Everyone I dealt with at Randy s Auto Center is a true talented, skilled and caring professional. I found Randy s Auto Center on the Georgia Clean Air Force website listed as a shop that was successful at performing repairs related to failed emissions tests. My 2018 Ford F150 with only 88,000 miles had failed emissions due to a check engine light and several emissions related codes. Another respectable shop and a highly rated Ford dealer had already failed to perform a successful repair and/or refused to attempt further repairs. After doing some research on the issues, I became highly concerned that I might not be able to get my truck fixed. I took the truck to Randy s Auto Center and they immediately identified the problem. They called me and told me what they the issue was,exactly how much it would cost,and then what the result of the repair would be. They repaired my truck and then drove it to ensure that the check engine light did not come back on. They took the truck to an independent emissions test facility to ensure a passing emissions test, and gave me a passings emission report. Randy s easily diagnosed and performed a repair that the other shop failed to do and the Ford dealer refused to attempt. I highly recommend Randy s. Even though Randy s is more than 30 minutes away, Randy s will be doing all of my future repairs and maintenance.Thank you Gill, Justin, Randy and everyone else I dealt with!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Justin for my repair work on my vehicle, He was very professional and called me back when promised. The repairs on my Jeep Compass were excellent . In the future I will bring back my Jeep to Randy's Auto Center for all my repairs, oil changes, and emissions. .r

I stopped into Randy s by happy accident as my car was starting sluggishly and I knew I needed a new battery. Everyone from Jarrett to Randy himself could not have been more professional and helping (with also a good sense of humor, which who doesn t love that?!). I wound up also changing out my break pads, rotors and getting 2 new tires. My car drives like brand new. Thank you for the awesome service!

My suv went into limp mode right by this shop. Jarrett was so helpful when I walked in helpless. Randy himself ran a diagnostic test and was able to get my car up and running again. Kudos to you guys!

I am a long-time customer because I can always count on great service and knowing that they will take care of what is needed without overcharging or trying to talk me into service that is not needed. I came in needing some help to get a headlight bulb replaced, and Jarrod and Justin got the part ordered, picked up and replaced while I waited. Outstanding!

I've been to so many auto and repair centers throughout the years. Very rarely do you find one that is customer-centric, competitive and HONEST. I cannot say enough about Justin and the entire organization at Randy's Auto Center. Justin is truthful and gives you facts about your repair. On top of that Randy's Auto Center is competitive and fair on their prices. Trust me, if you're having a problem with your automobile and it needs a repair, Randy's is the place to go!

Absolutely phenomenal service crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. Fairly new to the neighborhood and have always taken our car Mercedes E350 to the dealer in the past. We truly believe in local business so decided to give Randy's Auto a shot as the car was scheduled for a "B Service" . This place is awesome. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic shop and after taking my Jeep to Randy's for the first time today, I know I've found one. Brought my Patriot in today because I've been hearing a loud growling sound while driving. After replacing both rear and front right side hub assemblies myself (sound was muted when turning right which made me think that side) I didn't feel like spending any more time and money guessing so brought it to the pros at Randy's. After looking at my car, which included busting out a stethoscope, Randy said the sound was loudest on the left side (rear more vs front), and recommended changing both. Since I've done the right side already, I know what it takes so will do it myself but appreciate their insight, professionalism, and thoroughness. They just charged me a [very reasonable] $60 diagnostic fee. Tim at the front was also a really nice guy and the place just seemed like cool spot. I never felt pressured to make a decision and they never made me feel bad for asking questions. They're definitely my family's new mechanic.

I cannot say enough great things about Randy's. It has been a nightmare of a summer with all of my cars and just as I thought things were calming down, my CR-V started making very odd noises. I was referred to Randy's by another shop and while it isn't the most convenient location for me, I can honestly say now I won't go anywhere else. The team went above and beyond testing and retesting, maintaining a consistent flow of information, giving me several options with all of the associated pros/cons of each. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time and they did everything they could to keep the price down without compromising quality. The amazing service advisor Jarret is professional, patient and personable - 5 more stars for him specifically. Randy's has been an amazing find for my family and me. They have worked on our cars for the past four years, from general maintenance to major repairs. When my car decided to die on the side of the road the other day, they came out and rescued me quickly. We were able to get my car to the shop, and they diagnosed it and repaired it that day. Their pricing is reasonable, and they are amazing whenever I have had follow up questions or concerns. While visiting from out of town, I needed to replace my driver's side mirror. Randy's ordered it one day, and installed it the next day by noon. And it was painted to match my car. It looked like new.

Called yesterday and spoke to Jared about some issues with my sons truck, he told me to bring it on up. I brought it in today and he looked at it and took care of the issue, I really appreciate all that he done for me. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles, thanks a bunch Jared I really appreciate you more than you know. We will be in again after the 1st of the yr.

Jarret was so helpful and extremely responsive to my request for service on short notice and was able to get me in the same day. I opted for the next day and was in and out within the hour! They checked my brakes, which did not need to be replaced yet, rotated my tires, changed my air and cabin filter. I was charged a reasonable price for service. The entire time I was waiting, Jarret kept me up to date regarding the status and progress of the service and allowed me to make the best decisions for the needs of my vehicle. 5 stars!!!!. I will make Randy's Auto Center my new place for all my future car servicing needs! I now feel very confident in my vehicle as I make a 3000 mile journey by car on my upcoming road trip.

Tim was very professional and had our vehicle fixed in a very timely manner. We were able to drop our truck off while on vacation and the team here work to have a tuneup and some engine work completed by the time we got home.We compare the prices of parts given to us on the invoice departs we could purchase else where online. The prices were in line with prices else where.Definitely seems like a great and honest place to have mechanical work done on your vehicle.

Last week we were 1900 miles into our trip to/from the south and on the Hot Rod Power Tour with our 1971 Cadillac, when I noticed some abnormally high tire wear on the front. We needed to travel home the next day to northern Illinois, about 800 miles, so I needed to find someone who could either check/align the front end or rotate the tires for me. I contacted Jarret on Friday afternoon, explained my situation, and he assured me they could either take care of me or help find someone who could. It's an odd, old car, so I really needed to find some "gearheads" that understood my issue. I arrived first thing Saturday as agreed, and Jarret, Isaiah and Nate were very accommodating and helpful. While the alignment could not be performed due to the tight wheelwell dimensions of my vehicle, they gladly rotated the tires as I requested. While on the lift a broken exhaust hanger was found, and they addressed that as well. The bill was more than reasonable, but i sincerely appreciated the help and service given to me, it helped us get back on the road in a timely fashion. We made it home! My experience at this place was incredible! They were able to get me a great price on my repairs and they were honest and true to their word. They made sure that I was happy and they done a really great job on my Mitsubishi. I would recommend this place to anybody and I definitely will be back for more service on my vehicle if needed. The mechanic,Allen, was very friendly and told me everything that was wrong with my car and did the work great. The gentleman at the counter were very professional and friendly. And the owner Randy is a terrific guy, thank you!

Great attitude and timely professional service by one and all from Randy s. Felt good even waiting for 1 hr here while they service my ML350 Service C, by just chatting with everyone , having the espresso coffe (yes they have decent coffee station) and browsing / working from a good Wi-Fi signal; even though I was 32 mins late for my appointment was taken care of super quick :)PS : They are busy so be great I d and show up on time

Brought my car here for an emissions failure repair. They diagnosed my issue properly the first time and were straight up with me on the repairs. As I have an older, higher milage car Randy diagnosed and serviced the vehicle the most efficient way possible. It turned out the repairs were going to cost more than the vehicles value so Randy gave me the option but suggested (in not so many words ;) ) that I forego the repairs as it was more than the car was worth.Would and will recommend this place to anyone.Thank you Randy and team!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Thank you Nate! I recently visited Randy's Auto Center for a brake job on my 2014 Fiesta. I had just received my car back from a dealership after having some recall work done. The Ford dealer did one of their multipoint inspections and stated that my brakes needed immediate attention. 3mm in front and 1mm in back. (See photo)I have over the years had problems with the work performed at the dealership so I decided to take it to Randy's. I am so glad I did. They took off my wheels to start the job and then called me back to the bay. They showed me my brakes and they were clearly not in need of immediate attention. I'm not sure where the dealership measured from but they were grossly wrong and it makes me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.This is why I appreciate honest mechanics like the team at Randy's. Not all shops are like dealerships. This shop believes in karma and doesn't try to trick people into unnecessary repairs. I just wish I had taken a photo of the brakes so you could see how Randy's team knew now was not the time. I will be using them when it really is time for some new brakes as well as any other repairs I may need. You should do the same!

Highly recommend. My wife & I just moved to the area and needed auto maintenance on both vehicles. We found Randy's close by so we went there and were immediately impressed with the level of customer service we received. Jarrett was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and helpful and nothing was overpriced. The overall experience couldn't have been better. We used Randy's Auto Center to get a pre-sale inspection and these guys were really professional and thorough! They gave us great advice based on the car inspection and overall, my daughter and I really appreciated how everything was handled! I would trust them with my car anytime! Tom and Jarret were the two I worked with and both were awesome!

Randy's Auto was recommended by another excellent local auto repair shop (Signature Total Car Care) since I suspected a muffler/exhaust replacement issue due noise/vibration and Signature did not do that particular job. My first contact was via email and Randy Shaheen responded literally within minutes and was very helpful when I told him what I possibly needed. After further discussion, it was decided that it was better to bring the car is so they could take a look at it and make a positive determination. I took the car in the next day and was cheerfully greeted by Randy and his staff. He personally came out, put the car on the lift for the assessment. It turned out that the muffler and exhaust was were not the issue at all and the car had broken engine and transmission mounts. I also asked the service advisor Paul to check the brakes pads and rotors and was informed they were perfectly fine. Repair was done after parts arrived. Randy's Auto is now on my A list for automotive repair and I highly recommend them. They will not rip you off by telling you to get repairs you don't need. Thumbs up for Randy, Paul and the team!

Jarret is amazing! He has helped my boyfriend and I on numerous occasions with several troublesome vehicles. I won t take my car anywhere else. The staff at Randy s is always honest, helpful, and professional. I know when we go there we aren t going to be sold things we don t need and will only get things done that truly need to be done. Hands down the best service I ever received for my old Nissan. I had taken it to three different places before this, and they were never able to find the problem. Randy's Auto center took their time, gave me an estimate and did an outstanding job! My car not only started to run real smooth, but also passed emissions, which was the problem to start with.Definitely going back. All credits to Jarret for his exceptional service. Thank you Jarret!!

I wish I could give them more stars. They are the local Nissan independent specialist. Randy and Jarret were super helpful without being pushy offering services for my 2004 Nissan Xterra. I had the timing belt changed (105,000 miles service) and the transmission filter service. Randy sent me pictures and kept me updated on how the repair was going. It was fixed within a day - and done correctly. I had some missing clips on the bumper, and they fixed those without any prompting or charge. They just care about their customers and have pride in their work. Great folks - you won't be disappointed.
