I can't say enough about how amazing Ryan and Allison are! I have been a customer since 2020. It is so difficult to find a mechanic who is honest and has integrity...that is, until I found Premier. Ryan is very honest and does a great job of letting you know everything going on with the car and a timeline of when things need to happen. In other words, it's possible to save up for jobs because he lists them in order of priority. I am so grateful!!!

What won me over is Ryan's candor. He tells it like it is. He genuinely wants to help. That's his angle: honesty wins loyalty. I've had several cars of all makes and years in his shop; I even bought an old Pilot from him and it still runs great.

I was asked to arrive by 9am to explain what needed to be done with my car, but no one ever opened the door. I waited 15 minutes, called a couple times, knocked on the door, but no one would answer. I had to cancel my Lyft and pay a cancellation fee since the place didn t open. I ll be finding someplace more organized to fix my cars.

I highly recommend this place! Nothing but professionals that are very well educated on cars that other auto shops will not touch. They provided me a correct diagnostic after a dealership wrongly diagnosed car with needing unnecessary work that would have cost thousands of dollars. Premiere actually took the time to investigate and scope my car to determine the issue. They saved me $2,800! If you want your car in trusted hands do not hesitate to use this auto shop!

Failed emissions twice since moving to Georgia from New Jersey a year ago. Several mechanics I trusted said they could fix my engine light problem/emissions, but all they did was fix everything other than that and took my money. I found Premier Automotive Diagnostics through a video. Ryan showed how he has seen the check engine light in similar Audi s and was confident he knew how to fix the issue. Ryan and his team were friendly, reliable, and efficient. At no time did I ever have to reach out to Ryan regarding the status of my SUV. He gave me step by step details. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone, particularly anyone with an Audi. Ryan was able to complete my timing chain replacement/repair for my Golf R at much less than the dealer quoted me. He walked me through the job, showing me before and after pictures, as well as the actual parts being replaced. He is very meticulous in his work and makes sure to do it right and with the proper OEM parts. I will definitely be using him for my future repair work on both of my VWs. For years I drove Toyota's, Nissan's and Honda's but over the past 15 years I became an avid VW and Audi car fan and now won't drive anything else. Now that I have found Ryan, I will not go anywhere else to have my cars serviced. He is hands down great at what he does, extremely fair and reasonable, and takes time to educate you on what is wrong and how to get it fixed.I was having an issue with a check engine light on my Audi Q5. Ryan diagnosed the issue as a stretched timing chain. I had always been told chains don't stretch and was not sure what I was hearing but Ryan shared a similar repair he did on his YouTube channel and was certain about my issue too. Sure enough, he was right.Ryan clearly loves what he does and is truly appreciative of his customers. He takes the time to educate you on what needs to be done and even took pictures to show us the parts that were replaced. It was not an easy job and way beyond what I would have expected but Ryan was fair and honest and I would trust him with any issue I have. I look forward to many years of doing business here. You should bring your vehicles to Premiere Automotive Diagnostics. Ryan does exceptional work at a great price. He runs a super clean shop, posts/sends YouTube videos so that you understand the work that you re getting done, and provides great communication throughout the process; and follows up! He and his wife Allison are super nice and are doing everything the right way. If you like dogs they have theirs hanging out, and the reception area has a cool vibe and is and welcoming. I ve had my Audi for 12 years and have had it serviced at dealerships and aftermarket shops all over metro Atlanta, this is the place you want to go. Even if you re 20-40+ miles away it s worth the trip.

We have had our 4 cars serviced here since they opened and have been VERY happy! Ryan always explains everything, even shows you what's wrong when he can. Ryan replaced my brakes and rotors and did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable and honest. The waiting area has been newly updated, is comfortable and inviting. Knowing I could trust the job being done by Ryan relieved a lot of stress knowing it would be done correctly. I will definitely be returning for future car maintenance and repairs.Service: Brakes

After a few years of absolutely horrifying service at various VW dealers I am beyond relieved to find Ryan & Allison! I had a situation where I needed service asap and they accommodated me as quickly as possible and gave me a diagnosis 2-3 weeks before the dealer would even look at my vehicle. The service here was honest, thorough, meticulous, and beyond friendly. Unlike my dealership experiences Ryan & Allison would not return my car less than 100%. If you need a Volkswagen mechanic, Ryan is the mechanic you need! He is awesome! He took great care of our car! He is very detailed and a perfectionist ! Our 2005 beetle bug seems like brand new since Ryan worked on it! I normally work on my own cars but the work on my 2011 Audi A6 was beyond my abilities. Ryan did an amazing job getting my A6 back on the road. Ryan did outstanding job on our Audi , when we brought the car to Premiere Automotive we thought originally it s a head gasket issue but it turn out to be water pump , and all this thanks to Ryan . He is super professional and extremely knowledgeable about Audi s & VW cars, and by the way shop itself is super clean and good location.Very happy that we found Premier Automotive shop, from now this will be our go to place if need some work on our family cars.Thanks

Ryan and Allison truly took care of me and my car. They had excellent communication with me regarding my transmission issues and completed a full diagnostic asap. These people went above and beyond in repairing my car and fixed everything in my car that needed to be fixed and they took care of my car and we leave 6 hours away from there and after they fixed it they meet us half way so we didn t have to drive another six hours to get it after they fixed it very nice people and very kinda and understanding. Update: Car recently had a meeting with a retaining wall. Ryan was able to repair the damage to the under carriage. He's the best. I just hope we don't need to see him till the next oil change!!!We recently went to Ryan with a steering problem. His diagnosis was low air in the tire. We requested that he change the oil and give our older car a general check-up. Ryan explained all problems he found, the estimated expense and how necessary the repair was. He kept us updated by e-mail, including pictures. He also noted that while the tread on two of our tires was good they needed replacement due to their age and suggested a good tire shop. My Experience with this shop has been excellent. The shop is ultra clean, super convenient to bring your work laptop with you while you wait for service. They have amazing snacks while you wait and the materials and quality of maintenance and repairs is excellent. To top it off the customer service is GREAT! I highly recommend giving them a try for all of your maintenance needs. Support small business , especially really good ones like this establishment. I can t say enough good things about Ryan and his wife. I ve had a difficult time finding trustworthy repairman , those who aren t trying to price gouge me and do poor work. I can honestly say Ryan does neither of these things. I highly recommend him for any repair service you might need for your car. Came across premier by accident, but it was truly a miracle that I did. The service was so quick and Ryan did a great job explaining to me the issues that I had. He even sent me a personal YouTube video so i could see everything. I was truly impressed by the great customer service and at such a fantastic value. I pick up Ad Blue for a diesel. Amazing service! My GF used them for an axel or drive shaft issue. Provided insane amount of detail in the process of fixing it. That was awesome. I can't recall too many shops willing to do that.

What a great shop. Ryan is a true professional and master with cars. Let them take care of your cars and you will not be disappointed. Comfortable waiting room, friendly dog, waffle house next door, what's not to love.
