Customer service is great. Brian helped me as being knowledgeable about product. I give this tire place a five star. Just keep in mind as I'm in retail as well, that customer service is number one and what you have to work with. I would visit tires plus for all your tire needs. Love this place. Had an unexpected blowout the weekend of Labor Day. Frantic assuming everywhere is going to be closed and I had to be at work at 8:30 am Tuesday. After church Sunday I took a chance at looking around in hopes something would be open and found Tires Plus located not far. The whole process that I was absolutely dreading and stressed about turned out to go far more smoothly than I could have imagined! Very polite and attentive staff that made me feel at ease and even on a holiday they worked thoroughly and swiftly and I left relieved and thankful.Service: Tires

Great service, convenient location, fast service and amazing deals!I was turned into this company by a friend because I needed an alignment and they offer a lifetime of your vehicle one for $199.99 which is such a great value so I had to buy it.They stay busy and the lot is usually full but they have a bunch of bays and can handle high volume.I am a customer for life!

Shawn was very rude and refused walk-in service for a simple valve stem replacemment on my truck. If i could put 0 stars i would. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND any service here, especially if you expect a respectful person at the desk. 1 star is an over rating for this place of business.

I first went in because I had a nail in my tire. The people working here were friendly. They got my tire fixed up in a reasonable amount of time. A few months later i needed to buy two new tires due to wear and age. Again it was a pleasant experience.Service: TiresService: Tires

Let me tell yall this tires plus location is one of the best there is! I'm not local but have family in the area and I've been dealing with this place and the manager Brian for years! They go above and beyond to take care of there customers and take pride in there work!

Update February 2021 - My review is still just 1 star and would be less if I could. Bought a total of 4 new Firestone Tires (2 in late 2018, 2 in early 2019) but have received feedback that at least 2 are in terrible shape. Stopped by the shop to discuss and was GASLIGHTED. The employee tried to tell me I didn't have 4 somewhat recent tires and then blamed me for not having them rotated. Went home and verified via receipts that none of the tires are old enough for these problems and I did have them rotated with oil changes. I also had alignments (elsewhere). I would never go back there as I simply do not trust them.I bought 2 new tires at this location 3 months ago. They put both on the front of the car. During yesterday's visit, I learned from their own notices that when purchasing 2 new tires they should be put on the rear of the car because that is much safer. They did just the opposite. At my most recent visit, I had a 9 a.m. appointment for 2 additional tires. At 9:30 my car was still sitting in the parking lot. In the end, I spent a full 1.5 hours there and, due to an inventory mistake, only left with one of the two tires I had scheduled. In addition, when I asked the adviser about the condition of the 4th remaining tire, he would only tell me that it was time - nothing about tread depth or anything reliable or measurable. I will not return to this location. In fact, I went to a different Tires Plus the next day for the remaining tire and was in & out in 30 minutes without an appointment.

I walked in 2 days before Christmas, with the temp at around 10 degrees, and asked them to mount a tire for me. Though they were slammed, they took care of my Mini in quick fashion. They also perform regular work on our work vehicle and do excellent work at this location.

At first we were hesitant to walk in because they looked really busy. We had two tires with nails in it. They were friendly and took care of us in a very reasonable amount of time.

Not very friendly and very dismissive. After putting the tires on my car in a way that made it wonky. Told me the master mechanic at Honda didn't know what they were talking about. The people they take care of my first Honda, that I trust. Won't be returning anytime even if the service was free...nope

We took our vehicle here two separate times with hubcaps missing. Since the hubcaps needed to be replaced the first time around, I did not say anything about it. The second time we it happened with the same car with brand new hubcaps on it. It came back with one missing. When we tried to address it with them, they did not take responsibility for it or offer to pay for the hubcap. We also had a receipt proving that the hubcaps were just replaced and ordered a week prior to the repair. The repair was done on the same tire that the hubcap was missing from. This company I would not recommend because of integrity issues. The sad thing is is we bring all of our company trucks here 10 total vehicles. We will not be using them for business or personal any longer.Service: Tires

I was out of town and my son had his tire blow. Newer car, no spare.. tow truck took it here since they were open on Sunday around 4:00? They had it fixed in less than an hour. I thought the price was fair and service was excellent.

Can't say anything about the tires, but on Saturday with an appointment I waited about 40 min for my oil change. With a coupon it was around $30. I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me 10 other things.

Tried to order tires online and setup an appointment. Rep called said tires i wanted were on backorder. Cool. He said i have these others that are comparable. Cool let s do it. Said he would call back. Never called and canceled the appointment without explanation. Lost my dollar boys.

I dropped my truck off and they took care of everything. No hassles, no hidden costs, no problems. This was my first time using them, but will now be my go too when I need service on my truck or any other vehicle I own. First good experience with an auto repair/service center. And, I got a great deal on new tires all around.Thanks guys, you made a rather stressful day end pleasant!

My parents have been coming here a decade so when I drove my car to visit recently I took my car there for Tires, oil change and interior filter change. They were super nice, didn t feel like I was being over charged. Loved that they offered me options to chose from and I waited to have it done - it was completed quick! Thanks again. Would totally recommend.

These guys are awsome! One of the best places you can get tires or service around! 5 star all the way! Great customer service and great mechanics and techs! John W. takes pride in his work and does the job right! I had 3 people try to balance my tires and failed, where John took the time to do it right and they were perfect! Thank guys!
