So, Troncalli service losses another star. Once again, my "Express" oil change service took 1.5 hours from check-in to check-out. What's interesting is that the last time it took this long, the reason was that the complimentary car wash was backed up...but this time they didn't was my car! I recommend that everyone carefully check the free multi-point inspection list they give you at check-out to see if it makes any sense. There's a history of pencil-whipping these inspections. Next, oil change pricing is a moving target here. Maybe/maybe not there's a special, maybe/maybe not the price they give you includes a tire rotation, and wait a minute...you mean the special price doesn't include shop fees? Really, it's crazy. Finally, why print out a black and white copy of the multi-point inspection report and hand it to the customer right in front of a big monitor at the service counter that promotes how great Subaru's "Color coded" inspection report is. Silly.

Extremely helpful! My SO was getting new tires put on her Forester at Costco - a wheel lug post broke off during the install. Even though it was already late in the afternoon, the Troncalli team told us to come in. They had the part in stock & were able to get us repaired & on our way in less than 2 hours.

This place has always been pleasant, organized, and efficient. They work hard and make sure you and your car are taken care of. The service department was less than helpful today, and has been less than pleasant to deal with in the recent past. They do not listen..... they do not listen.....
