about 9 vehicles from adventure since 2008 I believe. I have always had good good experience Steve Cochburn( the other sales people I have dealt with have left). Brian in finance has always done his best to get me low interest financing with the banks. I have always had my service work done at the dealership and the service department has always treated me right. Rick and Caleb are great to work with and they have even worked to get me in for service when I needed it before a long trip and I was overdue for service. I also understand that everyone is short handed and you may have to wait a little longer than you would like but it is what it is, you can only do so much at a time with the help you have. I also can t complain about waiting if they are able to work me in on a busy schedule. Thanks again for all you have done for me over the years. All and all I would recommend this place to folks.

Can't say enough about how well I was treated, and the work that was done, at Edd Kirby's. Rick Patton in the service department was phenomenal. Our Jeep broke down near them on our trip from MI to FL on 1/2/24 and Jeep/FCA couldn't get parts to Rick until 3/12/24. Rick got our Cherokee PTU installed the next day and had us back on the road. Great, super caring, service. Thanks to everyone at Edd Kirby's, shame on FCA for not supporting them better!

AFTER lack of communication with the first salesman I worked with I have to give THANKS to Josh I got the Jeep I wanted (again). He was VERY patient and worked so hard to make things happen. I spent HOURS up there during the process. And he did everything he could to make it easier. HOWEVER, almost 3 weeks into owning the car my trade in has not been paid off and the funding bank told me the dealership has not sent the contract over to them to finalize the financing. I asked the finance manager to call me back when he resent the contract so that I could confirm with the funding bank. And I didn t hear back from him. I confirmed that the pay off would be taken care of BEFORE the trade in payment was due and I got the comment it s called a 10 day pay off for a reason now the trade in payment is due and I don t even have the vehicle. I called 4-5 times Friday by the 3rd call and talking to the bank twice I was very angry and now 2 days later I still don t know what s going on .except that I still owe on a car that no longer own .

Rick and Michelle in the service department have been a big help to me. I live out of town but work in Dalton and ended up having some car trouble which led me to this dealership. Rick made sure I was taken care of and I ll be forever grateful. Car trouble can be very stressful and they both helped in lessening the burden.

Unfortunately i can t give 0 stars because that s what this place deserves I took my car for maintenance and now my car is having all types of issues they won t take responsibility to fix it after paying 2k for it they want to still charge me to see what is wrong with it when my car didn t have any issues before I took it there they have the worst customer service specially if you re a woman they were so disrespectful and not taking me serious I have an appointment with a mechanic this week to figure out how they messed up my car and depending on I will take legal actions. Don t take your car Here avoid going through all this!.

BUYER BEWARE! I m extremely disappointed in this dealership. I got a great deal on my car being told everything was in working condition and that my removable roof was zip tied to as a precaution while it was at the dealership and that I could cut them off after I buy with no problem. My roof fell off the next day into oncoming traffic and almost hit a vehicle (the panel was not small it absolutely would have killed them if it hit their windshield), brought it in to get it fixed and complain and some old man starts yelling at me So what did you do to it because that car was in perfect condition when it was brought in. I would know I inspected it I had the car less than 12 hours and only drove it twice, only thing I had done was cut the zip ties I was told I was allowed to cut off. The mechanic who helped fix the problem was great and super friendly but they never fixed the motor that moves the panels into a sunroof because management never approved. Super disappointing since that was one of my main buying points for that vehicle and they only replaced part of the problem and it would cost me over $1500 to get the rest fixed somewhere else. Flash forward about 2 1/2 years later my vehicle is shaking and when I bring it in to a different mechanic they tell me my breaks where never installed properly and my rotors were messed up because of that and I had messed up ball joints, tie rods, and sway bars that may also be linked to that problem (all with photos). I ve never had my breaks changed (I was planning on getting them done soon) meaning the dealership must ve either did them wrong themselves or didn t properly inspect the car before selling it. I have a recall they are fixing soon and I plan on getting it inspected by a different mechanic afterwards because I can t feel but to distrust this dealership. You have absolutely screwed me over in my first car buying experience on my own. I ve never had as many issues with any other vehicle I ve had as I do with the one I got from adventure cars :(

We drove down from Chattanooga because I was not Happy with my local dealer. And you had the car we wanted in stock. LaDale Howell made us feel at home as did the rest of the Employees. LaDale was Professional, Helpful and answered our questions. He has followed up several times since the sale was completed. We were especially please with the Warranty on Powertrain, Engine, etc. Thanks for great Experience.John Suggs

We had previously been to the dealership looking and had been in contact with Cody G. We waited a while and contacted him again about a charger they had. He worked up a deal, we went for a test drive and came home with a 2022 Charger!! Cody made it a great experience!!!

Had issues with a car and left a one star review. They acted apologetic when first contacting me so against my better judgement I went in and tried to work things out but long story short got a newer car with a better rate but didn t come without issue from Enrique and DJ Smith countless arguments and both of them telling me them the only reason they re helping me out is for me to change my review the manager DJ smith called me a liar and got aggressive with me telling me the car has no check engine light I informed him the other dealership has replaced many parts and said someone before I got it had put a cheap aftermarket axle in it resulting in interment ABS issues and Enrique said I had to follow his terms and I m not getting the price on the website because they re not losing money on the bad deal they made to me and also said my price is a market adjustment I wouldn t recommend going here because they ll run your credit through every finance company making where you have to buy there only
