I always try to find a quality auto repair center that is honest and does good work. That's Prism. They stayed on estimate and did a great job fixing my car. Reasonable price on synthetic oil change too.If you want to hang around while they work on your car, there's a great path to walk just over the hill.Nice people and fair pricing.

Great people and honest with prices. No price gouging by adding things you don't need. From the office staff to the mechanics...all great! Drove almost 2 hrs for their service. They take PRIDE in the work they do. Ms June's Driving Lessons

Very excellent service!!!. UPDATE-----After I had my vehicle in again, it had more problems after the repairs. My power steering was very noisy and the steering was not right! I took it back a couple of times and Never got this resolved. I will no longer be a customer there, sorry to say!!

They are fantastic! I never feel taken advantage of and their prices are always reasonable!!! We live in dahlonega and will make the almost hour drive to Prism everytime!!! Thank you guys for being awesome!!!

I was referred to Prism by a friend of my wife, and everything they said was true. Honest mechanics, and fair pricing is all I ever ask for in a shop, and you will find that here! Being a former mechanic, I can smell a "shady shop" in no time. This place is a bit off the beaten path, but they are good folks!They're going to work on all our cars, as long as they're around. Still the best! Nothing has changed.

I've been going to Prism Automotive for now four years to have any service and repairs done on my car. During these four years I have had nothing but great service from Jason and Shannon at competitive prices. These two individuals along with their staff do quality work while also looking out for the customer. They have more than earned my buisness!

If you need to get your car or truck repaired, I would strongly recommend letting Prism Automotive repair it for you.They have worked on my truck two times and both times from start to finish; I am tremendously grateful. Truck drives like new again!Overall, Jason and Davis are honest, caring and extremely gifted mechanics. Also, Shannon did a terrific job communicating with me and setting good time expectations as well.

Great people. Incredible service. Good communication. I was hesitant to write a review because this place is the the best kept secret in Forsyth County in regards to auto service . Davis (mechanic) is a genius and Jason and Shannon (owners) have an open invite at my house for dinner. Don t tell anyone about this place. Let s keep it a secret.

Jason took the time to explain what maintenance needed to be done and was very thorough. The work was completed quickly and I was able to pick my truck back up in less than 24hrs. Highly recommend.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

First visit with Shannon and Davis last week. for a minor tire issue and they spent more time and effort than most would have for such a small item. I could tell they were very customer oriented and took pride in their work.....I will be back.....Thank you both!

Solid leadership and always involved with the community! I can t count the times I ve seen Jason at a youth event with hands covered in grease from literally walking out one door into another. Wish others had the same drive to be more than they have to. Thankful there are people and places like that around.

This is now my regular mechanic. If I break down and have to get my truck towed, this will be where. Had to have the exhaust manifold replaced. They took great care of my truck and my wallet. Seriously, these people are awesome. They've got a lifelong customer in me, and lots of advertising! I tell everyone I know about this place.

PRISM AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE has taken care of both of my cars for years now. Excellent service! I've never had a complaint for service, price or speed. I'll continue to use PRISM for years to come. Thanks Gus and Lana for being there for us and keeping us on the road!

These people are amazing, kind hearted, genuinely honest people. Everyone was telling us the repair on our truck was going to cost anywhere between $1200-$2100 but when we called Gus -right before the holiday- and just getting our truck unwillingly towed (costs a ton to get out) he volunteered to go have a look. We couldn't believe it. He says - oh it's no problem, it's just a small fix... Cost $xx.xx! What???!!!! We are so thankful for him and his team! We will recommend them to anyone who asks .... And who doesn't for that matter!

Ever wondered about whether the mechanic you were trusting your repairs with was 100% honest and reliable? Looking out for your best interests and not trying to make a quick buck at your expense? Well, 15 years of reliable repair service to our family has meant that we never have to wonder about those issues.Oh yes, I have tried a couple of other shops before, only to have a repair fail more than once prematurely. Ended up costing more than taking it to Gus and Prism. Back to Gus. More than once the answer was "this is something you need to take care of in the near future, but not right now". How many shops will tell you that? I have seen repair shops quote me for stuff that really was not a problem at all, after having Gus give a second opinion. You can trust Prism Automotive to treat you with respect and absolute honesty, deliver what they promise.

Honestly, I would not bring my car to any other automotive repair shop except for Prism. Gus has been perfectly servicing our family vehicles since he opened. Integrity is the first word that comes to mind to describe Prism Automotive and Gus.
