I had exceptional service with getting my car repaired. The customer service always updated me at least twice a week on my vehicle .My car looked really good where the repair was done . I will definitely recommend them to family and friends .

Excellence in service, communication, and results! They met all of my expectations. Front desk/receptionist was warm and friendly and answered all questions. Repairs were done in a timely manner (there was a delay of a couple of days as they waited for updated response from insurance co.).They communicated seamlessly with the rental car company.On picking up my vehicle, there were 2 remaining small issues my front passenger airbag warning light was still illuminating, and the latch to my truck cap was acting incorrectly. Ken Hall, a service technician there, came out and very politely and professionally addressed both issues quickly and completely and within 30 minutes I was on the road for the 45 minute trip home.Service: Body & Trim

It went in as a single color and came out two-toned! Looks awful! Found pieces of the broken windshield in dash and floor. I can t believe a business would let something that noticeable leave their shop. I guess they thought it was ok since they deducted a whole 150 dollars off my deductible. Customer service called every week and kept me up to date on my car being put off another few days because of this or that. I do not recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took a long time to get an appointment but was worth the wait. Dana at collision care was great. Was on top of everything and kept me informed every step of the way. Took longer than my rental was approved and the manager assured me they would take care of the rental if my car wasn t ready on time .Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service team was very caring and explained everything and answered all of my questions. They handled the insurance company and kept me updated on the process. I had the best experience from the time I dropped off my vehicle til the time I picked it up. My Highlander looks brand new and drives great. I've had to use them twice in less than a year and both times were excellent. The customer service was amazing and they kept me informed weekly. No problems so far with my vehicle and I would highly recommend and use again!

I called a week ago and they gave an estimate of mid-week of my current week. Now, I call again and then they tell me they do not have ETA of completion. If you're gonna give an ETA, give a correct one. I do not recommend this Collision Care Center- and will not be returning.

I had a collision with deer with my new Toyota. I had seen this business while having my oil changed at the dealership. I had the vehicle brought in for repair. The vehicle came back perfect. I have zero complaints. I was kept up to date on the progress. I never had to call them. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional. I have not one complaint. They Didn t do a good job. The front passenger side Door doesn t lock when you push the lock button with the key anymore. Also on the inside when we push the lock button all the doors will lock except the front passenger side door.There is still a dent/scratch on the side of the car that got hit. Usually a light pops up to notify the driver when a door is open. Well now when the passenger side front door is open it does not notify the driver. The woman was nice. however, we kept getting told it would Be ready the next day and when that day came they said it would b the next day. This kept happening. It got to the point we gave up believing what she s said. We just waited to hear the car is ready. They told us it would be ready "in about a week. No longer then a week 1/2 ". We dropped our car off on January 1st and we didn t get our car back until March 8th. The woman told us they had the clip in that they ordered and the next day they would put it in the car and it would b ready. Well then a few days later she called and said they are still waiting for the part to arrive. I asked her why she told us the clip was already in and she said because the company we ordered from said it would be in by now . She lied. they did not keep us informed on what was going on the entire time they had our car. We knew nothing. The only thing we were told was they ordered a clip for the car. We had a rental from enterprise while they had our car. State Farm was paying for it. Well collision care was not giving State Farm A date/time the car would be ready or An estimate. State farm was very upset and tried to take our rental car back. The man from State farm said "all we want is the cost and time estimate and everything would be ok but collision care can't seem to do that so we are having to take back the rental car". We had to call collision care and tell then to call State farm. We shouldn't have to call them and tell them how to their jobs. Above the key ignition, around the steering wheel and on the gear shifter there was used oil. It looked like they got done working on a car and got in our car with dirty hands and got it everywhere. If there was a rating of 0 I would choose it. I have worked in the car business before and it seemed like they were holding on to our car for as long as possible just so they could get more money from the insurance company. They took to long, they didn t fix everything that was damaged, they lied about when it was going to be ready and they didn t keep the insurance company informed causing us problems. I definitely will not be recommending the place to anyone. They didn t fix the back side of the car. I m not taking it back to them because I know they will most likely keep the car for way longer then they need once again. This place is so unprofessional and really need to change. Don t go here. Save yourself the time and trouble.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Takes much longer than you re told. We ve been held back three times now and are going on our third week car less. They never call you, you have to call them. All we get is a sorry and then told a different time to when it ll be done and then is never done. There is always some complication or reason they have had to postpone us getting our car back! Never go there!

It s very Professional in paperwork not in body work . Spend to much time and than not finish work you have to go back 3 -4 time to get work it done. Not provide any information as they send message on my cell phone . Every time if and but answer when i call them . Special advice if you stuck between Insorance and this shop don t go there . Almost doubled in final cost than estimate. Still use most of after market part . If they not fix some thing and you notice they reply Insorance not won t to pay

This Place is the best...I'm so Happy with how they fixed my automobile after someone hit it...the rental service was excellent & even bringing the rental back to get my automobile I had to keep an extra day & they took care of the bill for the rental...I would definitely recommend these guys....

Each time they have called me it has been to delay the date of completion some more. I was told on a monday that my car was going to paint and on a friday the exact same thing meaning my car wasnt touched in 4 days. Im going on my 3rd week car less and ive gotten little more than "sorry"

Good customer service. However I took my truck back several times to have them attempt to fix the paint they horrifically swirled but they never could get it right . Decided to pay out of pocket and take it else were.

Unprofessional job just well done in paperwork so you can not read what actually need in your car all complicated they took 2 month to fix my car after they say it taks only two week . My rental only valid for month and 1 month have to pay for taxi
