I was driving by and saw their sign of $15 for an emissions test. I drove in right away, and it was done in a jiffy. I immediately went back home and brought in another vehicle.

Lady if you hate talking to people so much go find another career. Now that I m looking at other reviews online I see others have had same issue with you. You must be a part owner of family of the owner because no one could work anywhere talking to people the way you do. You act like people should apologize to you for walking into your business.

So I was in a rush to fix my car before I moved to Arizona in 2 days. I called this place to see if they could put in an 02 sensor for me and they said it would be 3 days till they could do the work for me. I kindly explained that Id have to do it before then. They went out of there way to do it for me before I left. They were super kind and welcoming there. They got it done in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to everyone!Service: Auto maintenance

Damir is always friendly and has reasonable pricing, tells you the truth, and never tries to upsell or lie about repairs needed. He truly cares about customers' safety and will work with you on critical repairs.

I came to get some work done and emissions tested. Pam was fast, friendly, and professional and patient with me. It was definitely a step up from the treatment you would usually expect at a car repair facility and thought I deserved a review. A+

Went in to get the 50 vehicle alignment but was basically confronted by an incredibly rude lady at the front desk- absolutely mind blowing how rude she was. We went to Herbert automotive (we paid extra) to not deal with the rudeness!! We typically would go to Pro care for our emissions test but will NEVER return here because of this lady!! Wow!!

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE ! I scheduled an appointment for a tire alignment just because they were cheaper than everyone else around locally. BIG mistake, like they say you get what you pay for. What I did not expect to get after an hour of waiting was an employee to walk over and tell me that they could not perform the alignment! due to my front bumper being low. Really? I just sat here waiting for over an hr. they couldn t perform a simple task that Lanier Tire is now doing for me.Also one of the employees threaten me, and I thought I was going to have to defend myself! Wow, such a horrible experience, it s a very toxic environment I would not recommend anybody to do business here.Also just an FYI I never leave reviews but I thought this one was necessary, as I would never wish this terrible experience on anybody else.

I used Pro Care for a new starter and both front CV axles. Their prices were excellent and there was no pressure or up selling, which I appreciate as well. I'm very happy and give them 5 stars. The only thing I'd mention is that they add 3.99% to pay with a credit card so bring cash or a check if you don't want to pay that.

I used them after a co-worker said she used them. They are close to my work so I decided to try them because my old mechanic was always hard to get ahold of and so slow to get my car back. When I came in I was blown away at how friendly they were. Long story short. I have now bought a car from them as well.But I will never use another mechanic!!!!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

A few months ago I stopped at procare for an emissions inspection, the staff was so great that I decided to take my other cars there for service. The prices and customer service are literally the best in town. I highly recommend procare for all of your car services needs, they'll take great care of you as they've done for me.

I have used this company many times in the past. They have always done a good job. NO problems with my car and easy in and out. The only problem that I have that lead me to the agreement of never returning was the customer service provided by one of the managers. I had walked in understanding the woman at the front desk was on the phone. Once approached she asked what I needed. Coming in every year as I always do to get my emissions done we proceed with the process. The woman goes on to tell me to pull my car in between the 2 yellow lines. Not understanding if she meant for me to go into a parking spot or into the garage itself I questioned her directions. she then proceeded to tell me with great measures of attitude to, "get in my car turn it on put the car in reverse and pull it into the shop". Flustered with her response and feeling as if she was completely out of line I did so. Later on after getting home I called up the shop wanting to talk to the person above her. She then proceeded to taunt me by asking me "what was it really going to do if I did report this situation". Making it out to be not only as if she did not care for the customer but nor did the owner. This fat statement gave not only her a bad reputation but throwing the owner under the bus as well. Providing me with the information that even if I did bring this up to the owner that he would only laugh at me. Is this situation fair and just? Going on into the conversation she again taunted with the statement of saying "the owner was not going to fire her for she has been working with him for over 6 years". Seems to me that she may be a little too comfortable in her current situation and feels as if a customer feelings are irrelevant.

I do not have any major issues with this place. The people have always been nice. It just takes a very long time to get a car dealt with, and the customer service itself can be a little slow. On one occasion, I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at because it was overheating and when I arrived to have my car worked on, they did not honor my appointment and claimed I never made one. Regardless, I can understand that a receptionist may have written it down and forgotten to put it in the system. I ended up going to Lanier Auto right near ProCare and was fixed right up. On another occasion, I came for emissions testing. They were working on other cars, so I had no issue waiting. My boyfriend and I waited about 30 minutes for them to get my car and then another 25-ish to get the emissions done. The emissions tester asked me to come out in the service bay, and told me my fuse was out and he couldn't test. He said they could sell me the bulb, but if I simply wanted to pay for just the emissions test, another service center could possibly test it without the bulb or not charge me for one. I will give the emissions tester appreciation for being honest and giving me other options besides upselling me. I ended up going to Liberty Automotive and they completed my emissions for just $5 more and gave me the bulb for free. Like I said, I have never had a major issue here. But, if I am in a hurry or it is a minor car fix, I will go somewhere faster.

This is the first time I write a google review. The man I think he should be the owner of Pro Care Car Service is a very honest man. He repaired my tire when other stores say they can just change the tire...very impressed.Great service and price!

We were really in a jamb with our 2007 Suzuki XL7. The traction control and ABS lights were on, and the brakes were acting up. Suzuki cars are no longer sold in North America, and no dealers would help. I also heard that Suzuki needs a special scanner to read the trouble codes. I was afraid that the ABS module or computer had died, and that they are EXPENSIVE. Within 5 minutes the owner diagnosed the issue with top quality equipment. It was the passenger side wheel speed sensor. Our car was saved! We are grateful! Well worth the drive from Marietta for this level of service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for emissions, girl told me 20 mins because she was eating, then after 35 mins, she came out & told me to leave because I was blocking other customers. Even though I was waiting patiently & I was the only one waiting when I got there. Very Rude! To just wave me away & tell me I have to leave! WTH??

This was an awesome place. They did great work and fast. The owner cares about his customers. Will go again when in area. Worked on my air conditioner. Got parts fast and the price was great. Could not ask for more.

Would not recommend this shop if you have an older vehicle. Our car had problems with a cold start. We thought it may be fuel related. The car sat for 9 days and never moved from the spot where we parked it. We called several times for a status. The owner asked when we had changed the spark plugs when we called for status. After nine days, we picked up the car. The $75 diagnosis was to buy another car or take it to the dealership. He could have told us that over the phone and we could have saved $75, a lot of time, and aggravation. We put Sta-bil into the gas and have no problems with the car starting.

No way I could ever say enough about Damir and his crew at ProCare. Never have to worry about being misled, not only a great mechanic but also an amazing human. Had whining noise coming from engine Dimir diagnosed and stated tge upper and lower pulley needs replacement. Ok gave green light to fix along with oil change. Got car back two days later. Car was smoking and I was told by Dimir (Owner) that oil is burning off from oil change.? Well the car smoked on and off for a whole week took it back to Pro Care. Now was told some O rings went bad around the oil housing? So that was replaced. Car started smoking again and this time in came through vent of the car on the inside. Took back again to Pro Care and now I was told the alternator is bad, oil housing need gasket replacement. I had no oil leaks or smoking from my car prior to pulley replacement and oil change..I had car towed from shop to my house . Now I see they kept the alternator bolts are missing. Called the shop and I have to wait for the mechanic that work on my car to come back to work. So far I spent $900 of work on my car that is not running at this repair shop. The mechanic screwed my car up when replacing the pulley and serpetine belt. STAY AWAY they are Not Honest people! Yeah nice but not honest!

Honest mechanic, that's right people..... I take my daughters car here when it needs servicing. They don't try to rip you off or oversell you services you don't need. I'll definitely be back.
