I went to have an emissions test. They provided the service quickly and efficiently. It was my first time visiting there, and the front desk staff warmly welcomed me and helped me feel comfortable while waiting for the test to be done. The test itself took about 15 to 20 minutes. I recommend stopping by there if you need an urgent emissions test.*It was cold weather, so I missed hot coffee in the waiting room. That would be perfect if there were a hot drink vending machine or coffee machine for customers.:)

Have been doing business with Doug and the team there since they opened. Always do a great job! Most recently had them help me do some needed repairs on a used car, my son and I bought for him to drive. Runs great and I know it is now safe for him to drive. Highly recommend!

This business knows cars and offers a wide variety of services. My car was due for a tune up and this service station was thorough and explained exactly what they were doing during my visit and also gave me a print out of upcoming services that they know will be needed. I trust their expertise and recommend this garage.

Got off work and saw my tire was extremely low sure enough I had a leak! Luckily I wasn t too far from America s service station and Jeff was able to help me right then and there! I told him what was going on and they had a guy ready to go to service my car. I highly recommend this place they are reasonably priced, efficient, and professional all of the staff were so nice and I only waited less than 30min! Thank you so much!

I've dealt with these guys a few times now and it has been great service, reasonable prices and quick repairs. This time it was a battery replacement, which normally I'd do myself but this car requires a bit of dismantling to get at the battery (and it was really cold outside). They got it done with battery purchase and better CCA than the competition was selling the battery for! Plus they checked that the car was charging right.I would recommend America's Service Station any time. I'll be back!

American service station has been my repair station for over 13 years and 4 vehicles. The staff has been courteous and professional. That has not changed.2023 mid summer my 2013 Toyota Sienna's air went out. As usual I took it to my guys at American Service Station. After a lengthy and expensive process air was restored. Short lived. After a couple of weeks, the air went out again. I took back and after another lengthy and expensive process air restored. After this repair my interior lights quit working. Another couple of weeks went by and as I was banking at BOA across the street my air conditioner started blowing out hot air. Took back to American Service Station.Another repair was done. After this one my heater quit working. Returning to American Service Station, I was sure they would be able to get my heat working and lights back on. Both had worked fine before the air conditioner repairs. It was understandable that I would assume that something had been compromised during those repairs. I don't think it was nefarious or malicious but an oversight.No responsibility was taken, but they do finance for the almost $5000 repair.I took to another reputable Toyota repair and talked to dealership about this situation. Both said the same thing to me.As a loyal customer the heat and air would have been repaired at their cost.As of now no heat, no interior lights but I do have air for December.

I brought my car in for service and they had to do a diagnostic test and then called to tell me what was needed and had to be done. As a woman I am always skeptical that I'm being taken advantage of because I don't know that much about cars. However once the car was fixed and I sent the information to my nephew in California that works on cars for a living, he told me that the work and the price was what it should be.. Feel very confident that they will not take advantage of you for the car repairs

Called about replacing a headlight and was able to get an CT appointment for the same day. Customer service was great, I was greeted by several employees and felt appreciated for my business. Service was quick and the prices reasonable.

I had all of my power steering components changed at America s Service Station back in April of 2022. They did a good job, but the price was a little high even compared to the dealership. However, just last week my power steering gear box started to leak fluid and was clearly in need of replacement again. I took my truck back to their shop in Dacula, and without question they replaced the power steering gear box under their 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. When I picked my truck up the next day the steering wheel was 45 degrees to the left going straight down the road, and this was not an issue before they replaced the power steering gear box the second time. Since they re closed on the weekend I had to wait until Monday to take my truck back to them, and again without question they fixed the issue and straightened my steering wheel. Ideally, this would have been done after they replaced the power steering gear box, but I understand mistakes happen and they definitely made it right. Lucas and Doug are both very helpful to work with, and I really appreciate a business that stands behind their work. I m very satisfied with the service I have received from them, and I would recommend their shop to anyone who wants to do business with an honest company that treats their customers right. In addition, even though they re closed on the weekend their hours being 7:00 am-7:00 pm through the week are very convenient, and allowed me the flexibility needed to drop off and pick up my truck without having to take time off work. Lucas and the team were very efficient in getting my car service done even though I did not have an appointment. In addition, they saw that my tire pressure was low and proactively/complementarily balanced it out, and got my kids and I back on the road asap! Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Absolutely awesome staff and service. I was in and out. Plus, the staff told me where I could get my tag the same day without going to the DMV. I am shocked the DMV does not advertise this. Anyway, I will be back should I need anything else. I appreciate you guys! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Very professional and proficient staff. Service is handled quickly and efficiently with wait time kept to a minimum. I will return to America's Service Station when there are other issues with my vehicles. I highly recommend America's Service Station.

If you don't want to be ripped, stay away from this workshop. My wife took a 2005 Toyota Highlander for checking on the tire pressure warning light and the VSC light that was not going away. Instead of rectifying the issue that we requested, they simply added break fluid and the coolant and gave us a bill of $377.00. The tire pressure warning light was not fixed. I am not an auto mechanic, but adding fluids can not cost $377.00. To make matters worse, we did not request them to add fluids. This shop is a scum, they will add services you did not request and charge an exorbitant amount.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I am very disappointed with the very expensive price, on January 23 2024 my car is a 2012 Honda Accord, I replaced the battery and alternator parts. I know the parts installed were not original from Honda, but I had to spend a total of $1100 for installation and parts costs, I know the alternator on the market is only 300 and the battery is only 220 because I'm new in this area and I have no other choice, it's very expensive to replace just the alternator and battery at a cost of $1100 waowwww

I am very disappointed with the dishonesty! I paid over $1800+ to fix an AC on my 2017 Range Rover and they misdiagnosed it and AC is still broken. First they said it was freon that it needed to be charged. Then same day I picked up the car, after they charged the freon, the AC was blowing hot air. Their receipt says they dye tested for leak and no leak. But because the freon didn't fix the problem then they said there was indeed a leak on the condenser and bring it back and they need to replace the condenser. After they replaced the condenser it was still blowing hot air. I took my car to the dealership and they said the AC was not functioning after America's Service Station charged me over $1800 to supposedly fix it. And they refuse to refund the charges knowing very well that they know they didn't fix the problem and I took the car back to them same day. They had my car for a total of almost 2 weeks trying to figure out the problem but they couldn't. I will never ever take any car of mine to the Dacula America's Service Station. It's very disheartening that a company like this claiming to be your neighborhood service station will keep your hard earned money. Not to mention I have sent them business in the past with my other cars. I will not recommend trusting them. Always get a second opinion or better yet go somewhere else!! Doug, you should be honest with yourself and admit that you did not fix the problem therefore you shouldn't keep the money.

This is the third time I have visited this location for a convenient Emissions test. No appointment needed, so thank you so much! But they always find more things to sell. For example, twice you have offered up that my liscense plate lights are out & they re $20/ea. Second $$ you mentioned is my oil change is 1k miles past due. I declined & upon further look see, it is not past due & there is a note right next to sticker on windshield that says, indicador light for next oil change. Disappointed.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The hours are convenient because they open early and stay open late 7-7. I got an oil chance, emissions and new tires. Walked in to get air added to my tires due to the air pressure light coming on. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I pulled around to the garage area. The Technician quickly told me I had a nail in my tire. He said he could plug the tire in 5 min. He plugged the tire charged a reasonable fee and I was on my way feeling relieved that I got what appeared to be a minor problem fixed before it became a big problem!Service: Tires

On or around May 8, 2023, I visited America's Service Station for what should have been a routine oil change on my vehicle. Upon arrival, the service center rep wasted no time in informing me of an issue with my rear brakes, claiming that my car was unfit to drive. Trusting their expertise, I agreed to their recommended brake pad and caliper replacement, which cost me around $1,090.62.Soon after the repair was completed on May 12, and when I started my car to drive home, I noticed the brake lights blinking, indicating a problem I had never encountered before. It was evident that this issue was caused by something the service person had done. On that same day, I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the service person, who was unable to identify the root cause. In good faith, I decided to leave my car with them for an additional three days thereafter, hoping for a prompt resolution.When I followed up with America's Service Center on the morning of May 15, 2023, they had no updates for me, but promised they would investigate the matter and provide an update for me later that day. I followed up with them again in the afternoon, but once again they had no progress to report neither any findings on the root cause nor any steps to undertake repairs. Frustrated, I visited the repair shop in person about an hour before closing time on that same day, only to find out they still had no update and no answers.At this point, I had lost confidence in America's Service Station s ability to resolve the issue they themselves had created. Consequently, I made the decision to take my car to an authorized Subaru service center instead, where the truth behind the brake light issue finally came to light. America's Service Station personnel had failed to release the electronic parking brake during their repair, causing severe damage to the rear wheel bearings. The Subaru service center quoted me an additional $759.80 + $767.56 + $25.98 = $1,553.34 to fix this issue, as indicated on the invoice I had initially sent to you along with the filing of my dispute. This amount exceeds that which America s Service Station charged me.America s Service Station failed to deliver the promised service by creating a problem that did not previously exist (a problem that, as specified above, turned out to be far costlier to fix). They then failed to follow through in a timely fashion to take steps to redress their mistake, despite my repeated calls and requests. As a result, I was compelled to spend an exorbitant amount of money for repairs that wouldn't have been necessary but for their gross oversight and refusal to engage me in the aftermath.If you value quality service and accountability, stay away from this shop at all costs.

I came to this place for consultation and see if they really can fix my car and give me rough idea of what the cost will be. The issue in my car is a bit big, I need to change my injectors.When I was explaining my situation and asking any help of what it can be, the only answer I hear is that I need to bring my car for diagnose. The guy who is on the register doesn't know the car and can't help with anything. No help.When I asked for rough price estimate again only answer is to bring the car. Even though I'm asking about exact work - replacing injectors.When I ask how much diagnostics will be - you guessed, bring the car. Okay just give me estimate 80-150 $$$??? Nope, bring a car.I explained that that car is not running and that would cost me 140-200$ just to tow it here. No help. They being ignorant and talk with an attitude.I do not want to spend money on towing and then be surprised by price.To be fair: I went to few other services and they listened to me and gave me their suggestion of what is possible problems (based on their experience) and were able to calculate what will be the part/labor cost.People, please stay away from this service.
