When things aren t going right, often we need people who are calm, and helpful.With just five minutes left before closing, Skylar and Kris came through. They were able to quickly find the parts we needed (right sized ball and hitch - so we didn t have to abandon a trailer we just purchased).Not only that, they assisted in the quick assembly of our purchase and, recommended a decent place to eat at that late hour.Life saver in this moment.

I love the staff here. I've made friends that will be future business partners with my up and coming LLC. I come here for any advice I need regarding the two vehicles I own. I wouldn't go to any other Advance Auto Parts store because this one is perfect.

Ordering online to pick up here is pointless. They wait until you arrive to pull parts and you'll be standing around wasting time. The employee I encountered had zero motivation to move faster than a snail.

I went to get a battery and they decided after giving it a good try, that they could not install it. Then I had to wait and wait until they could figure out how to return my $.

They did not help a lady n her daughter with grand daughter. In they needed help change n there flat tire. They only one customer me n other guy change it.
