It was my first time going to this place to see if they were able to fix something in my car, unfortunately the parts for my vehicle are obsolete now and they were not able to fix the problem and will help see if they can find the parts needed. Will return with any future repairs besides the problem I have now.The people who work here are very knowledgeable about old vehicles besides the newer vehicles in the market, they are bilingual (English, Spanish, and other).

My car has been in this shop since October 2023...I've been having to pay 40-70 just to make it to and from work everyday? I'm loosing money...bc I don't have my car..don't bring your car here, 1800 dollars for their poor work effort and alcohol on their breath.1800 dollars? No bueno

Really nice folks and they done an excellent job changing the breaks on my dodge ram 1500. Happy with there service and i would recommend them.

This shop is the best shop around. I recommend them all the time. If you want a shop that is honest, fair, and won't try to sale you stuff you don't need. This is the one. They will tell you the truth and have honest rates.

Edwin is very courteous and efficient. He gets your car repaired in a timely manner. He is impeccable in his service. I highly recommend him and the staff at E & T Tires and Service!!!? 5 stars quality work.

I have had them work on my vehicles and found them to be reasonably price and they do great work. Friendly staff, they remember you. With all the customers they get, that is pretty cool.

Don t ever go here. We paid to get our rear main seal fix, it was never fixed. They told us to use a certain oil in order to stop it. Within 3 days the oil leak was worst than before. We took it back they decide to recharge for something they next fix to begin with. They are scams. They don t do there job properly. I never had a starter problem until after they touch my car. Never again.

I have been using E&T for years. Very nice guys and great mechanics. They always get to vehicles in a timely manner and their prices can't be beat. If you need a good mechanic, go see E&T!

Both owners are very knowledgeable on all automotive repairs. Good honest people to deal with. The do great work at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend E&T TIRES AND SERVICE.

I can honestly say that these people did an excellent job. They presented with great customer service skills. They were very fair with pricing. I will never go any place else unless I have no choice. I am very satisfied with this company!

They are decent. It took almost 4 hours to fix my car when the day before I was told to be there at certain time in morning and it would be quick less than a hour to fix, but me & 2 other customers waited there almost half hour before they showed up and were there till lunch time. They fine good work but the wait was just irritating...

Best experience we have had in a long time. Most shops your just another number and loved out of the way. They were super busy and still made time to get us in for an oil change. They were super nice. Great customer service and fast. This will be our new place to go every time we need car repairs.

Well my breaks are fixed and everyone was pretty nice. It took 4 hrs to do a 45 min job. Also don t sit on the furniture there s bed bugs in the upholstery. It s been almost a week since I was there and the bite marks haven t went away. All in all they re ok, but needs improvement. The Owner of this place is awesome. I had some trouble with my steering. Another place said it was a major issue, but Tommy just listened to me and it was only my rims. Saved me hundreds. His character and integrity is what I look for in a mechanic!!

We went a while ago for the starter and an oil change. First off told us we would have the car back by the end of the day, took them three days to even get to our vehicle. Second, they told us we needed to buy a replacement battery, we were informed we did indeed not need to replace our battery. And the newest development is we went to do an oil change and they stripped the screws to thr oil pan to the point, it now needs special equipment to remove it. We will not be returning

This is the best shop I've been to! These are honest guys and will give straightforward answers to any questions. I've gone for alignment, radiator replacement, and battery issues. They've always given me a price that beats the AutoMD recommendation.

When you go. Ask for TOMY. His personality is the best. He actually cares about serving the people verses just the money. He told me first had I was totally wrong about trying to order a price that I would've went over $1500 fixing instead he told be how he could fix it for much less and I spent $100. I came every week because my car was leaking oil dramatically and he topped my oil off for free until I got it solved. Very INTENTIVE. I was stranded after hours and he came out his way 1 hour to help me. Also did I mention E&T HAS THE BEST MECHANICS IN TOWN FOR THE LOWEST RATES. I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE

Best Shop in Dalton, GA! Dont even bother to go anywhere else! Iv been to alot of mechanic shops around the country and Dalton! By far E&T is one of Best!! Great customer service, great prices, and most important really good mechanics! 5 stars for sure!

I have used this company for auto service for several years. These are the most amazing guys in Dalton for auto service. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and also give us service with care and respect. I would recommend this service company to anyone looking for help with you car! I would trust them without question.

Only got an oil changer, I have had several other servicea and repairs donePrior to this visit E & T is Tops in my opinion.They are very knowledgable, and have all the modern testing equipment. I highly recommend E & T Tires and Service for all your automotive service needs.

Do pretty good mechanic work but messed up my alignment and now I have a bald tire claim it's because my truck is lifted but I've never had a single problem with it before I came here I've always gone to turbo tire and never had any problems.
