Moved into the area recently and was looking for a new shop, one of my friends recommended Dallas Auto. The past couple of months I have brought my car here and I could not be happier with their customer service. They do great work and it shows.

Took my jeep here a couple a months ago. Towed it to their shop(decent price). Very quick to give estimate and repair. Definitely recommend.

I am thrilled with the work they have done! As a woman who knows only basic knowledge on cars, they took great care of my car with no hassle. Both Chris and Jason kept me updated. I had my thermostat and water outlet fixed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I will be back for my other car fixing needs! Thank you for your hard work, yous guys are amazing!

1st time needing a mechanic since we moved here. I have severe mechanic anxiety, but they have a new permanent customer! They were honest, wonderful in price and the customer service was top notch! We will definitely be using them in the future!

Took our daughter s car to Dallas Auto Repair when the power steering went out. The car is 11 years old so we expected to at least have to replace a part. After inspection they let us know it was just a corroded connector. They fixed the problem with minimal expense. Hard to find honest mechanics these days but Dallas Automotive definitely fits the bill! Highly recommend and we will be taking our cars there from now on!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Anyone who gives these guys less than a 5 STAR is crazy. I live about an hour away and would not bring my 2006 hummer to anyone else. They are professional, kind, compassionate, thorough, very knowledgeable and fast. More importantly they are great with women customers. I appreciate them so much. I have never dealt with such an amazing shop in my life and I have dealt with a lot. Please take your car to them you will not be disappointed. I have MAJOR auto repair shop anxiety. I absolutely hate having to deal with car services. I called to make an appointment for my car to have the front brakes done. That process was easy. I dropped my car off and answered (or attempted to) the necessary questions to have my car repaired. I dropped it after after 12 and they were calling me by 4 to tell me my car was done! The price was in line with what I was anticipating and they didn t try to sell me in extra or unnecessary stuff! My ONLY complaint is, the air pressure light was on, and they didn t check the air pressure in my tires. But, if that s my only complaint, I m good and will return for future service. Always looking for the honest auto repair shop. Look no further. Jason did a great job getting our repairs completed on time. They repaired my brakes on a HD truck and did a great job. I'll use them again when in town.

I've been using Dallas Auto for years, and have found Mike, Jason, and crew to be honest and dependable.I've done most of my maintenance myself for the last few years, but found myself with a problem I couldn't solve this week. Air conditioning work is not cheap. But, I know I got value for my money.They are quick. They do what they say. The price is fair.Service: Air conditioning

Luckily I got stranded with my Truck only 200 yards away from this repair shop. I had 4 star on here at first only because I didn't have anything to compare it to . Service was spectacular I changed to 5 stars because it is truly a family oriented place and not to mention what auto shop do you know where you drop off your truck and they give you a ride home . Jason and the team definitely took care of me . Five star it is

I ordered BCM for my auto computer. Dallas Auto installed within 2 hours and my vehicle was back in better shape than before. They are very reasonable, professional and Great with auto repairs. Great prices . The guys up front are very nice and helpful. Explained everything that was going on with my vehicle and asked if I wanted them to proceed with fixing it and told me the prices. They also offer to take you home if it will be a long job to work on your vehicle if you would rather wait at home until your vehicle is done. I will be back, glad to know I have a mechanic shop I can trust thanks guys!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! They will forever be my go to shop! Jason was fantastic! They worked on my van when my husband threw in the towel! They did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe they gave me! As a female I felt comfortable and I was not taken advantage of nor treated any different! They didn t try to sell me all kinds of repairs like many other shops I ve visited in the past! I truly appreciate their professionalism! They answered every question I had without being annoyed! They will get use to my face as I will go there for all of my car needs from this point forward and we will probably move my husbands truck to their shop for his future needs as well! - Thanks Dallas Automotive!

Never a convenient time for auto repairs but the starter finally died. These folks did a prompt and thorough repair/replace of the starter and then had me pay for it. I pulled in today to see if they could help wire my truck to my trailer I. Told a young man what was happing when I did try to do it my self. He explain. I had a ground issue I ask if the could fix it. He said they could but I would have to leave the truck for two he was back up he was honest and helpful. Went home found the bad ground wire cleaned it I ll like he said save me 60 dollars and two days of time thank you. Definitely recommend this shop honest people go a very long way

I was recommended to this company by my boss who's been using Dallas Auto for years. I was impressed that they didn't try to nickel and dime me, but they actually tried to fixed my vehicle with modest and cost efficient solutions first. I sensed that they were not out to take all your money which was extremely refreshing and immediately built trust. Give them a try!

Would give them less but I can t . I gave them a review when they serviced my car a couple months ago and mysteriously it has disappeared . They don t like bad reviews .They charged me for work that was never done on my vehicle . I ve tried to dispute with my cc company but they lied to them too . The owner is very unhelpful and condescending . He obviously doesn t know what his staff does or doesn t do . I know I was overcharged and can prove the work they say they did wasn t done. $200 is a large amount to overcharge , so beware . I guess they ll see me in court next .

My daughter brought in my car because I was having issues with it, so naturally she gave them her information (number). They gave her a call and she told them that she would have to call them back because it was not her car and she had to get the ok from the owner (me). At the time, I was at work so I did not respond quick. When I got her message, I told her to call back and tell them that we wanted to get a second opinion. They quoted her for a price that is more then the standard price they charge for checking your vehicle. When I went to pick it up, I asked the owner why was he charging me so much. He alleged that they had done something to the car (still not sure what), but I told him why he had done any work on the car if my daughter had told him to wait. He immediately got an attitude with me and said that he did not think that a few extra dollars would matter if it meant the car was going to be fixed. Anyway he was getting mad/irritated and simply said pay me the standard price but your car is fixed. He just kept repeating (with a rude tone) that my car was fixed; however, the next day the car left me on the side of the road. Super frustrating.

They have had to fix my car several times! They have always been fair in price as well as exceptional customer service! Jason is very professional and explains things in plain English for non car people to understand! Thanks for taking care of my ride, "Maxine!"

They ran codes for my van and told me what the problem was, gave me the most inexpensive way to take care of it and explained it all clearly. The engine light has not gone back on since. The place seemed to be very busy and in demand. They got back to me when they said they would. Seems a fairly priced and competent place to go for car issues.

I had to have an emergency repair done fast and even with the work load they had, Jason was nice enough to work me in so I could have it repaired and back so my wife could get to work the following day. Excellent service, great work and reasonable pricing. Will be back again!!
