I am very pleased with the service and care provided to me and my car. I went in due to having another nail in my tire and I was promptly greeted and serviced. I've been to this location three times and each time Mr. Eddie was very professional and advised me of services while I was there, but not in a pushy way. Thank you Mavis and Mr. Eddie for taking care of my family and I!

The good people at Mavis in Dacula took excellent care of my car. They were friendly, professional, went above and beyond - resolved my car s issues in record time. This is the kind of shop you can trust and return to - which is rare. I highly recommend them and will be returning.

Friendly customer service and they did match pricing, so I was happy. I would, however, recommend getting your alignment at a different place such as Pep Boys or other stores that give you 1 year or lifetime alignment. You only get 30 days if your alignment is out of whack (mine is slightly pulling to the left after installing all new tires), and then you have to pay another $100 to re-do it.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning at 8. Needed my wheels balanced and an alignment since my car was shaking at higher speeds. Attendants were very polite and took about an hour and a half to get the job done. Cost about $150 to get it done. Overall I was very pleased with my service and would recommend it.

Had to get a tire replaced because a screw was in sidewall. The work was completed before quoted time given, so that was nice surprise. And wasn t charged for lugnut replacement due to a dealership mistake. I definitely recommend this Mavis location.

This Mavis location was a Godsend. After a different company refused to help us with our tire issue one hour before closing time, we called Mavis. They were so helpful. Knowing we were a group of ladies from out of town trying to catch a flight, they happily said for us to come on in and they would take care of us. We felt safe and felt like they were honest with us. To top things off, they refused to charge us to resolve our tire issue. 100% recommend this helpful and friendly staff.

I just left the location on auburn rd and it is very rare that you feel people actually care about you. They were kind and thoughtful and got me exactly what I needed in my budget. I ll most definitely be back for future work

On 4-06 I talked to the manager to get my truck aligned today He said he was full today but could do it tomorrow... I told him I had a F 150 with a 4 inch lift on it with big tires. Would he still be able to do it? He said bring it in tomorrow and we'll have to look at it. My appointment was for 11 o'clock. I brought my truck in and the manager on duty said Because it had a 4 inch lift, it will not work for the front end alignment. He went back to talk to his mechanics and they told him no it will not. What a waste of my time probably will not go back.

I have been using Mavis Tires & Brakes for years, particularly this Dacula location. I have never had an issue with any of the staff or the service I've received, and my vehicle is always serviced in a timely manner. Bill always gives me straight and honest advice and he is professional and knowledgeable. I recommend Dacula Mavis Tires & Brakes 100%.

They were reasonably priced and they helped me out a lot. I would like to recognize Ms. Lennon & Mr. Eddie. They were very nice & a pleasure to talk too. I was telling them about our move that we are fixing to do to North Carolina & they talked about that & wished us well. Very nice employees!! Thank you guys for everything & helping me out today

had a great experience here! my low battery light kept coming on and Mavis checked everything out quickly and for free. they even did an additional inspection on the rest of my car just to be safe. highly recommend!!

Showed up Thursday around 2:30 with a screw in my tire, expecting to leave my car overnight. But they drove to the warehouse to pick up my tires, had car back to me by 7PM. Excellent service and attitude from the friendly woman who helped me!

Great first time visit. My car was having trouble with a minor problem in the radiator system. Keenon and Dusty were of great help. Very informative on what they do. They have good attitudes as well. They were willing to inspect what was wrong for free. This is a business I would come back to if I have future car trouble.

I was quoted $80.00 for an oil change with semi-synthetic oil. I thought that was outrageously high, but I agreed to it. When I picked up the car, they wanted $110.00 and apparently had used full synthetic oil. I told them that there was no way I was paying $110.00 for an oil change, and the guy who gave me the quote came out and adjusted the invoice to the quoted amount. They also left a nice pair of greasy hand prints on my hood when they closed it.I have also had an ongoing vibration issue with the car. They charged me $400 for new rear brake rotors and pads and it didn't solve the problem. After several more visits with "no problem found," they told me that both of my front wheels were bent, and that was causing the problem.I took the car to a wheel specialist, and he found one wheel to be perfect and the other to be almost perfect.I have lost faith in these people.

Wonderful service! EXCELLANT staff. Keenon and Bill worked to service my van and beat the dealer estimate by $700.00. That is real savings. They completed the service the same day. I will be using them in the future.

I will give my service today a 5 star because I had issues with my valve stem cap on the car I use daily & hubby took it to Mavis in the morning and they took care of it asap with no charge. I appreciate them for their quality service. Thank you so much.

I needed air in one tire and when I saw a tire pump that was for the public and pulled in. I attempted to put air in the low tire and the pump was set at 35LBS and when I plugged it in to the tire said 16 which is what I guess it had and did not go up. Then a person came out from inside and asked if I was trying to get air and said I was but its not working. He said pull up by the door with 2 cones and I did and all bays were empty on that side of the building and workers roaming around doing nothing. I got out and wait by the front of my van and nobody came over to help. I will remember this when one of my 3 vehicles needs tires again.

I had a great experience at this Mavis. I had an appointment and they solved and repaired my vehicle same day. Bill is very professional. The whole staff is great, customer service is key! I'd recommend the Dacula Mavis to everyone.

I called to get a quote on my vehicle. I spoke with a very rude woman. I told her I was a first time customer. I wanted to know if there were any Black Friday specials at that location. She was very evasive with her response. She stated that she couldn t quote a price over the phone. So, I asked for a ballpark figure. She had a very nasty demeanor. After she provided the price I asked if the sensors were included in the price. She responded no. I asked for a worst case scenario price versus a best case scenario. She responded ok, very good and placed me on hold. Wow. I couldn t believe that she thought it was actually my job to probe her for information rather than her job to provide me with full details. I hung up and went to Google to provide a review and noticed someone else provided a 1 star review, including the name of the person who assisted them, with the exact same issue. So, I called back to ask her name and it s the same person (Keenan). So, needless to say the person prior to me was not lying. If I were the owner of this establishment, I d take issue with someone I employ and pay to do a job causing me to lose money and potential long term loyal customers.

Everybody here was so amazing!! I came in close to closing with a flat tire and they took care of me and with such a warm attitude. Steve, Keenon, and Milton all deserve 5 stars!! Amazing amazing amazing!!!

Kudos to Mavis for having FREE air for your tires! High tech automated gauge turns off when teaching specified PSI. No more searching for a working FREE Air pump (QT sometimes) or worse paying $2 or more for a few minutes. Too bad they don't sell gas too.Of course, they also sell Good tires at Good price.

Don't come here I made an appointment to get the alignment done on my car at 2:00 and I waited for two hours just for then to start working on my car. After asking them several times when they were going to start working on my car because I have been waiting for two hours since I arrived at the time of my appointment and they said that an appointment only guarantees that your car will be worked on before closing and not at the time of your appointment.

Where do I start I went in this morning I was in and out in 45 minutes . Keenon and her team swooped in and checked me in and took my car straight back. She was very thorough with pricing and time management when it came to my elected services.All services were completed in a timely fashion and with care. I watched the technician be gentle with my baby Neicy Nissan Altima. I always come here for services on all 4 vehicles In My household. Each and every time I am greeted with exceptional customer services and awesome hospitality. Keep up the great work.
