We've been taking our vehicles to Marotti for years now. Excellent service, great communication, efficient, honest work, and fair pricing. My only complaint is that it can take a while to get in, only because they stay so booked up,.. but that speaks volumes about their family-owned business and the services they provide! Highly recommended!

My son called and asked if they could install a door hinge. They charged $400 and the door scrubs against the body of truck when opened now. They didn t even attempt to make it right or correct problem. Very disappointed!!!!!

Vinny and his Team did an AWESOME job on our daughter's (Georgia State College Student) vehicle. The exhaust pipe completely snapped off from the muffler while she was driving. We were referred to him from another Wonderful Family. We towed it to Vinny and they had her car up and ready within 48 hours. Being as we're in Ohio Vinny put us at ease with his Outstanding Customer Service and review of the problem at hand. Highly Recommend his Service and Auto Repair to anyone. Vinny is great! Fast service and clear cut answers. My car model has a know trans issue and he was the 1st to tell me nothing really can fix it. I have been to many places but he was the 1st to tell me no worth pursuing further. Was not trying to profit off my lack of car knowledge.

This place was a great find for me! The work is excellent and the rates are more than fair. I will not take my BMW anywhere else. He could have overcharged me easily but this shop is nothing like that! I'm so glad I found this place.Just an update....Again I've taken my car here (actually several times) and I won't use anyone else! They have always been great and honest! Thank you for all you do!

I'll never go anywhere else. They were fast, true to their quote, and even caught a problem that was a "simple fix" for them, that another mechanic would've easily charged a large amount for. They're a true family business with a clean shop and crew that is friendly and professional. They treat you like an old friend instead of a run of the mill customer. Their rates are great, but even if they were higher, the customer service would still be worth it. They lay everything out while quoting your job so you know exactly what you're paying for. I had no confusion or doubt, which is amazing in the auto industry!

Very happy with service I have received from Marotti Auto (two visits now). They stand behind their work are honest and provide what I felt was a great value. As someone has stated in the only negative review I see, they can be difficult to reach by phone at times but have always returned my calls very quickly, do not let this deter you from doing business with them..leave a message and they will call you back.

I took my 14 Chevy Cruze in for new front rotors, brakes and a new housing unit for my coolant. I paid less than half of what the Chevy dealership quoted me. Vinny is the nicest guy, very honest and more than fair in pricing. I used to take my old Jeep to him a long time ago, and I was never disappointed then either.

I had been turned down by the Cadillac Dealer who used to service my Saturn Sky. The Chevy Dealer wanted to get into my wallet for over $3000 without even bothering to explain the problem and "align" my car. Vinny and the guys at Marotti not only fixed the Turbo but have my car running better than it ever has. Great shop with the best service we have ever found.

The owner and his son are genuine, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to diagnose an issue, especially with Toyota's. I highly recommend, if you want your work done properly come to them!

The Marotti's are great people! Honest estimates on cost and time to repair. Been using their business for several years. No plans to look for another car maintenance and repair facility!! Highly recommend!

We have been using them for years. Recently had to have our Pilot towed in. They diagnosed the issue to be a key somehow lost it's code and wouldn't communicate with the car. Tried the valet key and the car started. They didn't charge us even though they took time to diagnose the issue. It is a blessing to have a company you can trust. Thanks!

Vinny has been taking such great care of my family and our cars. If you need something fixed or looked at, this is the place to go. He won't blindside you with random costs and tell you things need to be fixed when they don't. He is going to tell you what is really going on. This place is run by a family and makes you feel like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We can always expect an honest evaluation of the problem, a very reasonable repair time and a fair price. We have all of our vehicles serviced here... including our business truck (One Dead Bug Pest Control) Thanks Marotti's!

This place has the worst customer service I can imagine. They do not care in the least. I made an appointment to get an estimate a week ago. Yesterday I took my truck in to have the rear axle seal looked into for an estimate. Then I was told I would have to make an appointment to get it fixed.They call me back early this morning and said they were too busy and could not do the work. I asked if I could bring it back later when they were not so busy to get it fixed. They said no they did not want to do the work. They were not even nice about it.When I went in to pick up the truck the owner could see I was upset for them wasting my time and asked what was wrong so I told him my story. He said those axles can be a little tricky sometimes. They had not even looked at the truck it was still parked in the same spot and the odometer was exactly the same. I would not go back to this place if they fixed my truck free. Don't waste your time with these backyard yahoos, if they can't be honest with you to begin with they do not deserve your money.The only reason I gave them a 1 star rating is I had to give something and there is nothing lower than 1 star. They don't even deserve a star. I have never been so upset with such pathetic customer DISservice before in all my life.

Incredibly honest, friendly, and well priced. My wife and I, as well as her whole family, have taken numerous vehicles here for almost a decade. We'll never even think about going anywhere else because of how well we've been treated and how honest they are about what is and isn't really necessary.

I must say, I called them because of the reviews on Google, and do not regret it one bit. Their customer service was awesome, and they repaired my car in a very timely manner. They were very courteous and sincere, I will definitely bring it back and recommend them to anyone.

Vinnie Marotti was highly recommended by a neighbor. He was everything the neighbor promised. Checked out my Honda CR-V ( oil leak) on the spot and took care of me in a most professional and fair manner. Didnt rry to fix anything or sell me anything I didn't need.I will most definitely seek him out for service in the future . Great family buisness!

I've been taking my car here for years. Time and time again they prove why. Thought I had a simple brake issue, so I took my car to the Kauffman Tire in Brookhaven near my new house. Nice people, but when I got quoted for $800 to fix the axle, bearings, and hub, I decided it was worth the 50 minute drive back towards my parents' house to have Marotti look at it. Total cost from Marotti was $295 for something Kauffman wanted $800 for. Car repair reviews can often be a case by case basis, but over the years I always feel more comfortable bringing my care here.

Family owned & operated business. They do more than just oil changes & take pride in their work. Their prices are better than most auto repair shops & they guarantee their work. I'm very happy with their fast efficient service!

I am a retired navy E-8 and it is so hard to find people in all facets of industry that you can trust, especially the auto repair industry. We have late model cady and had a problem with the A/C and went to several shops. All quoted new compressor and i suspected that there was nothing wrong with it. Anyway we went to marottis and that average 1200.00 dollar repair was on 170.00. He did a inspection and found a bad valve that was leaking and replaced it. Everything is working fine and has been for the past 6 months. This guy tells it like it is and is extremely trustworthy. The only problem is getting an appointment for service. But for this guy I would wait a month if I had to. By the way, it only takes a few days at the most and he explained that when my appt is made he only wants to focus all his energy on the particular vehicle.BRAVO ZULU AND SIERRA HOTEL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GUY FOR ALL VEHICLE PROBLEMS. THANKS ONCE AGAIN.Jeff Karwisch, RMCS (SW), USN, ret.

I can't say enough about enough about Marotti's - if you want honest, fair people to work on your car SEE THEM!! They have saved me thousands on repair, since I drive an older car there always seems to be something wrong. I was told that my head gasket was blown - it wasn't, was something minor. Great people.

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because, while they are personable, do quality work and their prices are fair, their phone number is almost always busy and I cannot get through to make an appointment. I'm going to have to find another mechanic because I just can't wait any longer, There is no email address or any other way to get through by phone, and they apparently don't even have call waiting.

The Best straight-up Auto repair facility anywhere I ve ever been, and car repairs and maintenances aren t always fun, but when it s time to do them, make Marrotti s your place to take your vehicle, they will all around get it done the best for your needs! Great people!
