We just bought a used 2021 Jeep Cherokee and in our 79+ years buying a car we had the best salesman- best service- best experience ever! What a great professional dealership. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle please look them up. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. DJ in finance was very efficient and just look at his state of the art document signing table!! Just cannot say enough good things. AND! If you talk to Tyler please tell him you called or visited because of my review!!

I ordered a Subaru Forester from Troncalli because of the options and color I wanted. I was expecting it to take three months, but to my surprise, it only took a month and a half. The process when I went to pick it up was easy, fast, and actually enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the salesman (Greg) to finance to parts. Since my purchase, they have been in touch with me to ensure that everything was going well. I haven't dealt with any other Subaru dealers in the area, but I would highly recommend checking out Troncalli if you're in the market for a Subaru.

I would first like to say I love the sales team - the service team on the other hand has fallen short today. I went to go get my 24K mile maintenance done on my Impreza they said it was an hour wait which is no big deal, but could not give me 5-10 minutes of their time to go over my car with me?! I originally asked the guy to take a look at my brake pads as the last trip said they would need service this time around. I got no feedback on what needed to be done and the guy who gave me my keys back rushed me practically out the door. I didn t even sign off on the paperwork that they re supposed to make you do. Now I m looking at the paperwork he handed me as I m out the door and I see something needs service done on it.. not to mention the greasy oil stains on my left panel that they have no urgency to clean up after themselves. Very disappointing service I ve had today.Edit: they also broke my plastic cover over my rim

I went in yesterday and bought my 2024 Subaru forester. We were greeted right when we walked in the door and Charlie took excellent care of us! He walked us through every single detail of the car and answered all of our questions. He made the process so stress free and we highly recommend troncalli Subaru! Thank you for all your help.

Just purchased my 2024 crosstrek at Troncalli Subaru. My salesman, Alex was really on top of everything the entire process. He followed up with calls promptly and answered all questions I had. The financing was simple and everything was in order beforehand- so no waiting. The entire buying experience was quick, easy and to top it off- I love my new car!

The folks at Troncalli Subaru were great, especially their salesman Tommy H. He was very knowledgeable, didn't rush me or push me to do anything! What he did do is give me a great deal on a 2024 Outback, which I really love driving! Thanks to the whole Troncalli team!

While my feeling for dealership started at 5 star it is now down to 3 star for lack of follow thru. Charged me for a new license plate when I had one to transfer had to go to state to transfer which told me correct way dealer should have done it. Was told dealership would send a check for the new plate cost they charged me - 2 weeks later no check.Dealership sent an invite to text, call or visit for help with understanding new vehicle with a free $25 gas card. I did text and call and spent a good bit of time on phone, did a software update on car that did not help. I have all the safety features on car, dirver assist, cars passing you on both sides notification that does not work, crossing center line warning that does not work and best of all front end collision brake assist does not work, no warning sounds either. Also, still no gas card - just telling the truth, I'll go to a different dealership for 6,000 mile maintanence and see if they can help. Really disappointed.

I bought my first Subaru from Troncalli and it was a wonderful experience. Randy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and ensured I had all that I needed to drive out with my new car. He even got me a snack during the long paperwork process! He was very professional and made sure to check in on me to make sure that everything was going well. Highly recommend Troncalli and Randy as your salesman!

Sadly my 2021 Subaru Forrester was totaled this past Thanksgiving. I am still trying to get a refund on the balance of my extended warranty. If I am able to reach a live person, they promise to find out the status of my refund and get back to me but do not. I have so many emails and voicemail messages not returned. This is frustrating. I have now reached out to Subaru corporate for help. I will never buy from Troncalli again and certainly will never recommend them.

Awesome group with the customer at heart! We were greeted immediately by the Sales Manager and within 1 1/2 hours we left in my dream vehicle! Thank you Amy for taking care of us and my wishes!!!

They do sales right.They do service wrong. They do not clearly communicate with customers. Your experience will vary based on the representative.Our family just returned from Germany and after calling on Saturday, they told me to come in and they d fit me in for a vehicle inspection and service before our army to Louisiana. After arranging child care and driving an hour, I arrive and they could no longer fit me in.She gave me a business card and asked me to come back next week. No interest in my situation. Sweet.

I purchased a Subaru Ascent from this location about a month ago. It was only my second purchase from a dealership. My first purchase [different dealership, different make (Ford)] went poorly. It was very much a negative experience that created within me a negative bias towards dealerships.A family member recommended giving this dealership a shot, and I decided to listen. My wife and I worked directly with the salesperson Amy Comstock. She was incredible. The whole experience felt much more like we were there just to hangout rather than to work through buying a vehicle. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and helpful. We really felt taken care of.I highly recommend first, visiting this location and second, talking to Amy. She very clearly loves her job and loves the cars.Everyone was so welcoming that it almost feels like we joined a cult - the Subaru cult. And, probably like everyone who joins a cult, we're excited to be welcomed - and looking forward to recruiting others.And last but obviously not least, the car is incredible. I have never considered myself a "car person" (and I highly doubt anyone has thought that of me), but this Ascent makes me want to become one. Not sure if it will or won't, but I do know that it has made our family a Subaru family.Thanks, Troncalli Subaru!

After a nightmare with the Hyundai dealership and a Lemon of a 2023 Santa Cruz.....I should've went with my gut instinct and went with a Subaru from the start. GIOVANNI IS THE MAN WITH A PLAN!I came down from SC to looked at a Crosstrek but ended up in the Outback Wilderness edition. Giovanni really took the time to explain why the outback would fit my lifestyle better and after showing me all the immense attention to detail with the Outback I was SOLD.If you are looking to buy talk to Giovanni and tell him Justin sent you!!!!Best prices and the nicest dealership I've dealt with personally. I will be back!

I had a great experience buying from Troncalli Subaru. My salesman, Greg Pryor was wonderful to work with, as was everyone else I dealt with during my buying experience. It was a friendly, low pressure atmosphere, with fair pricing, and an easy, quick transaction. I absolutely love my 2024 Crosstrek and highly recommend buying from Troncalli.

I use to bring my vehicle to Subaru of Gwinnett, but I moved into this area for a year and chose to try out Troncalli Subaru. My advisor Trevor treats me and my vehicle so well. Anytime I need assistance he s always there for me even on his day off - Trevor will help me out by letting the advisors know I ll be coming in. I would also like to shout out Stephanie for all her help in getting a loaner vehicle arranged for me. This is a winning team. Thank you so much Trevor and management for all your assistance. You'll want to read this review.My wife and I are fortunate enough to be one of the first to own the brand new Forester Wilderness. Not only was Troncalli Subaru the first dealership to respond to our interest in the vehicle during our inquiries, but we had the most honest, easy, and reassuring time working with Charlie Saines and the rest of the team to complete our purchase.To top it all off, Troncalli facilitated the completion of our deal while my wife and I were quarantined sick at home. I assumed we would simply come by the dealership once we were all better -- forget about it -- Charlie arrived to our home with the new car and all the prepared paperwork ready to be signed, and he took the Outback we were getting rid of back with him. Incredible.I am floored by the lengths the dealership took to get us settled. We'll be seeing them again in the future.

The buying experience was great, James Graham made sure I got all the information I needed and his colleagues showed me how to to use the accessories I purchased for the car. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

For me buying a car is a chore. I have a tendency to agonize over the choices, second guessing myself and generally giving me an anxiety induced ulcer. I worked with Amy at Troncalli over the course of many weeks first picking the model, trim and colour, then painstakingly searching for that just right car. Finally I pulled the trigger on a khaki grey Crosstrek sport.Amy could not have been more patient and accommodating, never hard selling always open to my questions and concerns. Amy epitomizes the professionalism and attention to detail that everyone at the dealership exhibits. For once I left a dealership satisfied, in the car I wanted with the payment I wanted and now a couple of weeks later not a single pang of regret.For those reasons alone, if you are in the market for a car, give Amy at Troncalli a call, you won't regret it

Needed a locking lugnut removed so I could change brakes after losing lugnut key, and they took care of me in less than a couple minutes.Very kind, honest and overall good people. Not usually trusting of dealerships - but this is one I would trust.

Long pending but not late I guess ..I had the pleasure of visiting Troncalli Subaru, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. Their knowledgeable staff made the car-buying process incredibly simple. I was impressed by the wide variety of models, trims, and colors available (even during the chip shortage era) and the full inventory gave me plenty of options to choose from.I d like to give a special shoutout to Charles Saines and Bob Shiver, (who sadly are no longer with the organization but had left a positive legacy). I purchased two cars from Troncalli Subaru within one year, and both experiences were amazing.Knowing that Troncalli Subaru is a Georgia local business owned by proud members of the community made me even more delighted to support them. I highly recommend Troncalli Subaru to anyone in search of a great car-buying experience, top-notch selection, and a dealership that truly cares about its customers.

My service experience with Catie, Trevor and Stephanie was efficient, kind and simple. They used my time wisely, put me in a loaner vehicle and communicated throughout the service. When I came back to pick up my car they took great care and got me in and out quickly so I could get to work. I will continue to use their service and highly recommend them!

In my 66 years of age I have never experienced a pleasant car buying experience, until now. I drove over 150 miles (from Chattanooga) to Troncalli to buy my new Subaru. Mr. Greg Pryor made this entire process painless and efficient. If I had read a review like this I would have suspected it is fake so I don't blame you if you feel the same way; I lived thru this experience and still wonder how was it possible. I could not recommend them enough or give them more stars. This is the way buying a car should be.
