Had fork seals replaced and though it's an hour away from my home, I fully trust Paul's Garage working on my 1992 BMW K100RS.Highly recommend!

I purchased a 2007 RT1200P-RT. After it arrived I made contact with approximately seven BMW shops. It took 6 weeks for my first appointment with Pandora BMW. That ended miserably due to the fact that they didn t want to work on the bike. More money and higher turn over for service than a repair these days. Just equals pure laziness.Now, I contacted Paul s Garage and explained the situation and asked if they could fix it. They gave me an appointment and not once was there any BS regarding the bike. I dropped it off and patiently waited for them to get to it. They called and let me know it was ready and what the issues were. I picked it up. Rode it. And absolutely love this BMW.Are they busy? Yes. Is it an in and out facility? No. Do you want the best mechanic working on your bike? YesWould you like complete honesty and no politically correct BS? I definitely do, and appreciate greatly.They are great people. I will never goto another shop.

I don't know how long it will take for my bike to get fixed but what my dad told me is the the guy knew that it was a ttr 125 so I'm happy I know what they know what there doing but if the is any pictures of it please send it to me the bike is the 2003 yamaha ttr 125 le

This garage is off the beaten path, but they know their bikes. Mark and Paul are the most knowledgeable and friendliest motorcycle mechanics I've ever met. I'm a female and have never felt ripped off just because I'm a woman and don't know much of the mechanics about the various bikes I've owned and had them do upgrades or just basic maintenance on them. Reasonable price points and completed in a timely fashion

Own both a 328i and a K1200LT. Would not own either if it weren't for the trust and comfort with Paul and his entire crew. Great service, fair pricing, delivers on every promise made. You really can't ask for anything more of your vehicle service professional.

Pauls Garage saved and made my Cross Country Motorcycle trip happen!Pauls extreme knowledge to spot a mechanical issue just by me describing it and willingness to fix a very knowledge and labor intensive problem in record time has me still thanking him for such effort. They had to completely dismantle my 1998 R1200C to make this happen. After that it took me to 8500 miles around the USA without a a problem. This team even took me back to Chattanooga when I did not have a ride home. THANK YOU!

Let first start get saying Paul s Garage is a REAL garage not some Amusement Park style establishment, it s a Man s garage ..! . Mark, who took care of me, went above and beyond making me feel like, well, part of their family. I went in to get my front seals replaced on my Indian Scout, and let me say, I couldn t be happier! And what s even better?!? They did not over charge or try to up charge and gave me the fairest price in town, No argument! If you need work done on your bike? Paul s Garage is the place to go! Ask for Mark, he s a solid guy and a great conversationalist! Mark, thanks again for the honest work and a big thanks for just being a great person and I enjoyed our chat! . I will definitely be taking my bike back if I need any more work done!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! (10 is a good start)

Great shop for BMW owners who are tired of the dealership. They do good,honest work on vintage to new bikes at a fair price. I had a great experience with this shop and would highly recommend them

My bike has been sitting for a while so I decided to crank it and the engine light came up with Strange engine sound paul fixed it they are very professional and fast and affordable recommend anytime

Fantastic guy, highly qualified/credentialed for work on BMW motorcycles and cars, but can and will work on most anything. Very pleased with all he's done on my K1200RS, especially with how he cares for my budget. Got my wife's old Honda Shadow Spirit running again, starts on first try, every time. It's a haul to his shop, but worth it, and, what the heck, enjoy the ride!

Paul's garage, what can you say? Glad you asked, I can say he has worked on my car, truck, and motorcycle. Does fantastic work with fair pricing.Paul and staff are always friendly and there to answer questions.Best mechanic shop around give him a call, you'll be glad you did.

Needed some tires put on my motorcycle. Called and spoke to the owners daughter who was very nice and said sure they could get them on if I dropped the bike off first thing Saturday morning. I got off work a little early so I was able to drop it off on Friday. Spoke to the owners daughter again, sorry I m bad about remembering names and she said they maybe be able to get it done earlier than closing time (2 pm on Saturday). Came by at 12 Saturday and the bike was ready to go. I paid the daughter and on the way out the owner came out to introduce himself and thank me for my business. Good prices and great service I will be back.

Paul is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He can service any brand that you can think of. He has worked on my Ducati, Aprilia, and KTM, just to name a few. He will also save you money over the dealerships' service departments. Highly recommended.
