I had attempted to replace the motor in my 2011 Chevy 1500 and I eventually realized that it was way beyond my capabilities. I was genuinely worried that any mechanic would take one look at my DIY job and not take on the job.Priest and Holcomb never hesitated.They jumped right on it and had my motor replaced and my truck running in no time.They kept me informed of any changes that were needed and they are so easy to talk to.I can t thank them enough!

These people are amazing. They treat you like you are their only customer. Their work top level. And the pricing is so reasonable. I have been using them going on 4 years when I moved in the area. They have worked on 3 different make and models in my household.

This is one of the worst establishment in Dallas GA, aside from the police department. Rude, Racist, nasty people. If you're black I highly recommend you not bring your car here. If you notice all the good reviews are from their white customers. This is the second time my grandmother brought her car here because she was too far from our GOOD mechanic. They over charged her for a used transmission, she paid and they did not touch the car. After a month they said they needed another part. Mind you they have been paid. When i called about the car they made every excuse to why it wasn't finished. Now we calling for the car and it's still not finished. Over 2 months. Incompetent unprofessional. Please put up the Whites only sign so we know not to come close to this infection on society

Priest is an absolute lifesaver! When I found myself stranded on the side of the road, a friend recommended them, and I couldn't be happier. Their service is incredibly fast and efficient. From the tow to the diagnosis and repairs, they had my car back on the road in less than a week. I'm so thankful for their exceptional service and will definitely be returning. They don't deserve any credit .. I lost my husband July 18 of 2022 to stage 4 lung cancer . This truck is given to us by my dad. I put our truck in the shop for transmission and they put 3 faulty transmission in and had a warranty and they claimed they could not find a transmission for our truck . So after it sitting for 2 months I ask for a full refund .. they take the old transmission out including my starter and my catalytic converter is missing. Bad .. already sold my truck.. unfortunately but they took advantage of my vulnerability and took me for a ride which is not cool. I hope this brings awareness if you have transmission issues don't go to priest and Holcomb. !!!!!! also heard there were other people that had transmission issues with priest and Holcomb. They lost my business.

Darlene and her husband are amazing people. We only had one vechicle and we had to sit and wait for them to do the wheel bearing, while they were working on it, they noticed the other wheel bearing and ball joint needed replaced. So we made an appointment for a later time. Darlene was very patient with any questions we had and is always there with a warm welcome and a smile. It feels like you are visiting your parents garage, because of the warm welcome. And prices are reasonable.

I highly recommend this business. I needed an alternator replaced and belt. I was worried about driving it in, so they offered a tow at a reasonable price. Dealing with them was easy. I got my car back the following day and it runs great! I feel like I got a fair price and I was kept informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. I will definitely be using them from now on. I had a good feeling about the company from the start and I was right!!

They put in my radiator cooling fan for a great price and in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when I left it was making a sound as if it didn t have oil or as if it was over heating ( but the gage was reading fine) and several hours after I left my check engine light came on! I went back and they were unwilling to have the mechanic stop to be sure that he had everything done right and that everything was bolted and plugged in. They said they were to busy and had to many cars to stop and look and that I could come back Monday. I left frustrated and worried as I do door dash and instacart and was concerned about driving my car. I ended up going to another shop and the man came out and popped my hood, and turns out they forgot to plug in a piece on the engine.. said it was an o2 censor. It was super easy, he just pushed it back in! Took a total of 2 seconds! Check engine light has been off ever since! I understand people get busy and move fast and make mistakes, but it was negligence on the company to not stop what they were doing and make sure it wasn t something their mechanic did to make sure they were covered and not at fault. Unfortunately, they didn t and it turned out to be exactly that.. their fault! So, they got 2 stars instead of 4.

I highly recommended this automotive company. First off this is my second times using their services. I needed to have my transmission replaced. I have a warranty and the company was being difficult at first requesting further details of what was wrong with my transmission. Darlene did an superb job getting all the details required and got my warranty company to pay for my repairs. This saved me a lot of money! I want to also recognized Bailey who works with Darlene on this matter and letting her know my concern when she wasn't available at the time. Both ladies are great employees!!!! It's great to have employees to go the extra mile when it came to repairing my vehicle. They are so kind, pleasant disposition, great listeners to your needs and ensures all your concerns are done. They will do % for you. I will continue to keep them for my automotive services. I can't say enough. These folks earned our business for life. A/c stopped blowing cold so we took it in. I had replaced a couple coil packs and unplugged something and got in a hurry after finishing and forgot to plug it back in. Instead of taking advantage of my stupidity they plugged it back in and were honest about it. So thankful for business owners with integrity in today s times as they could have very well taken advantage of us for a lot more.Service: A/C installation & repair

Can't say enough good about this shop. Honest, friendly, very resonable. I have taken a few cars to them over the last 3 or so years. They have done outstanding work on everything and even recommended that something didn't need to be fixed that I thought did. What an outstanding business. It's was short lived experience but he was a very nice guy willing to what he can for my car but I got my car started and didn't need to go here to get it fixed...but I will definately go back to get my car fixed if I need a good mechanic.

They are the best. they have done a lot of work on my Jeep Liberty. Very nice, honest folks. Reasonable prices. Very courteous and knowledgeable . Customer service was excellent. I appreciate the dedication and attention that was shown to to us as customers . Had a bad experience with another auto repair center in Dallas work was not done properly which caused more problems with car and had to be towed and the staff at priest auto center corrected the problem and got us back on the road in a timely matter. ..highly recommend the service at priest ....

This is the best auto repair shop I've ever been too. They are extremely trustworthy and go the extra mile to help you out. I come here for oil changes (which are a great price) but recently had them check my car out due to a warning light being on. They informed me that the part that needed to be fixed was under warranty. Darlene at the front is so sweet and showed true and sincere care when it came to helping me. Can't recommend this place enough!!!! I will always come here for any car needs :)

I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone living in Powder Springs, Hiram, Douglasville and Dallas area. It's a family owned business. Their customers service is amazing. Their prices are better than the chain mechanic shops around here. My car wouldn't start, I ended up calling priest & holcomb, they were able to get me in the same day. The front office lady was super nice and very friendly. They didn't try to nickel and dime me at all, in fact they were very honest and helpful through the whole process. I had my car back the same day. :) I will definitely be using them again in the future!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service. Brought in my Ram 1500 to have spark plugs and ignition coils replaced. They offered to personally give me a ride home if I wanted but i decide to sit and wait. The staff keep me up to date with what was going on with my truck and also brought out the old spark plugs to show me the condition of them. Will definitely come back for more services.

I had an engine replaced on an 06 Lincoln. The work was shoddy. I had multiple engine codes the next day, and Darlene said it wasn't her fault. It took them a month after promising 10 days. Darlene tried to con me into believing the work was being done when the car sat for 2,3 weeks in the back lot. I ended up calling the police. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service is poor, and they will not keep their commitment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am very pleased with the service I received at Priest auto. They did an awesome job at fixing my truck and in a very timely manner. Darlene , who runs the office was fantastic. She explained everything they were doing to the truck and what the cost was going to be. Just went to get my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 driveshaft U-Joints replaced and they only charged me 150 bucks for a 3 hour job. Best mechanics around. Fair pricing and great work. Highly recommend.

Great shop. My daughter recently moved to GA. I called Priest because they were close to where she stays and she needed a part replaced. I ordered the part over the phone from NC. They scheduled the visit and got her in and out of there in great time and for a great price on labor. They took care of my baby and did good work.

Excellent and professional work done in a timely manner. They actually cut the cost from the estimate when they found the part needed was not as costly as expected. They could have charged me the full cost and kept the extra profits. But their honesty will bring me back for all my repair needs! Highly recommend.

Best and most reasonably priced mechanic that I have come across. After my first visit I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. These guys are the best and very trustworthy. I was very happy that I finally found mechanic who's honest and does the job the right way the first time. 5+ stars

Before bringing my car to Mr. Priest, I had work done by another shop in Marietta on Manget Street to replace knock sensors and harness. They charged me $200 more than the quote... They did horrible work. Left a screwdriver in my fan blade and engine compartment. Had to tow vehicle back. 2nd attempt was a failure also. They did not attach the carbon cannister vac hose and left many parts unattached and on valve covers. The check engine light would not clear that I paid them to clear. Mr. Priest looked under the hood and fixed my car FOR FREE! He and his son were so nice to me and my wife to help us get our emissions to pass. I would suggest them to anyone who wants QUALITY & HONEST work done right.

Very happy with the service and work they do on both of our vehicles. Their prices are fair and they don't say you need something done to your car that you don't need. Love these guys and we keep coming back.
