We delivered our machine with a code and they took them approximately two months to fix it. Less than a week the machine with the same code and we call Yance to find out what to do, of course they say that it is not the same code and they are going to charge again and for more time with a machine without collaborating in the production, something that they don t understand with their lousy service.Make sure before you bring in your machine that they will fix only the issue in your machine. They will find a lot other issues and ether way one weeks later your machine will be broke down again and they will say is another issue. No business will their machine in their shop for 2 months and one week later you have to bring it in again.

Really bad service. I have ask for a meeting with the service manager and after reading all reviews online and other business owners I knew they will not help me out. I had my machine 2 months on the shop, they fix everything except the code I had it brought in on the first place, and one week later the same code pop in the screen and they will charge me again and spend 2 months on the shop. Impossible to run my business this way. Please stay away from them.

This place is trash they deserves -10 stars pore customer service, they lie on their warranty, when I purchased the 4 batteries I was told a 3 year warranty when I brought them to them after a year i was told by the old rude lady that they had only a year warranty. They can have them and i will never step my foot it that place again!

Our company recently purchased a track loader from Yancey Bros. We take delivery tomorrow! (Not our first piece from Yancey) the level of customer service provided by our sales rep Landon Moore has been absolutely unbelievable. It s rare to find a sales person with such amazing communication habits and focus on customer satisfaction. I couldn t imagine purchasing a piece of equipment anywhere else!

Yancey of Gwinnett quoted me $20,000 worst case (there words) to fix a skid steer and it was only suppose to take 1 week. They said hyd. had been contaminated with metal. Over 2 months latter and a total loss of 79,000 the machine had the same issue with 1 track not moving. Talking with the machinic he told me they had someone take it apart and he had lost/ misplaced alot of the parts to my machine. this is when he was assigned to work on it. He found a broken wire on the wiring harness and she was fixed. Took an oil sample of the head that we run on that machine and no metal was found in the hyd oil. The first day we got the machine back the implement pump was not making the pressure it should to run the mulching head. Took it back and they said it needed another pump. more down time ya. I told them from the start i wanted all my old parts back that they had to replace. after walking around there yard i started finding my old pumps drive motors and a few other items they where disassembled sitting in the weather rusting. they never could find all the old parts. Got the machine back and it finally was working except the A/C system they put the orifice valve in backwards and it broke the A/C compressor. I know this is not like caterpillar had many years of great experience with cat. Yancey cat in Gwinnett was the worst i spoke with ring power cat and showed them the pics and notes i had taken and they where shocked. Have talked with many other people on forms that have had bad experience with Gwinnett. Now we deal with the Washington branch for parts and service wow they are amazing. Finally decided after about 1 year to buy a new machine to add to our fleet. My sells man was great and help full getting us back to buying a cat machine. Had a few small thing that had to be fixed on the new machine over the 6 months by washington branch they fixed them quick. The machine has 700 hrs on it and the tracks are coming apart and i had to deal with Gwinnett again on track warranty mainly Rick Chatfield he said he would not even look at the machine i had brought to his yard he said he look at the pics and said he made his mind up that there was no warranty on the tracks he said cat tracks only have a 300 hr warranty but cat advertise 12 month 1000 hr and the warranty paper work that came with the machine says 12 month 1000 hr warranty. The tracks are coming apart from the inside out with the tread and sides of the tracks in great shape. I would say take any issues you have to another dealer or branch there is a major issue there with management.

Really good people there. They always have the parts I need when I need them. Also very knowledgeable when it comes to the equipment.

When you go into just about any manufacturers dealership, you will get what you pay for. Not the cheapest place, doesn t advertise to be such. Absolute top notch work and parts availability..
