Great customer service from the beginning helped me in every way possible took care of insurance claims and issues. Would let me know of any issues- especially from insurance. Very quick with my repair most of the issues will be failed communication from insurance and parts on back order. The wait was never their fault. They always let me know when something would come in.

Extremely professional service by Chacon Collision. I was very impressed with how friendly and customer oriented they are. Did a wonderful and fast job fixing my vehicle. It looks brand new. Definitely recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Blessed by this company, they helped me file a claim and did their best to try and fix my car even though it eventually was declared a total loss. Would recommend to everyone

Chacon Collision Center did a great job on my Honda CR-V. Miguel is always on top of everything and makes the process very easy, from the moment I dropped my vehicle til it was ready for pickup he always made sure to call or text me on every new update. My husband and I googled an auto repair near us and came across Chacon Collison Center. They were able to get us in immediately while all other locations in our area told us we would have to wait 2+ months for our repairs to be made. They offered quick friendly service and were upfront immediately about the price of the work done on my car and detailed why. I will recommend this shop to all my family in the area.

There is no better shop for Auto Body repairs in the southeast ! I will never use anyone else! I would recommend them to everyone. They are also great people and will tell you the truth. I had an accident the whole front was all messed up and chacons got to work on it they did a great job, they keep my updated on how my car was coming, they also give me the best estimate from all around the area, i had already gone to like 3 different body shops and they were all really really expensive but chacos give me a great price, im really Thankful for all their hard work and their way to stay in communication wished they could be more business like them, i hope y all business prospers and God bless you.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning
