We ve been bringing our vehicles to JCs for a couple years now and have always had great experiences. This last time we brought in my husbands truck, it was in and out within 24 hours, which we were very thankful for because he needed it back ASAP. Our vehicles are always fixed and we ve never had any issues after leaving the shop. We ll be moving an hour away in a few weeks, and we ll probably still end up making the trip to them when our cars are giving us issues as I dread the thought of trying to find another reliable and honest mechanic. Thanks for always doing right by us!

My husband bought a little Ranger that had a hard time cranking but after it warmed up it ran great. He changed all the sensors but we couldn't figure out what was wrong. We took it JC, and within a day, he figured out that the computer that was in it had been replaced, but the one they put in was for a smaller motor. Because its an older truck, they had to search high and low for the right part, but once they found it, they fixed the truck and it runs like a brand new one. We are SO grateful! They were quick, honest and we will definitely be back!!

I have been going to JC s for 15 plus years, for all my family s cars once you find an honest mechanic with quality work, you have hit the jackpot! This last experience is one of my favorite. JC s printed me a quote for my Honda Civic to have a clutch rebuilt and asked if I could give them a one day notice to order the parts, which I did. These mechanics had the forethought that the slave cylinder will need to be replaced as well otherwise I would be back for more issues. The car did not just sit in the lot or in the garage, these guys fixed my car in the time they promised. I would highly recommend this shop. Everyone, (including JC and his pups) are great caring people! Thank you, car drives fun again!

They are great! I called them up at 10am. Dropped my car off at 1130 and they were done at 4:30. Fixed my timing belt and water pump. Way below what internet prices estimate what they should be. They have a new customer for life! I m telling everyone I know to come here.

These guys are good, they will walk you through the repair and explain how and why. I have found them to be trusting and fair prices. They treat my wife with respect and will listen to her and then explain how & why. Very responsible, I haven't had to bring back any of the repaired jobs , they fix it right the first time.

Great job getting my A/C compressor and Heater core replaced on the F-150. Nice to have a quality shop so close.

$240 for evac and recharge on my honda and they only pulled a vacuum on the system for 10 minutes if they did at all. Should have taken an hour and a half but it was ready in 15 minutes. I should have just filled it myself. Kams would have been half the price and they would have left the vacuum on it for much longer but they couldn't get to my car until Monday.

JC's auto care went above and beyond for me. At 40 weeks pregnant, they didn't turn me away even though they didn't have the personnel to check out my vehicle at the time. They still made it work and was able to get my car fixed & it was affordable. They ended up fixing one thing that was commonly the issue instead of two things that the dealership had said, which would have doubled the cost. The only thing I would have changed was I wished they called me to tell me when the price increased (due to a necessity) instead of me learning about it at pickup.

Went to JC s auto care for my Hyundai Accent. It had squeaking sound while turning the steering. The other shops told me change the fluid pump but at JC s auto care they found the real issue that one of the hoses were leaking and fixed that. We brought our VW Atlas in to have a battery installed. This battery is very difficult to install because of where it is located and all the things that need to be moved to change it out. During this process a simple mistake was made that lead to several days of our car being at the shop to diagnosis why the alternator was not charging. In the end John figured out the problem and did not charge us anything for the inconvenience. He could have easily charged us for the other stuff he did to our car that we requested but he would not let us pay anything. It was very refreshing to find an honest mechanic that only wanted to make sure we were happy. John and his team are hands down the most professional and honest mechanics I have ever been to. I have used several different mechanics throughout Atlanta and Paulding County and have never seen the type of honesty and professionalism like I did yesterday when they serviced my vehicle. Integrity, service and speed! At 4pm on a Friday as I drove along 381 I discovered that my car was beginning to overheat. I quickly pulled into the first mechanic I could find. I'm so thankful that it happened to be this place! They found the problem (water pump belt was shredded) and fixed it, test drove it and had me back on my way by 5pm! They charged an incredibly fair price even though I obviously wasn't in a strong negotiating position. Thank you!

By far one of the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have dealt with in GA.He assured me he knew the problem with my car and he made sure he fixed it as promised.Diagnostic Fee a little on the pricey end but he makes sure he gives you the best option, so glad he fixed my car.I will drive from Kennesaw to Dallas anytime to have my car fixed by JC s Auto anytime.Thanks JC and grateful and thankful!

I stopped by to see if this auto shop could fix the latch on the trunk of my Rogue, and was all set to make an appointment to drop it off. John, the owner stopped what he was doing and fixed it right on the spot!! Great customer service, and a very personable guy!!! I will definitely make JC s my first call for car-related issues!!!

John and his team of pros at JC's auto service have been taking care of the Barger Family fleet for the last decade or so, and we feel very lucky to have John And his guys taking care of us with top notch mechanical work on our cars and trucks. These guys are honest, Very knowledgeable and really fair , they get the job done to keep us rolling.. I trust these guys 100% and send my friends and business associates there, and he just always come through,, Good people here!

I had recently bought a vehicle that did would cut off on me. I took it to JC and he was able to figure out the problem and fix it. He also saw some other minor problems and called me and made me aware of them. I will definitely be back if there are anymore problems with my vehicle.

Please do not spend your money here. Find a more reputable shop. They refused to fix an issue they cause and and the owner was a complete jerk. This is the kind of place that will try to up sell you on things you don t need. If you don t have any mechanical knowledge, beware because they will smell you out.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

They were super friendly and got me in quickly for a punctured tire. They were efficient and went the extra mile and checked/ filled all my other tires too! Great service all around.

Was told they would look at it the day we took it in. Two days later they had not touched it. When it was done they called to let us know. Said if we weren't there in 15 minutes they'd be gone. Rude. Told my son he was young so probably drove too fast. Rude again. My son is 37. Will NEVER go back.

I never thought I would ever say that I found a GREAT mechanic beside our son but John is the real deal! He is fair and won t try to sell you unnecessary parts or service. I will take my car to him EVERY TIME!

If you are like me, you despise the thought of having to have car work done. Especially so when you are from out of town and in a HUGE bind. Well that said, JC's Auto repair just did me a solid job and I can recommend this shop as someone that treated me right. Thank you, JC.. and I hope you have many years more treating customers as you should.

Recently I had my car towed there due to the fact that this shop was supposedly the only shop that could work on my car . My car was there for a week with NO progress what so ever. Each time I called about my cars progress, the shop stated There s nothing we can do and just left my car sitting in the parking lot for days with no update. Also, they the interior lining under my steering wheel column when I specifically told them that the port to get into my cars computer in located in the armrest (Pictures to prove this).. I towed my car home the other day and they came to the conclusion that my car was leaking transmission fluid which is false. It was oil. This is extremely unacceptable.

Amazing service! I ran over something on my way home, was losing air quickly, and hauled butt up to my closest shop! They happened to be It! They plugged my tire, put air in, and checked all my others too! Daniel, you rock!
