Mike was very upfront and honest about the repairs and Andrew was very thorough and worked as quickly as he could to fix the issue. And both were kind enough to explain it in layman's terms. I will definitely be referring my friends and family members to them for their automotive needs.

Great place. Took my car in for a check engine light. They told me exactly what it would cost and how quickly they could fix it. Was ready same day and price fair. We will be back the next time we have an issue

I trusted these guys to fix my car. They charged me twice as much as parts should cost and never fixed the problem which was fuel pump. They changed the filter and put new plugs in ,but no new wires. Then got mad that I wouldn't let them work on my car again. If u want ur vehicle fixed don't go to these guys. They will rip u off and ur car still won't run.

I've been using Total Automotive since discovering Tires Plus was falsifying service needed to my company vehicles.Mike and Andrew are honest and integral.They don't tell you your auto needs something it doesn't, and when they repair something, it stays that way!!!I won't go anywhere else as long as they are in business.

I was in Georgia, with my grandkids, was hearing a sound thought I should have it checked out. Called Total Automotive, Inc, they got me in the next morning. Mike inspected my van, said I'd be good to do what I needed there in Georgia and be able to travel back to Indiana no problem. He did a thorough inspection, of the tie rods ends, brakes and ball joints. Did tell me to get it fixed when I got home, that he would trust it with his wife and family in it. He reasured me several times, and said I don't want you to have to spend money and you be short. Give me a cal if you think it gets worse before you leave. If I ever need servive while in Georgia again I'll definitely go there again. Very nice, friendly & quickService: Vehicle safety inspection

Mike and Andrew are the best mechanics I've ever worked with. They are my go to resource for any repairs I can't do myself. I trust them with any type or make of vehicle. I have a red Ford f-150 truck with over 300,00 miles that is still running great thanks to Total Automotive. Mike has always been professional, honest, very knowledgeable and fair with his prices . Mike is one of the best around, without question. He's honest, does the work right the first time, every time, and truly knows his stuff. He's cared for all of our cars for over 15 years and we've never ONCE had any problems. This is a guy and a business that you can trust. Couldn't recommend him more highly.

Looking for an "honest" mechanic shop who does the job right the 1st time? Total Automotive is the place. Mike, Andrew, and Linda are an amazing team who take care of their customers as a business should with respect and honesty. Price is right and the service is top shelf.

Brought my truck in for some diagnostic testing (after telling them, over the phone, that 3 other shops had declined to work on it; upon seeing the work a previous owner had done. Their response was "I guarantee we will figure it out". *I have a recording of the call) and after 4 days of my truck sitting in the shop, the totality of diagnostic work that had been accomplished was that battery terminal was loose. (The truck ran/drove exactly the same as when it was towed to their location, indicating that had nothing to do with the initial issue.) Tried to find out what else they tested, was met with shoulder shrugs and a bill for $75. The takeway is this might be a good place for an oil change but that's about the extent of it.

10 years, multiple vehicles and always been treated honestly and fairly by owner Mike and right-hand man Andrew. Very experienced and knowledgeable on just about every car or truck problem you can come up with. Won't go anywhere else.
