I brought my vehicle in so alignment could be checked. As I waited in waiting room and heard technicians interacting with customers I was very impressed with the courtesy and respect shown. After checking my vehicle owner explained my alignment was fine and there would be no charge. Wow!! Thank you guys for your honesty!! I will be back!!

Very nice, competitive pricing,I ordered a tire from Trammell because, the price was just as good as Walmart, they went so far as to check my fluids, and told me that it was low on oil, installed my tire put some oil in it,and I was on my way. Thank You, Trammell tire,i will be back.

The best most professional and KIND tire shop I ve ever visited. Thought I needed a new tire, but turns out just low air due to freezing temperatures. Any other shop would ve tried to get me to purchase unnecessary tires, but this shop helped me and explained what was happening as a courtesy. Highly recommend

I stopped in without an appointment for a tire going down and they took care of me quickly for a very reasonable price. If I ever need tire services in the area again I won't hesitate to come here again.

This place is fantastic. I took my daughter's car in for tires because she had a flat. William had her car completed in a timely manner. He also took the time to come speak with us about it. We were pleased with the service and price.

Had new tires put on my Porsche Cayenne. They did a fantastic job with exceptional care not to scratch the rims. Installed and reprogrammed new TPMS which are working perfectly. They totally live up to their name, Pros. I would trust them to work on any vehicle. Their price beat Costco and Tire Rack.

Visiting from out of town and realized my minivan needed two new front tires. Trammell took about 30 minutes to put new tires on and get me back out the door. Great service and great prices!

We've been using Trammell for about five years. Called to see if they had tires in stock for my car. They did. I was in and out within 45 minutes. Great prices too!!! New customer waiting area is spotless and comfortable. Our go to for tires, brakes, and more.

They helped so much with my car and explained everything to me very well with all the questions I had. It s very difficult as a female in my 20s to get car issues fixed but I m glad to have a place here where I feel comfortable getting my car fixed!

My wife and I recently spent a few days in Dahlonega, GA and had a bit of bad luck when I unfortunately ran over a curb to avoid hitting something in the road. This resulted in three flat tires. Our tow truck driver highly recommended Trammell Tires. Thanks to their GREAT professional and friendly customer service, my wife and I were able to continue with our visit in a short period of time. I would recommend this business.

They are the best! I was very nervous to go to a car service place because I'm a young woman and I have been taken advantage of and treated without respect at other car service places. I went by myself to have my tire looked at because I ran over a nail and they were extremely kind and professional. They were able to remove the nail and check the air in the tire and did not charge me anything. I cannot recommend them enough! Girls go here!

I have never experienced the level of professionalism and courtesy that I experienced here. I got a flat and was in the process of changing the tire myself in the gas station next door when Jimmy walked up and helped me out. He truly helped me out and guided me to bring it next door to get a new tire. They immediately serviced me and quoted a decent price. It took longer to put the spare tire than the time they took to put a new one on. Love these guys!

Tyler helped me, the experience was great, and it turned out being less than I was quoted. My xterra runs better than ever. I'm from out of town, but they got me ready to go to travel cross country. Best shop I've encountered from all over the country. Thans again!

These guys were truly amazing! Kyle Trammell and his dad were top notch! Couldn t have asked for better service or better people! I am an out of towner, coming from Michigan on my way to FL and our car was having some vibration issues. They replaced the wheel bearings right away and we re so kind to let my girls take over their tv and watch Disney+. They took care of me right then and there and made sure my family was safe in our travels. They genuinely care and do amazing work! Highly recommend if you are in the Dahlonega area or even if you aren t these guys are worth making the trip!

My husband called in the morning looking for tires for my SUV. They gave him options and prices over the phone and told him they would be ordered and in by 3p. They called my husband as soon as the tires arrived. He was in and out in 45 minutes. I appreciate prompt service. Thank you!

Great experience. I had a blowout and had to get a couple of tires swapped out before I could go to work. My husband got both tires done ( in two trips) just in time. They even refused the tip he offered saying it was too much and it was their pleasure. This is my tire shop from now on. I wish the guys at Crawford Tire Service in Ocoee Fl had a just a tenth of their professionalism and honesty.

I had my tires mounted and oil changed here. I LOVE them! Super efficient, super nice, well priced. It took no time at all to get all of the work I needed. I didn't feel like they were trying to upswell me either. Best experience I've had with a mechanic. Definitely recommend!!

Very cordial and prompt assistance. I had to buy a set of tires on the fly. The brand I wanted was in stock so I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. All the attendance were professional and worked with a sense of urgency. I highly recommend.

I recently had a flat tire. The folks at Trammell Tire & Service got me back on the road within an 1/2. I was so thankful because I was passing through on my way home in Toronto, Ontario Canada.Thanks to the speedy turn around & the high level of service I was able to get home on time. Many thanks to the team & for your professional attitude. I wish I lived closer because I would be a life time customer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trammell tire to anyone

My family were in Big Canoe on vacation when there was a problem with our SUV. WE asked people up on the Amacolola Falls where we could get n honest repair done on our car. They recommended Trammell Tire Pros. What a blessing we met those people as the owners were not only 100% honest with us as to our problem but added the coolant we needed in our car and would not allow us to pay for it. Then, we were further blessed while speaking with the father who informed us that his grandfather(I believe) was one of the first to discover Gold in Dahlonega and we were fascinated by our history lesson. Always such a pleasure to meet honest, caring and interesting people. WE are so thankful for the Trammell family. By the way, the son was told, by us, that he was blessed to be working with his father and he acknowledged immediately and a brilliant smile immediately came upon his face.

They are ridiculously professional. I asked if they could call and update me as my car was getting worked on to see if they found anything else, and they called me multiples times with updates. They're punctual, knowledgeable, and will get you in and get you out! I will definitely be going back. :)
