Had couple bad experiences with this location. Last year I went for tire rotation and the tech informed that they couldn't rotate tire due to safety. I had a tire that is older and different company than other three tires. I ordered a new tire to match the other three tires. Tech said new tire was installed and tires were rotated. I went home and noticed the next morning that I still had old tire on my car and the only way I noticed was I expecting all four tires to be of same company but one was not. I had to go back to Walmart and they put the new tire but no explanation was given on why that didn't happen on previous day like they said was completed

The Engineers were very kind, helpful, and knowable. I'd like to thank the gentleman, who was very patient and went beyond the call of duty to make my experience noteworthy.

I ordered tires online as the Young Lady manager told me because they didn't have my size in stock.. she also scheduled me an appointment to have them put on when she was there as I asked. She said come in & have your confirmation email so you won't be charged extra fees.. I get there, the guy that was working was laying across the counter asking to help me I let him know I had an appointment to install tires I had got online & ask if the young lady manager was in to find out she was out on vacation.. then they wanted to charge me extra 60 something to over 100 something to install my tires & the lifetime rotation.. when I was told all this was included when you buy tires from WalMart.. not to include the guy "helping" me laid across the counter the entire time.. Great customer service I told him I would come back when she was there.. WOW!Service: Tires

They offer services like check/replace transmission fluid , brake fluid , vacuum interior and at sign out just mentioned as declined in the checkout slip , even though i was not asked. on asking - they seem to not offer those services but on the board they have it listed. sounds like cheap Chinese buffet. did not expect this from a reputable large company.

30 minutes to drop off my car for a scheduled appointment. That s how long it took, and how long my family had to wait outside in another car. For a SCHEDULED appointment. The confirmation message I got said that I could just present a barcode OUTSIDE the service center. I tried that, and the mechanic told me no, the guy INSIDE had to do it. Then it was waiting on the one cashier with the one iPad for 20 minutes to process someone returning 2 batteries. The kicker was the cashier asking if I wanted an extended warranty on the tires. As if I d ever want to return to this disorganized nightmare.

I was there during my lunch time to replace tires for my wife's vehicle. Everybody was friendly and reasonable. Price was very reasonable and service was fast. Howard, one of the technicians, noticed a little paint scratch on the side of the vehicle and worked his 'old mechanic trick' to clean it like nothing has ever happened before. All that out of courtesy. This alone would have cost me 300 dollars if I took it to a repair shop! The entire staff seemed to understand what it means to be customer friendly and customer oriented. Overall a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place.

Not only is the staff friendly and professional, but they genuinely care. I came in with two very bald front tires, afraid I couldn't afford two new ones. I told them I get paid tomorrow and can come back, but they didn't want me driving off on two bad tires. They promised me they'd make my budget work. I'm so thankful and eternally grateful for their genuine care for my safety and understanding that I have a tight budget. Thank you Walmart auto center!!!Services: Auto tire replacement, Battery, Oil change

Waited 2 hours to get 2 tires installed. It wasn't busy, at all. Service manager hands my keys back, takes my money, and completely neglects to inform me the installer stripped a stud. I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA THE ENTIRE TIME AND NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME! This shop is a joke. Go to the other location.

Great service every single time! Unmatched prices! Ordered 2 custom Miata tires on Thursday afternoon via app, got app notification and phone call upon arrival the next day, then the tires were done within a hour! They are always great!

Disappointed, but also not surprised coming from Walmart. I've gotten many oil changes here and there's always added charges tacked on... not to mention they only have about 2 people working at any given time. We waited an hour in line once, before even turning the key in for service. What made me angry most recently (and prompted me to make this review) was getting tires put on a few days ago. I asked for the cheapest tires available for our vehicle since we're only temporarily borrowing it from in-laws, of course $20 of extra charges were added without even asking me first. Not to mention, the hubcap fell off in the middle of the road the next day. Walmart looks cheap--definitely not worth it in the long run, especially with the extra charges you can almost expect every visit.

Went to get tires rotated and I must have lucked out by dealing with the most knowledgable tech there. He informed me right away about what was causing the loud noise my car was making and turned out to be a simple fix. But sometimes there is no one at the desk, since they are busy going back and forth doing things that one of the "techs" should be responsible for. They need regular cashiers there at all times.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would... I needed to get some cheap tires for my wife's car, so where better to go than the cheapest place on earth. There were no cars in any bays when I arrived, and there were 4 "tech's" just standing around. I pulled up to the bay labeled "tire", and one of the techs came over and asked me to move my car over to the parking lot... Ok, whatever, I moved the car, and then I went inside. There was one other person in line in front of me, and the lady at the counter was taking FOREVER. I literally stood there waiting for 25 minutes (I have MS and sciatica, it is very difficult to stand for extended time periods), the lady at the counter had absolutely NO CLUE about what she was doing. Anyway, when it finally became my turn, I told her what I wanted, and after another 15 minutes of standing there waiting for her to get everything set up, she finally took my key and told me that it should only take about an hour... Off to the waiting room, with hard metal bench seats, which is worse than standing for anyone with sciatica... Anyway, I sat there for 45 minutes before they pulled 1 car into the bay (not mine, but the person who was in front of me), and then 1 of the techs began working on it. It took them an hour to change 3 tires on that car, and then they FINALLY brought my car in. Again, a 4 bay shop with 4 techs standing around, but for some reason, only using 1 bay and 1 tech to do all the work... Anyway, they put my car up on the lift, and then it sat untouched for 45 more minutes... At this point, I was starting to get very upset, so I went and asked why it was taking so long, and their response was "sorry, we don't have very many techs working today". I was like "there are 4 guys standing out there doing absolutely NOTHING", so the lady went out and relayed my message. It took them a little over an hour to change all 4 tires, and then of course they tried charging me more than they had quoted on the phone, so I had to get a Manager involved to solve that issue. All together, I just waited for 3-1/2 hours to get a new set of tires, and it was not fun at all. If I would have known that walmart was sooooooo incompetent, I would have paid $20 more dollars to go to an actual tire shop, because that is about all I saved by going there, and it simply was not worth it. Again, if I could give ZERO stars, I would...

I went to have a battery swapped out and was told I was next in line to be helped. I was assured it would be no more than 20mins and I'd be on my way, as I had appointments that were time sensitive. An hour and 20 mins later they tell me that they will begin taking my old battery out shortly. It's one thing to be backed up and slow, it's another to lie to customers on timing. I am beyond disappointed in my service here and I will be happy to pay more for a replacement battery and better service elsewhere in the future.

Edited! Came in and they fixed the issue without any fuss. Explained that what they did won't hurt the car either way but will do the fix anyways. Correct oil. All good. And much faster too (good tip is to come in earlier in the morning)

Unbeaten prices, but not all auto mechanics are at the same level. When change oil they might not to reset to zero or when rotate the tires they might not to check the pressure

After changing the oil, they didn't give me a new tag. When I found out, I went back to them and they said their printer was broken

I have gone in to get my oil changed multiple times here and they frequently forget to call me once my car is ready or even give me a time to come back. They do tend to take a while to get to work on a car and therefore waiting there is a last resort option.

I went and changed all the 4 tires of my toyota camry around 2 months back in this walmart location. I must say, the price was really good. Until i reached home, i didn't realize that all the original 3 wheel caps of my 2006 toyota camry were partially broken. Definitely a negligence from technician. I can still run with those broken caps. But walmart needs to understand that it will certainly break for my next tire rotation ! In effect i went there looking for some savings and considering my broken wheel caps, i may end up paying more in total.ThanksJM

Very disappointed to hear that once agin customer service is an issue here. My father went to change tires yesterday and was laughed at by the two service people at the counter. This is the second time we try to get work done there and we will not en going back. Last time I was there, changed oil, although I paid for synthetic oil, this was not what was put in my vehicle.

I was told it would take an hour to replace two tires... Three hours later, I had to call the store myself just to confirm the car was taken care of. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Walmart auto care center.

Was next in line after an oil change for four new tires. Waiting about an hour and 45 minutes after they willingly helped people who came in after me before me. Go somewhere else
