Everyone here was amazing. I called them the moment they open and I felt kind of bad, but they were super sweet. They understand what I needed and when we got there I was I told them the situation and they were checking it out for me. The very understanding just sweet, amazing people there were more than one person helping out 10 out of 10 will definitely be back again.

This Pep Boys is always so friendly, helpful, and transparent when I visit. I got a great deal on my tires and the road hazard protection plan has come in handy several times due to nails in my tires from all the construction around where I live. I will continue doing business with them, and I highly recommend!

Eddie and Justin were honestly so amazing. They worked with me when I was going through a hard time and turned my whole day around with their amazing service! My car is running better than it has been in years and I could not be happier. This is a store where the employees really care about and value the customers so much. 10/10 recommend.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!! I came in on a Saturday evening with less than an hour for them to close, and they went above and beyond to help me out, changing my flat tire out despite being very backlogged. They made sure my wife and I were comfortable and refused to charge us for the service!! I highly recommend these guys! Super honest!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Incredible helpful and pleasant to work with. I had a screw on my tire at the end of the day and thankfully they were still open. They got me in an out with a patch on the tire. I would definitely recommend them.

What can't I say about this location. 3 cars, and they always take good care of us. Customer service is phenomenal. And they are always informative.Today, we came in with a slow leak in our tire. They identified and fixed it in15 minutes (Darn, roofing nail).These guys are great! Recommend to all our friends. Love you guys!

I felt taken advantage of because i am a woman. They tried to over charge me and would not let me just purchase the tire and have my husband put it on, yet a man walked in requesting the same thing and they allowed it. I also saw them try to take advantage of another customer in trying to get them to open a credit card for a deal that they were offering and luckily i read the fine print and it did not state that at all! The customer was very thankful for me pointing this out and the manager was not happy that i spoke up.

3/2/24 had to get oil change; staff was very courteous and got me in and out in about an hour s time.Dec 23Had to replace all 4 tires; Pep Boys was very courteous and even gave me an overall diagnostic of my vehicle. Great deal on tires!

I recently allowed the gentlemen at Pep Boys to service my car. I ve brought my car to this location before and that experience was pleasant considering the circumstances of the amount of work required. However, on this occasion it was indeed a divinely inspired miracle. Eddie, the store manager, has an inviting and sincere essence that he radiates. Although there was much work to be done on my vehicle and costly which did stir up some anxiety within me he resolved it with a discount. The work was also completed two days sooner than expected. I appreciate Eddie, and the technician, whose name I do not know at this time for their work, integrity, and kindness.

UPDATEThe company reached out to me and the issue got resolved!----I've purchased the battery at this location about 2 years ago, they gave me 36 month warranty. The battery died all of a sudden, so I went there to get it replaced as it is still covered by the warranty. This was the worst experience I've ever had - they are rude, they did not want to honor the warranty, they ran a test on the dead battery which showed that the battery is pretty much brand new, but I had to jump start the car to get it working! I went to the official Honda service the next day, they also ran the same test which showed that the battery is dead, so I came back to Pep Boys. They made me wait for an hour to run a 30 second test that showed that the battery actually improved overnight! What a fraud! Stay away from this place, they will take your money, but will not honor what they promise and will treat you like a garbage. If I could rate them withe zero stars I would.

I had a last minute oil change that I needed to get done before I went back down to college. I stopped by and they gave me a quick oil change with a 30% discount. They also checked my breaks to make sure everything was good before I left to go down to school. They were great and amazing and I am definitely going back!!

They were good about getting the water pump replaced on my Dodge after I had a previous repair somewhere else that needed to be done twice. Recommend everyone check them out. So far the car has been working well with no indication of another leak. Will return for future maintenance!

Eddie was fantastic in his customer service and very helpful explaining issues and the process of fixing them in a timely manner. Also gave suggestions to help things with the car and when it would be necessary to financially take care of them. Ask for Eddie at this location! Justin was also a great help.

Great service I was a walk in and immediately taken care of and staff and management were great and fully transparent. I needed work done that would require leaving my vehicle and even offered transportation back to work talk about great customer service!!!

Easy oil change appointment. Some confusion with store clerk taking time to apply discount coupon which was on their own website. Polite persuasion did the trick in getting the coupon applied. Overall, oil change was smooth nevertheless.

After a very long and stressful day I found myself extremely blessed and fortunate to come in PepBoys and receive such excellent treatment and help from Will and Eddie. I came in very emotional because I went elsewhere to have my alternator replaced and after driving 2-3 miles I found my car overheating consistently which was never an issue before. I spent my day driving 10-20 mph and having to pull over every 5-10 minutes to have my car cooldown for 15-20 minutes before continuing; it was VERY stressful. I showed up after 5 and they close at 7, so I came in assuming I d be rushed out especially with it being Super Bowl weekend (49ers!!) but I was way off. Will showed empathy and understanding for my situation and that alone made me feel so much better. Will and Eddie came out to look at my car since I couldn t properly describe the situation and they also were able to show me where the other guys messed up! They could ve bad mouthed them but they kept it 100% professional and I truly admire that! With their expertise they were able to identify the problem and made sure to get it resolved in the same day .reminder that this is Super Bowl weekend! Because of them and their skillful mechanic, my weekend plans are still intact! Thank you PepBoys!!! Thank you Will and thank you Eddie! God Bless!

Eddie and Justin were amazing last second came thru with great prices and amazing work. Hard time noticing... I ment just had forgotten to mention how great of work, the detailing and shining of my rims were absolutely eye catching shiny. Thank you all for your work.

The gentleman was very helpful, professional and prompt. I went early in the morning to get my tire pressure increased. He even asked me to just sit in my car to stay warm.

Signed up for pep boys CC for tire promotion online and made appointment for new tires and alignment. I could pay with Pep boys CC online and had to put a different card down to make appointment. Was told they would be able to look up pep boys CC info and charge everything to that once they finished the job. The tire and alignment had no problems. But when came time to get my truck and paying, they charged everything to wrong card. Now I have to call around to get this fixed. Not happy at all.
