Johnny was great very funny and helpful! Jake was very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me in and out! Friendliest place, exceptional service! Highly recommend this place! They are always good to me! Update they were kind enough to put air in my spare tire and make a sensor go off that had been on for years! When your other half is deployed you have a lot on your mind this was such an act of kind! above and beyond!!

This location was awesome to work with and fast and efficient. I have a third party warranty for my oil changes and any time I go somewhere new it is a bit of a process. They were extremely kind and patient when calling the warranty company and I was in an out in 35 minutes (the warranty company needed an invoice prior to approving my oil change which was the cause for the wait. Not SB fault at all). I would highly recommend their service

Visited them today after going to a previous shop and them telling me one thing and then another I came in explained the situation and Johnny went above and beyond on making sure he did everything he could to help me with my issue I highly recommend coming here and Johnny makes sure to get the job done in every possible way plus they don t charge you a arm and a leg like other shops would.

For busy moms like myself, there's no better place to go. The kids get to hang in the car, I get a little work done, we're in and out in under 15 mins usually! I cant stand having to wait for an hour + in the dealership. It's so stressful with little kids! We always come here and always get fast and friendly service. Thanks y'all!

Excellent! Excellent!!! So refreshing to have quick, courteous staff that did not try to upsell me on anything other than what I went for! I love that they call out what they are doing as they are doing it! I know it's just an oil change but I cannot recommend Strickland Brothers enough!!!!!

Poor service.. The technician who worked on my car oil change did not close the oil can cap which connects to the radiator. It happened on 8/26/2023. I accidentally found it when I was trying to do the jump start my vehicle 8/30/2023. I have been driving the car in this condition for almost 4 days, now I am realizing that the Loud engine noice I heard after the service could be due to this, It could have been worse or spoiled the engine if I hadn t noticed it today. This all because of the technicians careless and the poor service they offered to me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Best oil change I ve ever experienced. The two young men doing it were very explanatory in what they were doing, and costs. They were professional and could tell they wanted me to be happy with everything. It s hard to see from the road but it s directly behind Captains D s on Atlanta Rd. The prices were definitely lower than I expected and even learned something new about a part I didn t even know was there. And I got to sit in my car during the time they did my work. I strongly recommend Strickland Brothers!

I first called and the lady working there was so knowledgeable and kind over the phone. I get to the store and they are going above and beyond servicing my car. It was so nice to have women working on my car. They were all very attentive and quick. What team work!! First time at SB and was greeted right away by a proffesional young man who quickly took down my information while 2 other technicians guided me into the auto bay. The 3 of them worked diligently on my car communicating with each other through the various steps. I was offered water while I waited inside my car and witnessed the process of the job. My air & cabin filter needed to be replaced, the part wasn't there, so one technician left the site immediately to pick one up. I was informed the whole time as to where the technician was in the journey and on return to the site, they installed the filter promptly.I will definitely recommend SB to all and use them again in the future!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Good experience. Short wait, good service. Professional and friendly. I will say the prices of air filters were a bit higher than I expected, even with the discount they provided. I would have done it anyway but getting pricing up front would have been better. Yes, I should have asked! Excellent service. Extremely professional and very courteous which in todays post Covid world is Extremely rare unfortunately. I would highly recommend Strickland Brothers. Sorry for the late review but here it is:I needed an oil change but other companies had a 2-3 hour wait time. So I googled the closest place to my location. Strickland Brothers was the closest. Arriving at Strickland Brothers there is a 10-min oil change advertisement at their business. There was also 2 employees absolutely no wait time. The employee guided me in as I drove up. While the other employee awaited for me to stop over the bay before going under my car. The employee asked me for my preference in oil as well as my mileage and the necessary things in order to get the job done. Once the employee had all off the necessary information. The employee engaged the other employee to begin after I shut off my car. Truly remarkable at the teamwork as well as the communication to get the job done. These employees truly worked together seamlessly without efforts. I was amazed. Kudos to Atlanta Rd location in Cummings

True to their word my oil was changed within 10 minutes and I never had to leave my car. From the moment I pulled in the bay, they were courteous and respectful. While changing the oil, they talked to each other to verify what each was doing then ran through the check again to make certain all was done. I watched the whole process so I know exactly what they did. Got a significant teacher's discount too! Will definitely be returning!Service: Oil change

I take good care of my car. I check the fluid levels, tire air pressures, and know when to change my filters. All i want is a quick oil change with good quality product lines and a reasonable price. I found that at this business. The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite/professional. This was my first experience at this business, and it was a very good experience. Strickland Brothers and this technician made a very good first impression with me and i am more than likely to return and or recommend others to this business.Service: Oil change

They helped out and were sincere. Their prices help a lot whenever you feel bad. I would recommend to you if you're interested and would love to see an amazing oil change going on. If you prefer to have the power of a good friend to you or someone to get you in a way with me and you can totally understand and recognize the amazing force these guys put into your car. Brought it in for a for an oil change ($95). Went to check the oil fill level since the last shop had overfilled it by like 1.5 quart. Same issue this time. When I returned to have them remove the excess oil (1 quart) the lady service rep argued with me saying she put in the correct amount according to her system - well, not according to my dipstick! I simply wanted them to remove a quart of oil or so and then re-check the dipstick. Another rep stepped in and verified there was too much oil installed and removed a quart - problem solved. Remember to check your oil level yourself after an oil change!
