I used Ree s automotive to change my tires and do an alignment. The customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, that s where the good ended. When I went for my appointment they had the tech call out. The tech that covered did not really know what he was doing. Tires were overinflated(found out months after when I checked why my tires were wearing wrong) and the alignment was done wrong. Then they tried to sell me a timing job(the owner himself) but had no clue what the job consisted of when I asked a simple question.

They horrible! They tell you one thing is wrong with the car and then it s something else they want you to pay for! They just lie so much especially Heather and the owner John has the worst attitude. Definitely shouldn t be in business working with customers! Be careful taking your car there! And they charge $150 an hour! Crazy! Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Can t wait to see their reply is on here. Nothing but lies I m sure are coming

Rees has done work for my fleet of service trucks and have always honored their pricing, been prompt in getting the repairs completed, and worked with us to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction.Most recently the swapped an engine in our high milage truck. While the replacement engine had issues they replaced it under their warranty. After a few months of driving we had issue with that engine and again the honored their warranty and made the necessary repairs replacing both heads on the engine.I totally satisfied with their work and performance and glad to have them as a vendor.

Great Automotive Care by honest folks. On 2 different occasions my family has had major issues with a car and had to take it to Ree's last minute. They have been very honest both times with everything that needed to be done. They truly care about their customers. I would not hesitate one moment about taking any of my families vehicles there and they have our family as customers for life after our experiences with them. Not many honest auto care places that I've found in recent time so please give them your business so we can keep the honest ones around for years to come. Thank you Ree's Automotive!!

Honestly one of the best shops I ve worked with always there when I need them and the work is always done in a timely manner they especially work very well with my schedule with me working nights and everything heather is amazing and is definitely one of the reasons I even go there in the first place

I took my car there for an exhaust problem. They temporarily "fixed" the problem by spraying something that cut off the leak which costed $100. They stated multiple times that this temporary solution will be enough until they order the part and get it replaced. After 10 days, I asked them if the part has arrived and they said they would contact me when it arrives. On 14th day, I followed again and they are saying now that they never ordered the part. Now, they wasted all my time plus the car is really messed up because of their "temporary solution until the part gets here". Not an honest business, not recommended. Wasted 2 weeks of my time, I could've ordered the part myself and take it to a shop to change it out by now. Horrible experience.

I don't even know where to start in regards to how amazing my experience with Ree's has been. I went in because I had gotten my tires done at Walmart and they had caused what I thought was just damage to my lug nuts and studs. Little did I know what I thought was a little bit of damage, had ruined my entire wheel hub and everything needed to be replaced or fixed. The kindness and care that I received from this shop in regards to my car was beyond anything I have gotten at any other location. Usually I go in and you can tell your just another dollar sign for a company but at Ree's I felt like my car and myself mattered to them. The experience was so good and they were so thorough on explaining everything being done to my car and showing me what was going on so I fully understood what was happening. I legit could not recommend them enough. They are so incredibly friendly and caring. They took care of me and I'm so much safer on the road because of it. I will never take my business anywhere else. Anytime I need anything done to my vehicle, they are the only location I will be taking my car to going forward. I will be recommending them to all my friends and anyone that I know. They were just amazing from the owner down and it really shows that they care about what they are doing.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I bought a used truck it needed work. I brought it to Rees. Most shops will up sale on repairs not needed. Or increase hours it takes to complete the repair. Most places take full advantage of unknowing customers but Rees was above any service shop I ve been to. They performed multiple test on my vehicle to inform me of the overall condition and didn t bill me. They took personal care and went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I felt like I was leaving with more than I paid for. I was looking for a mechanic to perform a few aftermarket modifications to my sports car. I wanted someone who understood performance cars and would appreciate what I was doing. John was the perfect person for the job. He has extensive experience with performance cars from those built for the track to everyday drivers looking for a little edge. Took our car in for diagnosis of check engine light. I left the car there for the day. I get a call telling me they tested it and it could be one of two things. I remind them of the additional symptoms we have experienced. We agree it is likely option #1. I tell them please replace that part and ask ETA. They say depends on part availability. I get that. I wait until the end of the day and get no call back. I wait until the following day at noon. He tells me he decided he doesn t think that s the issue. He thinks it is the gas cap, and I can come get the car. After paying hundreds of dollars for this diagnosis, I leave with the car and replace the cap that evening. The following day the light is back on. I call back and ask for an estimate to replace the original part we discussed on day 1 .the part I thought he was fixing. I get no return phone call. I took the car to a reputable repair shop where they replaced the part we discussed for around $100. Lesson learned - I will not trust this repair shop again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received at Rees Automotive. They were creative in how they fixed my son's old car so it would not be so costly. Also, they were professional, pleasant and showed a genuine interest in fixing the problem. I have recommended them to my coworkers and I am taking my car there tomorrow for some work. I do not recommend this shop.Was quoted a ridiculously high price - called a couple other shops and got quotes that were half of what they were charging. Told them I was taking it elsewhere - they said they would match the price I got elsewhere. I let them do the work - they were extremely rude and unprofessional the entire way through and tried to charge me way more when I showed up to get the car. They also drained the AC and didn't recharge it because they "don't do that there". Interesting....Summary: Overpriced, Rude, Sketchy, Stressful.Call a couple other shops and don't buy the "we have to look at it to give you a quote". Also ask about the diagnostic fee, because this shop doesn't mention it until you decide to take your car to a better shop!Service: Engine repair

I contacted John via fb about my car. I work from home so it was difficult for me to leave during business hours to get it worked on. He came out to my home on a Friday evening and tried to diagnose the problem which I was so grateful for. I did end up having to take my vehicle to his shop but they opened on a Sunday to try to fix it for me for the upcoming week. My car was ready Monday and he was able to work within my budget, thank God! Fast forward to Thursday evening, my engine light is on again and it's reading a new code this time. I'm heading up there again today and feel happy that I have someone now to look at my car for multiple issues that is trustworthy and reasonably priced.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Definitely just found myself a new shop to get work done. The entire team there was extremely nice, communicative, and you can tell they truly love working on cars. I may have only had my tires mounted and balanced, but a quick look around the shop with all the brand new equipment, knowledgeable staff, and friendly atmosphere, I ll be coming back.Service: Tires

I just got home from Ree s. I m new to the area and used a mechanic yesterday who is right next to my neighborhood. Woke up this morning to my tire sensors indicating low tire pressure. It didn t feel right while I was at the mechanics and it was affirmed that moment. Had a matter in downtown, and since this is our only vehicle, I needed to resolve this issue. Rolled into the parking lot and the owner, while working on a vehicle at that time, got up and came over asking how to help. His prompt attention and obvious servanthood was awesome to see. I was taken care and knew I found a mechanic. His professionalism and care won a loyal client. Thank you again!Service: Tires

My vehicle unexpectedly broke down and I was in need of a good automotive repair shop in my area. John at Rees Automotive really went above and beyond! He got my vehicle towed to his shop, fixed my car quickly and even stayed passed closing so I could come get my vehicle. Truly a place of great service and affordable pricing. In my search for a mechanic, I found an awesome new small family owned business. Rees Automotive Care was amazing! They are located on Tolbert Road just across from the chicken plant.John and his wife Lauren contacted me directly on Messenger. John contacted me by phone that night. We discussed my problem. I took my car in the next day and the true issue was identified. Today, my car is repaired. John gave me a quote and stood by his original quote even though the repair took longer than expected. I have now found my new go-to mechanic.Thanks John and Lauren for a job well done!!

Mad Props to John and the team at Rees. I had taken my truck to two other mechanics trying to figure out what the rubbing/squaking/creaking noise was in the dash. John at Rees was my last hope. Well after many hours of completely taking the dash apart they were able to find the problem and fix it. In addition I found them to be extremely friendly and courteous. True professionals.

I had previously went to another shop, evidently the had caused more problems than just doing a simple oil change. I searched on Facebook and these 1 came up. They were very friendly and professional did exactly what was said feel disrespected as a woman and he had fixed my car in the time he said he would. He only charged me for a wheel barring and not the oil change! Which was fantastic, they are now my favorite place go, highly recommendServices: Tires, Oil change

John was awesome!! I was told that I needed brakes from Acura. When I was quoted from Acura, they wanted $600, John quoted me alot lower. When John looked at my brakes, he told me I didn't need brakes. John is an honest mechanic, I will definately be seeing him again for future car repairs!! Rees did a great job on our T100. We had been to a dealer who had to order and wait on parts for a week and was at 4 times the cost for the same repairs. Don't settle for their $150 hourly work. There are better mechanics out there and they charge a lot less
