They were very professional and timely. They didn t leave me sitting there for long. The service advisor was very nice and polite and John, who did my emissions, was very helpful and took good care of my car. Highly recommend Team Ryan.

I'd have to say, these guys deserve every bit of a 5 star rating. Very clean, professional operation. They identified the problem, got the parts needed, and my car was repaired the next day. The nearest dealership could not see me for two and a half weeks. Team Ryan saw me the same day I called, had it repaired the following day. Awesome.

After going to a lot of shops and dealerships, Team Ryan Automotive finally solved the issue I had with my car. The best part of it is that the cost was way less than what I was previously quoted from the others I first went to. Their shop is very clean and Dewey is easy to talk with and always have a smile on his face making the experience that much more pleasant.

My first visit at Team Ryan and I was very impressed. They heard my issues and solved my problem all while I waited in their lovely waiting room. They did not take advantage of me being a senior female. They did what they said and now my car is back on the road running great! I recommend this establishment. Thank you Team Ryan.

Today was my first visit to Team Ryan. I have to say I'm impressed. I forgot the young man's name at the desk, but he was very polite, friendly and professional.My husband asked about my experience, and he will be taking his truck to them soon for repairs. I think we found our new mechanics.Thank you Team Ryan for a great experience

DRIVERS BEWARE! Team Ryan is nothing more than a money-grab scam operation using unsuspecting customers to keep furthering their business. I went in for a basic oil change, and was told they would do a full inspection because it s included with the oil change. Fine it took almost an hour and a half for everything, and I was greeted with a list of repairs totaling $2,199. They said I needed new tires, a new battery, my 4WD system repaired as well as a few others-things I ve been having NO issues with until I visited TR.After my oil change this past weekend I noticed a large oil leak on my driveway and at my work, so my husband took it in yesterday and now it s being diagnosed with failed oil cooling housing. Oddly enough that repair was NOT on the $2,199 repair laundry list they brought me the first time. When my husband called, they even admitted that it was probably no big deal and it sounded like they had just pinched a gasket when they did the oil change!!! Talk about dismissive and admitting mistakes on one of the most simple tasks to be done on a car.They quoted us another $1,300 for the repair, which a quick google search would lead me to believe the damage was done during the oil change, opening me up to these further repairs. Further damaging cars to ensure future business is a very dangerous move, and it s funny that I m not the first customer to think so according to your particularly nasty 1 star reviews that I read through.It s a little strange that no repair in your shop is less than $1,500- every low review is starting out with the same quote of $1,500. So unless you re made of money or enjoy continuous repairs on your car due to mechanic negligence and piss poor customer service, find a reputable place to repair your car where you won t have to drain your life savings.

Went to this shop for tire rotation and oil change. Was done in a little over an hour. They emailed me a detailed report of the inspection with photos. They let me know I would be needing tires soon and had photos of the tread on all four tires. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service at Team Ryan. Oil change and vehicle inspection was quick and thorough. Team members were friendly, professional, and know what they are doing. Would definitely take my vehicle back here!

Great guys. They were cool. I went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced that i had ordered. Dropped my truck off and walked over to pueblos, they called me back quick. Fast service, good pricing and no nonsense!

Awesome job on my oil change and tire rotation. Also let me know my brakes were getting low and need to be replaced soon. They were also super friendly to me and my toddler daughter while we were wait for the job to be completed

George was awesome!!! We service one of our cars here and they do a fantastic job. Decided to take another one of our cars for a flat and they fixed it. Walmart denied me because they said the tread was too low. TR fixed the flat and mentioned the tires were okay and still can be used a little while longer. It s so hard not to get ripped off these days. TR also provided recommendations for new tires with absolutely no push to sell. We will be back here often now.

Started my honeymoon. Ran into a curve and bent my wheel and blew my tire. I took my car to Team Ryan the next day and they replaced my wheel and tire. They have been very supportive and communicative of our situation. My wife and I felt very reassured and taken care of. I recommend them if you are ever stuck on the road.P.s Be careful of the curve in Georgia.

The only positive was a quick turn around. I was stuck in the Kroger parking lot so I had this shop replace my radiator to avoid a tow. They charged me for an unnecessary BG cleanser, and the labor rates were insanely high. After I had the job done, I called my normal shop North Georgia Automotive and they quoted me the same repair at half the price. Go to someone you trust. This place is a money grab.$1200 here $600 at my shop.

A1 Service! From my first appointment phone call to my completed service, top notch. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a used Jeep that I was looking to buy. I had some reservations after seeing rust underneath the body. TeamRyan confirmed my suspicions - boy, did I dodge a bullet! he Jeep failed the inspection miserably. Should be salvaged. The technician (JM) was very knowledgeable and professional as was the server advisor (WL). I would definitely seek their expertise in the future, highly recommend them. *Note about the used car dealer: Unfortunately, the Jeep is still for sale, the lot has removed the pictures that would indicate rust and other issues. Be careful out there!

They delt with my broken Jeep I bought from Carvana 3 different times within 3 months. Went above and beyond to find a new fuel tank even though there is a national backorder for a wrangler jk fuel tank. Cannot recommend them enough.

It was a great experience. Team Ryan was able to figure what was going on with my check engine light. After tell me what needed to be fix. I was able to make an informed decision to get my car fixed and not have to miss any working the process for them fixing my car. It was easy and convenient. Great service, Gerome was very nice and friendly and I did not feel pressured to get services that I did not ask for. In fact, Gerome provided a list of items that are suggested to fix with prices and made sure to ask what I wanted to do and all prices were reasonable. He even reassured me that there were some items that are recommended but can be worked on later...I loved that! Because in past experiences with other auto places it was made to seem like my car was on the verge of stopping mid traffic and needed urgent attention, which is not the case. I will definitely be going back!

Fast oil change and tire rotation. Only issue was not being able to get the engine air filter for my Pacifica Hybrid. I have ordered that and will just replace it myself. Absolutely love this place! I came in because of a seized engine. SUPER friendly and courteous, informative every step of the way, and respectful of your wishes. Constant updates via text, and easy to approve/decline whatever services I needed and pay for from my phone.
