I would highly recommend Crash Champions. The cosmetic work on the car was simply amazing, better than new! When there were unexpected delays from the anticipated completion time, and inaccurate information accidentally given to me by a "new employee" Adam went above and beyond to ensure that they provided excellent customer service and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. He even ordered the customized front emblem that was damaged when they could have just replaced the stock one. I think that Adam is an asset to Crash Champions; he is a great people person, totally professional and I really appreciated the 100% transparency that he provided me to better understand the status of the completion of the project, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. I'm sad I can only give 5*. These guys were amazing. They knew I was out of pocket for my rental car after hitting a deer and did everything to get my car back as soon as possible. They were great at answering questions and touching base with me and I got my car back cleaner than it's ever been. They made the whole experience much better for me.

One of the worst experiences i've ever had. My repair was pushed back over a month and a half due to the team not checking to see if the parts were available for order. I was originally told it would take a week only to be told the part was on back order after I called them on their estimated completion date as I was confused as to why I hadn't heard anything from them. After I FINALLY got the ball rolling after calling REPEATEDLY (yes, I myself had to call as they do not call you. I only got one phone call from their shop over this whole ordeal updating me) I continually was lied to by one of the members on staff saying "it should be completed within the week." Only for it to get pushed back (again REPEATEDLY) and after I finally got on a call with a team member confirming they had the part in store and would start painting it as soon as possible (this being on a Wednesday or Thursday) I called on Friday checking if it would be completed by that day as again they said it would be done by the end of that week, (and the repair was just a small side fender and headlight so it really should not take that long other than the paint) they pushed it back to Monday because they hadn't even started. After calling again on Monday, they pushed it back again another day to Tuesday (I am writing this on that mentioned Monday, so I have no clue if it really will be done by tomorrow or not at this point). I have been without my vehicle for over a month and have had to face many issues getting to and from work/school. This service shop is filled with either purely incompetent workers and or plain liars. I will NEVER be returning here.

I took my truck into Crash Champions after I was rear ended back in July. I met with Casey who was extremely knowledgeable and out going. Since I had the truck being repaired from the accident, I showed Casey a couple dings in the doors and a dent in front drivers side fender. He gave me a fair price to have the extra work completed. The team went above what they were supposed to do, and practically painted entire truck. Not sure where the confusion was but they held to the price and did a superb job. Adam was a true professional handling the situation.Casey was also a true professional and I was told he was no longer at that shop. That being said I do think if Casey was there, I would have had my truck back sooner and there would have been no confusion to what was actually being done. I took my truck in for a couple minor paint chips and spoke wiht Casey who outlined the needed repairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the price point as well as the quality of the work. Casey was very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this location for your future repairs.

Casey is the man! I ve had several experiences with vehicle repairs and body shops over 20+ years, and Casey at Crash Champions is elite. A professional that treated us like family and delivered impressive results. The repair was perfect, very fast and they detailed our entire vehicle. Above and beyond!! Casey did an outstanding job! He did whatever it took to make sure my car was running and looking just as new before my accident. He has top tier customer and QUALITY service which is very hard to come by these day! I look forward to working with this gentleman again! You the goat my guy! Can t wait to see more of your work! I will be back soon! The rear end of my car looks like a brand new car!

So far the team there has exceeded expectations. They are very responsive and communicate timely. Will do a follow-up once work has been completed, but if the service before is an indication of quality of workmanship, I don't forsee any problems....stay tuned!

Terrible repair shop. Filled with liars who will say anything to get you off the phone and out of their store. I won't be trusting these guys again with my vehicle.

I recently stopped by Service King for an estimate to repair a dent in the rear bumper of my Cadillac during a break at work. Casey and his team quickly repaired the dent on site and gave me advice on what to do if this ever happens again. The work was phenomenal and the customer service was 5 star in and of itself. I will be taking my wife's car in this month to repair a few minor dings in her car. While you hope your vehicle is never dinged, if it is, i HIGHLY recommend stopping by Service King.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my car in for fron bumper damage. Great service by Case. Very personable... even buffed out a pretty good scuff in my rear tire well for no charge prior to the major damage repair. Highly recommended.

I have had a scratch on the side of my car due to a hit and run in the parking lot and I immediately visited Crash Champions. The service technician there, Casey was very professional and fixed the paint as if it was brand new. The service process was very easy and I would 100% recommend this location for any auto body related services. It is very hard to find this kind of customer service nowadays and I want to thank Crash Champions!Service: Painting

Great customer service. Super nice. A year ago, Service King replace front grill, bumper, etc. recently, small plastic tow cap on grill of my car fell off. Bought new one and realized had to get it painted. They did it within 1 day and looks great.. no hassle, no questions, just did it!Service: PaintingService: Painting

My Dodge Challenger was transferred from the Woodstock location to the Cummings location after drop off due to Woodstock being packed with repairs. My experience with the Cumming s location was superior to say the least. The manager and staff at this location provided excellent customer service and workmanship. I feel like they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. By far the best experience I ve ever had with a repair shop. Based on my experience with them I would definitely choose the Service King brand for any future repair work. My car looked great!Service: Body & Trim

My insurance chose service King to repair by 2021 Pilot, but the work done was not professional. The fitting was not proper, and by looking anybody can easily say there some work is done.They were in so much hurry that they forget the clean the work area, can see boots and hand prints all over inside my car.While walk out to mark the area to fix, we marked all the gaps that was developed by accident, but there was no work done on that.They changed the rim; and in doing so the brakes were not set correctly, they were very loose, which i have to ultimately go to Honda to fix it.Running board they charged the amount which honda official site showing both side, but they want to only change one side; and since it is mismatch so they gave it to me, but without any hardware to attach it.Only thing they are doing good is the updates, rest work wise i am not impressed, seems technicians in hurry to finish the job, and front desk is good at rejecting all your issues saying it is not touched; so their so called life warranty is basically of no use.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Ted was amazing. I backed my husbands brand new car into the garage door and scratched the heck out of the rear panel. Ted had me in and out in 20 minutes just buffering out the scratches . He calmed me down and saved the day. I will be going back to have him repair all the scratches and dents in the family van . Fast. Professional and inexpensive !!!Service: Painting

This Service King truly justifies the name- with absolutely wonderful service! Much as I wish no one has to suffer a car wreck, this is a place I'd highly recommend to anyone needing a repair shop in the area. I would in particular like to mention the Office Coordinator (Danielle), who we worked with when my daughter's car needed major fixing-up. Her enthusiasm, prompt responses to emails, and efficiency are all an absolute delight to experience. Their quality of repairs were excellent, and neither the time taken or the cost of the repairs varied too much from the estimates provided to us. Thank you, Danielle and Aaron!

Unfortunately I ended up having to bring my car here because a woman rear-ended me while on her phone. Service King was the shop recommended by my insurance USSA. I am very pleased with the way they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. They employees were friendly and the building was well kept. Great experience.

Terrific experience! Travis was awesome. Very professional and happily answered all my questions . Service king kept me updated throughout the entire process so I could plan accordingly. We went to them for a change of bumper .our insurance directed us there,we didn't have any experience earlier with them. reliable and hassle free service .Just they could have done it in 3-4 days max but took 2 weeks to change it.Other than the time , we have no issues.Happy customer.

5-star, WOW, Thanks to Aaron for coordinating completion of repairs 4 days ahead of schedule! I noticed a spot that was overlooked when I went in early to pick up the car, and Aaron was still able to get it completed ahead of the original 6-day estimate. My sedan is beautiful, the paint is PERFECT and there is no trace of the dents or scratches that were on the hood, front quarter panels and front bumper. A big tree fell on my car and you d never know it. They even polished the car, vacuumed and shined the tires. AWESOME!

Wow! Great service! Their auto repair shop was very close to our house. The facility was clean and the repair took less than a week. I'm so glad my insurance company recommended this place. If I ever need repairs I will definitely bring it back. Great service!

1st and 2nd impressions were that it was great, but shortly after my repair the glass fell out of my side view mirror. Took it in and was told they would order a replacement. I've left multiple messages since then, but haven't heard back yet. Still no side view mirror, which I really need. I feel ignored.******I did receive a call after this and installed my mirror the following day. Only took about 5 minutes****
