My truck was leaking water out just about as fast as more was out in. With no other vehicle to drive I was desperate to get the problem resolved. I called a couple of places that I have used before and each said that it would be 1-2 weeks before they could look at it and being in a small town leaves few options. I decided to call Mountainside after my neighbor told me about them. After explaining the situation and guessing the problem was the water pump, Henry said that he had a few jobs waiting but the need to get to them they were not urgent. Within 24 hours of getting my vehicle there it was repaired.Henry and Henry (Sr and Jr) and their team could not have done much better.

I truly can't say enough of Henry and all of those at Mountainside about how patient they were with us. We weren't quite sure what was wrong with my car but Henry took his time and even called us after his work hours,making sure to squeeze is in to at least look at it before the weekend started. And even though we had to get further specialist help, he was able to help us understand what it is, gave us a discounted price that was very fair and he even help us to get it towed not only initially to him, but also to the specialist. He was very kind, ameinable, and patient. Thank you Henry and everyone at Mountainside so much.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my brakes and rotors changed here and the service was amazing! My car was barely drivable and I thought I'd be out a car for at least a week but they fixed it the day after bringing it to the shop and charged a very reasonable price. Will use them again!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I took my Grandson's Blazer to them because it seemed like it ran worse with every day that passed. And so for a graduation present I sent it to the shop. I'm so pleased with how it runs now, it feels practically brand new. I've found the people that I'll reference as "my mechanics". Now these boys are covered up with business so just don't get discouraged if they can't drop everything for you "right then"...the end result was worth it.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The Snelgrove boys are some of the best guys you could ever get to meet. Very knowledgeable mechanics that won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. With a background in drag racing they are able to assist with the simplest repair to a full blown fire breathing street beast!

had an intermittent electrical problem with my jeep driving me crazy and they fixed it fast, low labor hours, replaced injector wires and it was still way cheaper than taking my dog to the vet.I highly recommend them they will get you back on the road fast at a very fair price

I've taken two different cars here, he overcharged on both. One was only to diagnose, which I was told was no charge. It was determined that it simply needed an oil change. He charged $125. The other was for my A/C, which only cooled for two weeks after it was supposed to be fixed. When I brought it back, the quoted cost was more than $100 over what I found anywhere else and in the end wasn't even the problem, so it would have needed more work anyway. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman or if this is how he normally does business, but he certainly won't get any more of mine.

Great customer service! Plugged up our tire and had us out of there in 30 minutes and they were busy. Highly recommend them for sure.

I'll tell you what they are fast they are friendly and the best mechanics around Cleveland Georgia they treated me really right and they are reasonable so if you got some problems with your car or truck you need to go to them and if you got a old vehicle they'll know how to fix it when most of the mechanics around Cleveland Georgia don't know how

This is the only shop that I trust and know that will take care of any problems that I may have knowing that when I get my truck back everything has been addressed an fixed properly an for a very decent price harry an his father will not rake there customers over the coals I have been doing business with these gentlemen for over 2 years an will continue to do so

Won't fix my car come and get it and pull it to the shop to fix it because of tires that I bought there so I will not be going back to this place I will find someone else to pull my car and fix it sorry service
