We just purchased a Can-Am XMR defender from Kendall at Outlaw. We had the absolute best service and a reasonable price. We checked two other dealerships and Outlaw beat them. We added some accessories and they helped us pick the best sound roof.Go see Kendall and tell him Melissa and Terry sent you.!

My husband and I had a great experience at Outlaw. Kendall was very professional and knowledgeable; he helped us make the right choice for a Can-Am side-by-side without pressuring us or pushing us to buy something we didn t need. Everyone there was super friendly and easy to work with. I know several families that are repeat customers and I understand why.

This is the number one place to go for your ATV or Side-by-side!!! The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming! They make you feel like family. We came just to look but the knowledge they have on all of there items and the knowledge on the ones that haven't made it to their store is remarkable!! Mr Kendall and his staff are the best!!!

contacted the savannah location and spoke with Trish about getting my 3rd defender from this location. she put me in contact with sales person, I spoke with Isabella. she instructed me since I was going to trade in my unit, she would get with Trish and Shane the owner and call me back by the end of the day. I texted Trish the next day since I didn't receive a call back. i sent Trish my payoff on my unit the hrs and miles to help the ball roll. Trish told me if Isabella didn't contact me with in the hour to contact back. so I did, to be told well she had 3 deals that walked in today. so she'll get with you in a bit. I replyed "congrats no problem. just trying to get updates" needless to say 4days in I'm just disappointed in the lack of care to a repeat customer I've bought 2 unit from outlaw and referred people thu tags, post, and word of mouth but I don't believe I will do so again.

Kendall was great! Ace is pretty awesome too! I was referred to Kendall and he worked really hard for 2 weeks to find the buggy that was perfect for me! He went above and beyond on customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! Sales person was great BUT we paid $24K for a 2022 that the Steering Rod broke 48 hours after purchase and I am STILL waiting on the general manager to call me back. I was told that I should "try the warranty first" and then reach out if they couldn't help and we they would see what they could do. Well sir, when you are going 50MPH down a road with your family on a machine that you just purchased and this happens...something more than ignoring my calls and pushing me to warranty needs to be done. I will continue to bad mouth this place until they do what is did an inspection before reselling and if nothing else would stand behind any product that they sold. NOT THE CASE! Watch what you purchase folks and who you purchase from. Again, Cara was a sweetheart and extremely helpful, hate that she is caught up in this, but there is no reason for a business to treat a customer like this. Customer service matters. Reputable service matters. (For those who may think otherwise, let me clarify, we purchased the machine, day 1, my husband spent day 2 cleaning the POS and then we took our kids for our first ride down the road and this happened. It was not misused, overused or anything else by us within the 2 days that we had it before this happened). UPDATE: it s now been 6 days and still no response from Outlaw. Not to worry though, I reached out to Statesboro Powersports who have completely assisted in every way possible. Please do yourself a favor and go there. BYW, after Statesboro completed an inspection of the machine, it s apparent that Outlaw either did not inspect or intentionally sold a defective machine without advising us of the issues. Way to provide customer service folks.

I hate to even leave one star! We drove 2 hours with a trailer looking to buy a can am defender. We test drove the used one but was told afterwards that the owners friend wanted to buy it but they had another in back that had a lift kit on it. Since we did not want lift kit they said they could remove it for us. We agreed to buy it and offered a down payment. The sales manager, Kendall, said they d have it ready in a couple days and to leave the trailer with them. Week later never heard from Kendall so we contacted him. Said he d been trying to contact us but didn t have right number but he had called us the first day from his phone to make sure he had it. We were finally told it was sold out from under us after the lift was removed. They tried to tell us that they told us their friend was to pick either one which again was not so. We called numerous times for the owner to call us and were told he would but he never did return call ! We had to drive another 4 hours to pick up our empty trailer. Your decision if you wanna do business with these people. We will not be back.

I dealt with Kendall Kight throughout my entire searching/buying process. Kendall was very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had, and had excellent knowledge of the product he was selling. I just got home with my new Defender Max XT, and Kendall has already called to make sure I was still happy. Highly recommended using Outlaw Powersports!

I contacted Outlaw power sport on Monday May 10th of 2021 looking for a new 4 seat side by side which if anyone has been looking are near about impossible to find. After establishing they had a machine I was happy with we discussed options and pricing and made a deal. Dealing with the staff was extremely pleasing and everyone was super helpful and friendly. The manager was there when I picked up my machine that Thursday and we talked for about 45 min while I was having a few things added. Very pleased that even though there is a shortage of products available they did not mark product up and give me a very fair price on my trade in. I would highly recommend working with them. Another plus I found out after picking up is that the sales department was closed on the Monday I called and had a member of staff there in parts department and she is the one I first started dealing with. That being said is most dealers I have been in contact with did not show the same concern to make a customer happy.

My experience at Outlaw Powersports has been great. Kendall has been an awesome sales person and Trish has been an amazing finance person. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a four wheeler, to purchase it from outlaw Powersports on 5918 Ogeechee Rd., Savannah, Georgia. You would not be dissatisfied.

I had a problem with my 2021 GTX Limited and Kendall really stepped up to help me get it resolved. It was nothing that Outlaw Power Sports did or didn't do to the unit, it was a problem from the manufacturer. Kendall came into the shop on a day that the store was closed and had a technician look at and fix my Sea Doo, while I waited. That is top notch customer service. It's clear Kendall is really committed to providing a great customer experience rather than like some dealers who only look at you as a sale. I would recommend stopping in and meeting Kendall in person. When I shopped Outlaw, I went in as someone that they have never seen before and left as a friend of the staff. It was a great experience!!!

I purchased a 2020 can am maverick trial from them in January I added a couple upgrades when I bought it and the service department installed them for me very quickly. I was very satisfied. I later had some issues with my buggy and the service department has been nothing but excellent with getting my buggy back out on the trials I am extremely satisfied! David the service manager has been a huge help and I would recommend him to anyone.

Our sales person Melissa, was excellent! They did not have the 6x6 Defender in stock. Melissa located one in North Carolina. She arranged for a driver to pick it up within a few days. The driver made it back in one day delivering to the shop at 5 o clock. Melissa and her sister personally delivered the defender to my father by 7 o clock that evening. My father is a very happy person!

As soon as we got out of the vehicle we were approached by a salesman and they were super nice. Melissa helped a ton trying to find me a SxS even though they didn t have the one I was looking for in stock. She tried her hardest to find one fromanother dealer and trade, but the other dealers weren t willing to trade. We ended up buying a SxS from another dealer but will go through them to have service done. She called several times and even checked in again after we already made a purchase and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Melissa!
