Overall a very disappointing job was done on my vehicle. My month old truck with less than a few thousand miles was hit in the rear causing damage to the bumper, hitch, tailgate and fender. Tri County came recommended by a few different folks so I took it there.When I got it back, the parking lot was heavily shaded and it proceeded to rain the next day. Once the sun came out I could see how bad of a job was done. Areas with gray primer showing through, runs off the tailgate lettering, dirt under the paint, rough areas, areas without any clear coat, 2" long divot in body panel and over spray on the cab of the truck.I went back and got them to redo the work and everything from the cab back looked acceptable. However, when taking it over to get the paint protection and ceramic coating reapplied, I had them look at the weird haze on the windshield. When soon realized that it was clear coat overspray and it was all over the front fenders, windshield and a-pillars.At this point I can't waste anymore time with the correcting mistakes that a body shop shouldn't be making. I will be paying out of pocket to replace the Xpel film on the front of the truck and have all the overspray buffed out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update: best body shop in town without question. Mike, the owner, is available to answer your questions, and he'll do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied with your repair. when the insurance company insists on cutting corners, Tri-County will go to bat for you. Repairs were completed when promised. The entire staff worked hard to make sure things went smoothly. These fine folks literally saved my car from the crusher. I will be forever grateful, and when you need body work done in Forsyth county, make Tri-County your first call Although my repairs are not yet complete, I'm extremely happy with the professionalism attitude and high level of customer service that I have received thus far. Other body shops in the area we're rude and didn't return my calls. Tri-County was completely different. They took care of everything, they wrangled insurance company and the tow trucks for me. Also willing to make the repairs, and seem very confident of the results. They come highly recommended to me and from what I've seen so far I get why. Thanks Tri-County

A few months after purchasing my first car, I was rear-ended. I brought my 2016 Honda Civic to Tri County and had a wonderful experience. They were very friendly and fast and my car looks better than new. Would recommend to anyone.

The paint on my car roof was cracked & starting to rust. Tri County Collision did a great job making it look good as new! I also appreciated them vacuuming my car when they returned it. Thank you!

Great People, who do great work, at a great price! They really care about their craft. I cannot recommend them enough! My clear coat was destroyed and paint looked awful, Looks better now than when I purchased it!

I will always recommend Tri-County Collision Center because they are "honest" and they are not going to overcharge you. So happy with my new headlights!

Had a 2015 Black Tahoe front bumper fixed and painted. Perfect color match! I am very satisfied with the quality of work! Paint looks great! This shop has high standards and you can see it in the work they do! Everyone is super friendly and eager to do a satisfactory job! No short cuts taken! Would highly recommend and would not take my cars anywhere else! This is the 2nd car they have fixed for our family and we have been completely satisfied both times!Service: Painting

Tri County Collision did an outstanding job to my jeep cherokee that was involved in an accident. They replaced a door, moulding and repainted the side of my jeep. You would NEVER have been able to notice that it was ever in an accident. The paint job blended so well on a vehicle that is 19 years old. Amazing work. In addition, every single person that I came in contact with that works at Tri County Collision Center was super friendly and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Incredible Car repair locationMike and his staff have been taking care of our cars for many years now. He and his staff are efficient and timely in every respect ! His company does repairs large and small. When our cars are returned , they look better than brand new. We highly recommend for major, minor and if you want to make your interior look great again.. .. this company is the best. They are also very fair in their pricing and time commitments to your needs. Mike and his team have done a fantastic job for our vehicles over the last 15 years! I highly recommend Tri County Collision. Once I hit a deer and stopped by to ask if I needed to report it to insurance. He said not if you don t want to. He popped it back into place and it looked good as new. Another time he was fighting with the insurance company to use brand name parts to repair my car. I could share many stories of the work he has done on our vehicles. He is honest, caring, reliable!!!

Tri County Collision Center did a Showroom floor quality paint job on my Black 02' Chevy Suburban, they also did some body detailing, and they cleaned up my acid rain spotted windows for me. I am VERY pleased with the results. Mike has proven to me to have integrity, trustworthy, and their price was unbeatable as well. I would definitely recommend Tri county to loved ones.

Was recommended to Tri-County Collision by a good friend. I have to say I was not disappointed. Mike and the guys did an amazing job repairing my car. It looked so good when I picked it up I had to hug his neck!! So easy to work with and had my car back to me in less than the time expected. If you need a repair shop, I cannot recommend a better one. They ve won a customer for life! (Just hope I don t need them too often! )

Tri County Collision replaced my fender and bumper. They matched the paint perfectly, completed the job quickly, and were $2,000 less than the Ford Collision center. Since I was paying out of pocket that was a huge savings. They were very friendly, easy to work with and did a fabulous job. My van looks brand new. Can't say enough good things about them.

Have had multiple great experiences with Tri County Collision, they have worked on three of my vehicles, and the repairs looked incredible when finished. And they still look great to this day. I have referred my parents to them and they did an outstanding job on their vehicle as well. Which was brand new. I highly recommend Tri County Collision for all your body shop needs.

Mike and his team have done body work on my Mercedes C300 twice now, and both times you couldn't tell that there was ever a scratch on the car. The paint blending was perfect without him having to remove and replace whole panels like other body shops wanted to charge me for. I got other estimates and he was far cheaper, and his work is top-notch. He gets it done in just a few days, and my car has been washed and vacuumed when I pick it up! They many not have a fancy building or huge parking lot, but do you want to pay for that? These are nice guys who know how to make your car look great at a good price!

This company earns the 5 stars just like I earned my rank in the military. I have had 2 cars repaired by Mike and they did a flawless job each time. It looked as good as the day I drove it off the showroom floor. His workmanship and the way he treats his customers is outstanding. If I get run over on 400 again he has my business for I know it will be done right and at a good price. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Mike. He quoted me, ordered my part, did the work in the timely manner he quoted and did a great job. I found Tri-County from the Google reviews after I wanted another quote for my car repairs. My car was sitting at the other shop but Tri-County wanted to see the car to make sure they gave me a full quote. They drive me to the other shop to pick up the car and then came in way under the quote from the other body shop. The service was great, friendly and fast. I'm new to the area and it's nice to have found a great place that does quality work.This past week, I brought my company vehicle in to fix my back up sensors. They ordered the part and fixed it 2 days later.

Mike and his team are great. They have repaired more that 10 cars for me over the years. I live in Cumming and much prefer a shop where I can talk to the owner rather than a a branch office to some big Corp. They are honest and their work is top notch. They also have all the state of the art paint matching equipment.

This shop has always done a great job for me. With 2 teenage boys, i've had a few major insurance covered repairs in the past few years. This time just a small uninsured repair. Great job at very reasonable price. They're also a good place for small nicks and dings that need paint repair.

Tri-County is the best collision center in or around Forsyth County! Mike and Sean did an excellent job on my car. Their estimates always beat other competitors and they do an amazing job. Service was very friendly, and quick. I can't say enough great things about them, Thank you Tri-County!

A tree had fallen on my 2013 Honda Insight. It was a mess from the hood to the driver s door and side panel. Additionally the bumper and some other items needed replacing. Tri County replaced the damaged parts, painted them and had my car looking like brand new in one days time. I could hardly believe how fast they got my car back to me. The owner, Mike Reade and his staff are super friendly, professional and do EXCEPTIONAL work in record time. I am thrilled with the service and the way my car looks :-)I highly recommend them!

I am new to the area and had no idea who to go to when my interior door panel fell apart. I called Tri County Collision after a Google search led me there and I am so glad that I did! After an auto accident I took my truck to another local auto body shop and after their estimate my truck was totaled. On the recommendation of a friend I tried out Tri County Collision. Their estimate came back low enough to have my truck repaired. The crew at Tri County did a great job with my truck at a very fair price. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you ever need body work.

We dealt with Mike, and he is a great guy. They did a remarkable job repairing our Camry and making it as good as new. God forbid we have to have work like that done again, but I highly recommend using them.

I took my car here on a reccomendation from a friend because i havent lived in the area that long and i dont regret a thing. Brad was great working with and did a phenominal job replacing my rear quarter panel and made sure it was color matched perfectly. Took my car to work and nobody could tell a difference between old and new. I will be going here from now on for all further car repairs!

These guys are the best!!! Mike and his crew will treat you with the utmost respect. I found them extremely easy to work with and they do awesome work! My job was done quickly and at a VERY reasonable price. Try them for yourself and you'll be a believer....you won't ever go anywhere else!
