This is definitely NOT the average deisel shop. Short version: These are the guys you have always wanted to find.It starts at the top with Tim Hinds, the owner. He's a brilliant mechanic, teacher, philosopher, bard (story teller), cook, and all around descent human being. He has built a really strong team around him in his shop with people who are likewise very professional, skilled, and care about their work and the people who need that work. I can't mention every name, but Nick the Service Manager and Dean the Shop Foreman were not giving up until my battle with a feckless aftermarket warranty company was won. It took 17 days of fighting to get down to the vital 8 hours of actual work to get us on our way. The guys at the shop never got annoyed (with us), never backburnered the dozens of hoops the warranty company required, and got us back on the road without letting a single extra night go by once the warranty games were over.I walked away from what could only be described as an ordeal with several new friends and a Cat C9 that runs like new. I'll be making C&M my annual stop for service on my 20 ton motorhome from now on.

The world needs more shops like this. Happy I found this place and decided to stop in. Initially calling they told me to bring it in, every other place was either busy or didn t work on my type of trailer. Upon arrival they looked at it right away and began to search for the parts. The owner personally introduced himself and made calls on behalf of the parts. Once the parts were located a team began to disassemble and reassemble. They not only got the job done (4 new dexter brake assemblies,) but they were concerned about the root cause and preventative action as well. The World needs more shops like this! Outstanding shop! Tim, the owner, epitomizes honesty and dedication. The pricing is very fair. Stranded with truck troubles on the road, they came to our rescue, swiftly resolving and repairing the issues. Exceptional service!

Tim and Jennifer Hind owners of this fine establishment did a full cab swap on my 2016 international pro star I m 110% satisfied with the cab swap repair I watched through FaceTime, and pictures the process in its entirety everything was repaired very neatly and professionally. After the job was done, I got the perfect home away from home . Many thanks to the guys and ladies for the quality work done. I will recommend them highly they care , they showed compassion and overall concern for my well-being.I m so glad they completed this work my other cab was on its last leg and I couldn t make any other repairs besides changing it out they explained the process before I left to go home to Texas while the repairs were being completed. I will use there services when ever I need truck repair in the Dalton Ga, area thank you again.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

They diagnosed my truck right the first time. They did not just throw parts at it like most places. It was fixed within a day and very reasonable price. They are very friendly and great people to deal with. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Tim is an amazing person. Shorty is an awesome mechanic. This shop Made me feel better about the fact I was broken down instead of how most shops treat you like a burden. These people went above and beyond what was necessary

I broke down after hours and they bent over backwards to get me back on the road the next day. The very definition of great customer service. I live over an hour away from them and I ll gladly be making the drive back when I need my next service. Very reasonable cost also. Tim runs a great shop and I enjoyed talking to his mechanics who take pride in getting it done right.Initially, I took offense to seeing a Ford diesel there but they assured me it was part of a kitty litter oil leak absorption project un-related to his shop.

Good shop, you can tell these guys know their stuff. Great first experience. We called about needing a trailer alignment, said they could get on it right away and they did as soon as we showed up. Best part was they found a legitimate safety problem, had all the parts in stock, worked through lunch and after the shop was closed to get us out same day. Couldn t be more pleased. Whenever we need something and we re even remotely close by, we will stop there.

These guys are top of the line. I called Tim and explained that I needed my alignment checked, he told me to be there the next morning. He put a mechanic on the truck asap. After a thorough inspection and and some hard work I left with my truck driving like new. They are very professional and hard working. I recommend them for all your trucking repairs.

The owner Tim is an amazing guy. He is fair, fast, and understanding. The mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable and once parts were able to get in, (due to shortage nationally) they were fast to get on the repairs!

It's a crying shame when someone tells you they can have something done for you on a certain amount of time because you are dependent upon the 2 trucks you have to get things done and these being your only 2 trucks. You take one of them to them and they say yes we have an open bay and since the parts are here in the shop we can have it done in 2 to 3 days. 2 weeks later you are still waiting after having driven by there and someone having called several times to see the truck still sitting and untouched. You other truck meanwhile has a problem they say they can have fixed by the end of the day and a week later they haven't even come to look at it much less repair what was asked to be fixed. From this point forward we will never use C&M ever again. From now on we will be sending our trucks to Wildwood because at least up there we get quality service and a great rate and both of these in a TIMELY fashion.Service: Transmission

Great Great staff. Very courteous and very Fair on prices. They squeezed me in and got me out in reasonable time. I was headed to chicago so I was pressed for time. Shoot would have gave them six starz. Will reccomend

Had a big misunderstanding on work done.... Tim was VERY understanding and patient in resolving the issue. In the end they did EXCELLENT work and know their way around commercial vehicles. They can do it ALL!! A-Z repairs.

Tim Hinds is very knowledgeable about trucks specifically Cummins.. Very down to earth and will explain your repair situation as simple as possible... I would highly recommend C&M fleet repair for all your service needs..

Good place to get work done they use good name brand parts if you don't mind paying for them and they do good quality work. They close at 5pm but worked on my truck till they were finished so I could get back home to Louisiana.

Great place to get your truck fixed they are fast and the service you get is amazing and the prices they give you is the price you pay no games or tricks. I ll come back to them before I go to loves or another repair place
