I recently rotated my tires and found the ones I moved to the front were out of balance and causing a shake in my steering wheel. Due to my work schedule, most shops in the area are closed by the time I get out of work. I found Top Tires was still open for another 40 mins. I hate to be the guy to show up right before closing, but figured it was worth a shot. They took care of me right away and I was out of there with perfectly balanced tires in less than 30 mins. I sat in Mavis an hour passed my appointment time the day before, and ended up leaving because I had things to do. Glad I found this little shop. Will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful experience I told him my tire size took us a second to find my tire size but we found 4, and he got them mounted fairly quick.Respectful guy as well. Idk why people shy away from the smaller places like these but it was a great experience

Came here for a friend, they needed a 'Like New' tire for a low price. She called here and received the best price quote for SUV tire. We brought the flat tire in and replaced with very new looking tire for less than $70, can't beat that. Service was efficient.

Me, my daughter and my grandbabies needed a tire right away and these people were very nice, very fast and even gave us waters. We would definitely recommend this place and we will be using them in the future.

Very friendly, great service. We had to sit outside while the tires were being pit on my wife's car . Other than that, we had no problems.

I just posted a review to which the company replied they did not have the correct tire size . This is a blatant lie as they SHOWED me the correct tires and asked us to double check they were correct. Then they proceeded to help the customer who had arrived after us, even though we were clearly there first. Their attitude towards these other customers were completely different as well. It s clear they are just trying to save face at this point instead of own up to their discrimination and rudeness.

The worst experience ever had.I bought 4 used tires and the next day one of the tire was flat so l went back to find out that it was the valve licking and because the car was driven for a while the tire was damaged. They replaced the valve and they sent me out the door w damaged tire.Two days later an other tire was flat with the same valve licking problem so they fixed it and charged me $10 for a valve that they supposed to check before replacing the tire knowing that I tipped out the worker twice.It is clear that these people are are only after your money and they don't care about your safety and your future potential business.What a shame.I Definitely don't recommend this place to anyone.

Would not go here. I've been buying tires for my Mitsubishi mirage for YEARS, meaning that I know the size of my tire PLUS I have a picture saved of said tire size when needed. I just called for pricing on a tire just for the man to get an attitude with me like I don't know the size I need. I instantly told him that I don't need his attitude and I'll give my business to someone else.

We were met by someone at the door who told us to pull around back. At that point the workers went inside and made us wait, allowing time for another car to pull in behind us. A man came out and gave us a price for the two tires, and then all of a sudden said they didn t have what we needed. As we were pulling out, he called us back to say he had them. It felt like he just did this to allow the car behind us forward and proceeded to help that customer first. There is an excellent tire very close by that helped us immediately, and gave a better price for the tires. The people at Top Tires were unfriendly and acted discriminatory and I recommend just going to B&H down the road!

They patched my tire, it had a slow leak. After reading some of the reviews about customer service I was expecting them to be rude but wanted to give it a shot anyway. They were helpful and checked my tire the correct way for leaks. Found the leak patched it quickly and the price was very good.

Great prices/Fast/EffecientReally worked his magic with getting four new tires at an unbeatable price. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who ever has the inconvenience of having to replace a tire, this is your place .

I went there to get my tires mounted and balanced, a couple days later I forgot I had left my locking lugnut key there, I went back and they kept refusing they had it and I know for a fact I didn t get it back. Then my TPMS light came on, I tried to reprogram the sensors, they stole the sensors out of my wheels. So I will never go back and I hope you don t ever go there because they will do you DIRTY!

I needed a plug and went ther at 545 which is 45 mins before the time they were supposed to close and the guy said he'd turned the compressor off...like he couldn't press the button to turn it back on knowing they weren't supposed to close for another 45 mins. Waste of time!

Had 4 used tires mounted and balanced. Great quality tires and had them put in at a great price. All done within 40 minutes. Very happy

The guys were nice. I got a couple used tires for our van. He also patched a tire that had a nail in it. Very pleased. I would use them again. They were also open on Saturday

Terrible. Called and asked about a tire change. They said they can do it.Sat and waited 30+ mins for my tire change.... Workers kept assuring me that they will get right with meAfter 30 mins they let me know the machine is broken and they can't help.

Really let me get started with this one. He put a tire that was previous plugged on my car. When I went outside the next morning the tire was flat on the ground. Then he couldn't get the tire off because he put it on so tightly he broke off one of my lug nuts. So he end up not giving me a tire and sending me home with a broken lug nut. Dont give them your business really. TERRIBLE SERVICE DONT BE FOOLED

A little pricey for a temporary used tire. They should use an inventory method so they know what and where they have it, so customers are not waiting on them to look for it.

I pulled in no one came to offer to help.i was told to go around back to get someone.i got to back and they didn't seem interested in helping me guy walked to the front looked and said we can't help anyway because we have a truck.i really felt like it was because I was white they didn't want to assist and I've never heard of a business turning away money for a truck will never go back there I'll take my money where it's appreciated no matter my color.
