I ve had a subscription here from since Tidal Wave opened and I can confidently say this is the best car wash around. This car wash takes care of stubborn spots on my car that typically competitors never touch. From the friendly service with a smile to my super clean and shiny car after the wash I d give this more stars if I could!

Best car wash for shine! It is a bit more expensive, but our vehicles seem to stay looking shiny longer. The products they use in the wash are awesome! The attendants are always very friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels and sprays in the exterior cleaning areas for detailing. I would recommend this car wash 100%!

I figured I would give this establishment a try to see how well it works. I was a little disappointed that a good bit of dirt was left on the car. Very nice employees and the system seems to work pretty well. I think they either need to slow down the movement of the vehicle or try different chemicals.

Awesome staff. They were busy even though there weren't any cars at the time (in the middle of the work day). I forgot my floor mat, went back about 30 later and the guy goes in and took and grabs it for me. I have an old car and worn out mats, he could have done anything with it . Great place!

DO NOT GO TO TIDAL WAVE WASH BY CHICK FIL A IN DAHLONEGA UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR SCRATCHED AND THE WITS SCARED OUT OF YOU! I have been a couple of times and never had an issue until today. My car literally went up over the tracks and I had to tell attendant to shut it down. He blamed me and would not believe me that my car was scratched and moving up over the track. What a terrible experience. Thank you Jesus for deliverance from evil .response to Tidal wave I may not have handled situation with a lot of feminine grace, but I will not be reaching out to you people. After how your employee reacted and treated me I would rather go to the Mr. Clean wash down the road. There is no trust with your employees or company anymore.

Both vehicles on our household have gone through the new Tidal Wave car wash. Very pleased with results. Vacuuming station allows plenty of room to tidy up the interior and exterior as one wishes. Plenty of cloths and bottles of surface/glass cleaner are available. Employees are friendly and readily helpful. Highly recommend.

Had been a monthly subscription of Ultra Car wash in Lawrenceville for many years, after Covid, the service declined significantly. Now we are monthly subscribers to Tidal Wave in Dahlonega. Best service, best associates, best wash I ve ever seen! Hope it all continues, so far a wonderful experience!

This Tidal Wave is, no joke, 2 hours away from where I live. It s in the neighborhood of where I drive Uber but 2 hours north of where I live. I will now bypass my local Tidal Wave and wait till I m 2 hours away to use this location. Hands down, the most polite, well maintained location (yes, to be fair.., they are new) that I have been to. They actually have vacuums THAT WORK and they work AMAZINGLY well. If the McDonough location wants to know what actual working vacuums are send someone to the Dahlonega location. Since working vacuums seem to be a foreign concept to them this location should be THE STANDARD! Absolutely recommend this location. Hands down.

I had a very good experience at this car wash. The staff were super friendly, the wash was great, and the vacuums were easy to use and powerful. I also really liked that rags and cleaner are provided.

What a great car wash experience. And FREE to boot with only a 10 minute wait. I m a little surprised to be the first to leave a review after 3 days of free car washes to the public. Great job Tidal Wave and employees! A fun experience too!!

Basic wash is too expensive. should not include tire shine. Nice place. The people are too happy. Seems a little fake. mr. clean is a much more reasonable price and a more authentic experience.

First time going today , they have been doing free car washes since they opened and I had to come try it , the staff was very nice and helpful when I needed help getting into the car wash because I was a little nervous lol. Even with the line it was a quick wait and my car looks great! I ll definitely be coming here again. I am sad to see no one has left a good review since they have been offering free car washes the past 3 days.

Fantastic place. I forgot I had items in back of my truck when I went through. The guys here come back and I ll put in my truck for me. Allow me to call back around and they reloaded it. Great service!

We went in for the free car wash this weekend. First before we entered the wash building. even I know you don t scrub the front of the car from the bottom up. This is what they did. Bumper hood windshield. It can scratch the car finish and windshield with tiny rocks found in the bumper dirtThe wash itself was quick and full of suds. But there was no rinse cycle to get the suds off. There was a blower at the end of the process which just blew suds offUpon returning home-we examined the car. The windshield was spotty with water or suds spots and there were dirt spots along the sides of the car. BUT my tires rims were shiny!Service: Auto detailing

Sales people failed to inform me the only way to have my subscription canceled is to cancel it 7 days in advance. Thanks for over drafting my account tidal wave. I am really disappointed they had nothing to say beside that s policy. I hate companies that operate in this way. They will never see another penny from me.
