We came in last night after having a battery issue, noticing the terminals were corroded, and being told we needed to replace the terminals at another auto parts store. We came in with the replacement part in hand, hoping to get a second opinion. Nate was so kind, came and took a look at our battery, and cleaned all of the corrosion for us at no cost. We can now return the replacement part we bought and have not had any other issues with the battery! Nate saved us a huge amount of time and stress. We could not be more thankful to him. Give Nate a raise!!

I am extremely impressed by the dedication to customer service shown by Eric and Nate tonight. They didn t hesitate to change my battery in the dark while it was 19 degrees outside. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.

Came in from out of state needing a new headlight bulb. They not only found a matching bulb but came out and installed it for us. Appreciated the extra effort after a long drive today. Thank you Bill.

Went in to get my Jeep scanned. And they ( The manager) didn't let me delete the check engine Even though I replaced the part and just needed to be reset. Every other manager and associate has let me reset my car sobi Went down the street to autozone. And they went ahead and deleted The code

Need to repair fairings and was about to buy glue and wing it. But then , I think his name Patrick. Walked me through fiberglassing. Wow, best decisionGreat job guys and cheap

Had the absolute best experience today!!!Ms.Ava went above and beyond, she was informative, extremely helpful and just made my experience wonderful as a female consumer, in an environment that is often very intimidating. This young lady was such a pleasure I hope she is recognized for her outstanding work ethic!

I had a rotor turned by them that was working fine before, and after they turned it and I installed it on the car the brake was immediately pulsating severely, practically unable to be driven. I brought it back to them and they told me that they couldn t put it on the machine right now, and asked if I wanted a new rotor. Wouldn t even check their own work. I went to Autozone and got a new one and now the car is flawless. So long story short, they ruined a rotor and didn t even offer my 15 bucks back, or even a discount. Most people would expect a new rotor completely this was my first and last time here, having to do a brake job twice because of them was not fun, and it wouldn t have taken much to make it right.

Ordered online for curbside pick up, and got an email back from them at 5:30pm saying it s ready for pickup, when i got there the door has a new closing schedule and said closing 6pm how willi know this when ordering online it will just show the actual stores schedule which was closing at 9pm. Knowing that the store will close at 6pmand getting the email at 5:30pm is a joke. wish i can give them zero stars.

I got a flat tire and they were the only store that was open. When the tow truck came I thought I was going to have to leave my car at a pep boys overnight and get a ride home but instead O'Reilly's employee Scott helped me out by suggesting a tire plug. The tow truck man was nice enough to take me to the O'Reilly and then helped me plug the tire. I was able to drive home safely. Thank you!

It's was greatCheryl is the best. Super smart and accommodating. We drive out of our way to go to that location. The people there are kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for the great job you do.

I've been to both of the O'Reilly Auto Parts places around here, and they both have super helpful people working there. When going to an auto parts store, good help is the most important part of the visit. I highly recommend this store.

Bought cleaning spray and used their restroom. Talked about lug nuts and decided not to buy any new ones. All is well.

Great service and great people. I usually let my dad handle my car so I was very nervous to even go in, but they were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast service.

Today was my lucky day and only nice people crossed my paths, including the auto parts dealer. Came in for a new windshield wiper for the back of the car, and even had the sales person put it on lickety-split.

They have better quality and more products than autozone for sure but the prices are way higher ..employees are very hard to deal with ..

Apparently they change their hours they no longer are there for the average consumer that works 9 to 5 since they now close at 6:00 p.m..

Maybe update your hours on Google instead of having people wait to figure it out in person that you now close at 6.
