Second and last trip to them. They just can't seem to give you your vehicle back in the same condition you left it. I left my truck for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall. Two days later I get it back caked with mud. Not only on the tires but also on my pedals and floor mats. Thank good ness I have rubber mats or they would have been ruined. I'm honestly sorry I ever went to this place the first time. But I can assure you I will never be back.

I ve been to every CDJR service department within a 25 mile radius of my home since I moved here 13 years ago. The way they treat customers is what led me here to buy my new 2023.I was not let down by Tyler Grant in sales. He listened, understood my needs and delivered on everything.I highly recommend Troncalli and Tyler!

The entire service writing crew are lacking in any personality and give the impression that you are bothering them. I left my vehicle for a diagnosis on Thursday. On Monday I went to the service center to inquire about my vehicle and after 30 minutes of trying to find someone that knew anything about it I was told that the person that knew about it was off. After some insisting that I wanted to get some information a female employee went into the shop and after another 15 minutes came back and told me what the mechanic said was wrong with the vehicle but no estimate to repair it. I was told there is a charge of $189 for checking it out. I again asked for an estimate so again she went to the shop and after another 15 minutes came back with an estimate that was outrageous. My brother in law and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. But the whole feel of this dealership has changed dramatically.

Wonderful service from my salesperson, Tyler Grant! I reached out about a truck I had seen online and he responded, answering my questions. I went in, took a test drive where he explained all the features of the truck. We ended up putting a deal together and now I m a happy truck owner! Credit to the team at Troncalli for working through the issues I brought up. I would absolutely recommend purchasing from Tyler and Troncalli! Thanks!!

Terrible customer service. I had two lemons back to back with GM. I switched brands to dodge, in hopes of better customer service. My truck's not even 8 months old, and just had a problem. When I called to bring it in, they told me they could not give me a rental. I explained my situation that it's a work truck and I paid for the extended warranty that ensures me a rental. They insisted they could not do anything. However, they can easily pull the truck off the lot gave me a drive out tag, they could have allowed me to rent a car and reimburse me, and they said that was not an option either. These dealerships do not care about the folks who own a small business. People spend 75k on a truck to work so it's reliable and if it breaks down, to have a rental vehicle to at least get around. I don't know how they can continue to operate like this without being held accountable for Services people pay forService: General repairs & maintenance

I am thoroughly impressed with Christian B. and the entire team here. My car kept shutting down on me in traffic so I was panicking about it big time. I called around to different Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram Dealerships, but none of them could get me in for a diagnostics test until 2023. I called Troncalli and the team was so helpful. They were just as busy, but made a way for me and got my car fixed in 2 days. When I picked my car up, everyone was pleasant and my car had been vacuumed and washed. You don't receive this level of service these days anywhere. I will certainly take both of my cars to this location and consider them for future buys. They really care.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Very supportive management staff.They made sure to explain and answer all your questions.Clifford Rudd (General Manager) stepped in to make sure I was getting good support and help i needed. I was explained all question and trade details and it absolutely make big difference when dealer are transparent with numbers.We ll definitely recommend this dealer and they have plenty inventory to pick from.

I ve gotten my vehicle serviced there twice. I gave them 3-stars because they actually will service your vehicle on the day your appointment. Sounds weird but the other dealerships will let you schedule an appointment for warranty repairs and when you drop off the vehicle, they tell you that they re 3-days behind and that I would have to leave my truck with them without a loaner.The reason I couldn t give this dealership a higher rating is because the service advisors don t really discuss your vehicle service options. They also don t always call to let you know the vehicle is ready for pickup. My recall work was not documented on my service ticket and they didn t check every complaint I submitted during drop off.Shouldn t the owner be advised why the check engine light comes on? Or why the combine MPG went from 16.7 to less than 15? Why I notice rough start or idling(something which wasn t apparent before)?Geesh, maybe I should drop my rating.

Troncali have a cat that walks all around the service center and basically lives there, the presence of cat dander in this location is sickening. Cat allergen is everywhere and to have to deal with this in businesses and workplaces causes significant symptoms for we who are allergic. Troncali, the Civil Rights Commission will be contacted to conduct a review or formal agency determination regarding this as this is the only dealership that services my size Ram and I have been dealing with this on an ongoing basis and suffering medically documented severe allergies from dander that caused nasal congestion, swollen sinuses and excess coughing each time I have to come into this location.Service: Oil change

I have used Troncalli's Service department for over 11 years. Chris is my service advisor and has been great over the years! They keep my 2011 RAM 3500 running like new. Their customer service is great and have worked with me over the years to get my truck back on the road as quick as possible. What really makes them standout from other car repair services is that they assess and gain my approval before they start the work. No surprises!!!! Don't recommend! They had my Ram for 6 weeks all to replace 2 parts with NO LOANER available entire time. When Ram corporate sent review, I expressed how unhappy I was all to get a call from Service Manager about the review. Said he "couldn't get any more bad reviews, so he was denying me future service". Yes, I can't get service for vehicle under warranty because I left bad review, which is why I drive Toyota now!Services: Electrical repair, Auto rear window replacement

Bought my vehicle here they have been very good with repairs. I had an issue recently with my vehicle and they did not have a loaner nor did they offer me a ride home since this was my only vehicle but they found the issue and it was repaired properly which is very important thats why they get 5 stars

Hello World! I am so thrilled with Troncalli Parts. I personally called and placed an order for an ABS module and within a 24hr period, the part was literally at my front door by the FEDX driver. Troncalli Parts helped me accomplish something that even 5 dealerships here in the state of Alabama could not help me with in a 2 month period of being told that they were not able to get this part due to back order and shipping problems. Go figure, it's apparent that these dealerships need to do business with Troncalli Parts because they will get the job done.

It's like they are all on death row here. Sitting behind their computers banging away on their keyboards praying for death. Not a smile in the place. Parts department is friendly and will help you out. Service department, it's hit or miss. There is one person in the quick lube lane who I honestly think just plain hates people and his job .
