Global Tire in Dacula, GA is the best place I have had any work done on any vehicle I have owned and I am 63 years old. My only regret is not knowing this place existed until recently. They are honest and friendly and do things thoroughly. I will recommend them to anyone needing tires, brakes, axles, etc.

The new owners are professional, kind, efficient, and offer fair prices. When my car stopped on the side of the freeway, I had it towed to their shop. I needed a starter, a belt, and a tensioner, and they replaced them quickly. Since then, I have not experienced any more problems.

Never again. My 1st initial call to All Tire & Brakes (Dacula - next to Stars and Strikes), Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He assured me that they could take in my daughter s car and have it ready same day. I called and called that following Monday trying to confirm Tuesday was still good, Yes it was. So I took the car in, got there no answer to the door so I called and called. Finally another man came to the door (very nice and concerned) he told me he spoke to Jason and that he would be in around 10:30/11:00. So I left the key with him and a note asking for a returned call to discuss what needed to be done. After all I m no mechanic or knowledge with this field. Again, no call no answer for hours! So at this point I panic bc the car is primary for my daughter to attend College and work. Jason finally showed up , coincidentally after I reached out to Gwinnett County Headquarters for assistance on getting my car back. No work was performed.In this world I know things happen, I get it. What we fail to realize is communication goes along way. When communication was broken and you had no regards or even remorse to what chaos you just caused a potential customer, it leads to negative feedback.

They care about not costing you and service is top notch.Update: I was wrong. Had a cracked engine block. Insurance handled it. Starter also needed work. I paid for that. Thought everything was fine when I received my car back. Then my car started over heating and ac went out. Took it back to see if anything had gone wrong as this wasn't an issue before. They told me I needed a new fan control unit. Went home and looked at and found out someone broke it and puddied it back on. Guaranteed when they took my engine out the pulled the wires down. Will never go back again.

Do not take your car here. Unprofessional people with no regard to customer. Car had been sitting for a whole week unlocked and tried multiple times each day to get in contact with them and no response. Save your time and money and find a professional mechanic shop.

Worst place ever.. They also have a car dealership..Dacula Automotive..Crooks..Manipulators..liars..Husband abs Wife team.. Bought my Truck Sept 22- just now got my Title(May 23).. They'recar dealership license are suspended..The automotive shop is also there's.. The young man operating..who is currently overseeing it.. very courteous..honest.. MANAGEMENT ARE CROOKS AND LIARS..UPDATE..06/02/23.. Correction the Auto shop is in a TRANSITIONAL PERIOD..the young man I mentioned will be the new owner purchasing from the HUSBAND and WIFE BANDITS.. he was actually instrumental in me obtaining my title.. I've never had work done by that shop.. mentioned it because it was tied to the two THEIVES.. Again the AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR shop will be under new ownership by the YOUNG MAN I mentioned earlier.. All my other comments still stands for DACULA AUTOMOTIVE

We have been taking our vehicles to All Tire & Brake for several years. The staff have always been friendly and efficient, whether we are waiting or dropping off. We like that they tell us what needs to be repaired, the cost and how long it will take. Often they have taken us to the vehicle on the rack & shown us the issue. They are competitively priced and do not try to add-on more repairs, like the dealers seem to do. We highly recommend All Tire & Brake. Jason & staff are friendly and professional!

I was sent here to pick up a Uhaul truck. I took the truck and loaded it up. My friend told me he smelled gas. I recognized the odor and looked under the truck, and lo-and-behold both rear wheels are leaking brake fluid like a siv. This business is closed all weekend and it took over an hour to get through to the Uhaul help line.I m still on hold so I ll update once it s resolved.

Excellent service! As a woman I am always weary that mechanics will try and take advantage of what knowledge they think I lack about my car and will try and "upsell" me things I don't need (as per previous experiences elsewhere). This was not the case here! The manager Danny and his associate, Matt were incredibly nice and only informed me of things that seemed "off" about my car while getting a simple oil change. The prices were great and I felt comfortable being there. I will be back!

Da bombSo yeah, these guys are pretty amazing. I've been going for a year or so, & they really are good people. I thought I would share... So I called Monday morning asked if I could set an appointment for 1 on Tues & about how long would an oil change take... The guy said 45 minutes, I let him know I would be on a lunch break from work & I'm not kidding within 40 minutes, I was leaving my car is running beautifully. Also they've done work on my tires, brakes... Check 'em out, give the local business a chance!!

Make no mistake, these guys are in it for a quick buck and not your business long term. If I could give no stars I would. Not only did these jokers mess up one of my factory optioned wheels by stripping all the Bead Lock Bolts but one, they then denied doing it. Then to make you think they care the slightest bit, the mgr offered to call the owner to see what they can do. Not even 5 min later, promptly comes back out to say "sorry, we will not replace the wheel". Highly professional if you ask me. The guy didn't call anyone! Just walked out and back in to appease me. What a joke! So irritating. This place isn't worth using the restroom at! To top it off, this was a Referral!! The Mgr Shawn must be leaving these positive reviews.

Not happy with my latest experience. Car seems to be having more issues than when I first brought it in. The charge $99 for a diagnostic test for my window. After getting it back we couldn t open up the trunk ....claiming it was an electric problem. After further investigation from my husband we find out that they put the valet lock on so the trunk wouldn t open. Now we are also experiencing issues with the acceleration. I am going to go elsewhere

I cannot say enough good about Carlos who works at the front desk. He alone makes us want to do business with All Tire & Brake. If the business and other staff are anything like him, then we they are excellent. We were not on their service side but instead worked with them for UHaul and felt taken care.

My experience here was fantastic. An employee named Rob, I think Robert Engels, helped me get my car fixed for a great price. He didn't ask me to pay for extra things I didn't need. He found the problem and fixed it. Customer service was best I've seen in a while. Definitely going to keep coming here when my car has problems. And just wanted to say, Thanks Rob for being so attentive with your customers.

I come here for tires and they always take care of me. On two occasions, while working on tires, they pointed out steering and braking issues that I hadn t found. These issues could have resulted in a serious accident if not addressed. I ve read negative reviews here and I honestly don t see what they see. On my latest visit, I bought the wrong TPMS modules to be installed. It was my fault, but they worked with me to come up with a fair solution and everything is resolved. Great bunch of guys and car enthusiasts who care about what they re doing.

Very nice shop. I take my 86 4runner there and my 2006 f250. They have solved every issue ive had. And have great prices. Their staff is very knowledgeable and can explain the issues to my non knowledgeable self. You can even rent uhauls there. They even have a small car lot on the side. They've got it all Will always come back.

Fast service, knowledgeable staff, etc. What really stands out with this shop is they finish the job with the same great service regardless of what happens. I had a wheel spacer get stuck (cheap spacers, not the mechanic's fault) and the nut stripped. They not only freed my wheel but replaced the spacer and nut free of charge. After the hiccup, they completed the job the right way, unlike other shops I have experienced who do it the quick/cheap way. Great guys, fair pricing, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended! Thanks!

I have a 2015 Buick Enclave and was experiencing some issues with the transmission. I took the SUV to this location back in February of 2020. They did a diagnostic on the vehicle and we were told that we would need to take it to a dealership due to them not having the proper equipment to fix computer issues within our vehicle. We took our vehicle to Rick Hendricks to have the computer reprogram. The services center at Rick Hendricks told us it was a transmission issue as well as the computer needing to be reprogrammed. We were quoted 6k by Rick Hendricks to fix the transmission. We then contacted All tire and brake and got a quote from them. We received a quote of 2600 to fix the transmission. We agreed to the price and the work began. A few days later we received the vehicle back and within days the vehicle was doing the samething as before. We contacted all tire and brake again. We dropped the vehicle off once again to All tire and brake. A week or so went by and we were told that they took out the transmission that they just put in and replaced it with another. Problem solved right? WRONG! We received the vehicle back and once again it s doing the same thing as before. At this time Covid-19 is sweeping the nation and everything is closed. We waited very patiently until things began to open back up and once again we contact All tire and brake about our concerns. Upon speaking with Jason we were told once again to drop the vehicle off to them. Now at this point we have paid rental car fees, tow fees and etc dealing with issues related to the transmission. This back and forth process has been going on for 4 months now. We have at least dropped our vehicle off to All tire and brake a total of 5 times trying to figure out what s going on. Each time we are told the vehicle is fixed and it s clearly not. We finally were forced to take the vehicle to a third party. We went to Nash Chevrolet in Snellville. We told the service center our vehicle drives for about 30 miles and just stops . There was no mention of the nightmare we had just experienced over the past 4 months. Within a hour the service guys over at Nash told us that our transmission was bad and needed a replacement. Instantly we called all tire and brake only to be told that they will only cover the part and not the labor. All tire and brake had EVERY opportunity to fix our vehicle the first time As well as the 5 other times we dropped the vehicle off to them. At this point we are out of $2600 in addition to 7 weeks of rental car fees along with still paying a car note and insurance on a vehicle that we haven t driven over 500 miles since February. My advice is to stay far away from this shop they will buy used parts from a junk yard and charge you top dollar. We are now in the process of filing legal action against this scum of a company.

Cannot thank them enough! We were stranded just down the road from them while on tour and they were able to come out and fix our starter within fifteen minutes!I would definitely recommend to anyone!Honest and dependable!

Jason is the best Shawn is awesome to thank you guys for everything you do for us this is why I don't go anywhere else or trust anyone else to touch my truck. The work you expect is there work you get here half the reason we haven't moved back to FL lol don't find shops like this every where thanks guys

love these guys. Rob is the manager and he makes you feel like part of the family when you walk in. honest mechanics. highly recommend them for any other ladies who need to trust they're dollars are wisely spent towards vehicle maintenance.
