Neighborhood Automotive is such an amazing group of talented workers, they are very trustworthy, kind and efficient. Also, their pricing is amazing, much better than dealerships! Wow. What an experience! Thank you to all the mechanics for making it Happen! Thank you to mike and Dave for answering all my questions and telling me about financing! They really saved me and my car! Wonderful customer skill and and everything is on line and you can select the repairs you want to do, so I didn t feel pressured to get things done that I couldn t. Afford, or need! Thank you again mike for being the coolest!

I have been taking an older car I bought for my teenagers to neighborhood auto for the last two year as needed. When you get an older car(97 Lexus)it will need some repairs. David is always super friendly and helpful. He took extra time talking to my daughter about the importance of listening and knowing what sounds your car makes. He told her to always let us know if something sounds off. I feel like they really care about making sure my daughter is safe in her older vehicle. They are always busy, but well worth the wait. They have always made it right and even worked to find us a part that was no longer made. It took a little longer to get but I was so grateful they went the extra to find it. Highly recommend and will continue to give them my business. I have even met the owner and he is super friendly and helpful too. Great repair shop and thankfully that they have been able to keep our old car running.

Bill who owns the shop is an honest gentleman and I trust him and his team for my car repairs.I have known him for the past 5 years and he does always an excellent Job in taking care of my Honda Odyssey, Toyota Prius and Toyota Camry.They get the job done right and always check back after the repairs to make sure everything is working fine. I trust them like family and they are very ethical and have integrity in what they do. I plan to give my cars for maintenance and repairs for next 10 years

I recently had my first visit to Neighborhood Automotive and I was so pleased with my overall experience. It was extremely easy to book my appointment online and I received an email and text to remind me of my appointment. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted so pleasantly as everyone in the shop was professional and polite. I received a timely call with an update on the services my vehicle required and another call when it was time for pick-up. This business knows how to take care of their customers and their vehicles and I will definitely be returning to Neighborhood Automotive for all my car maintenance needs.

It s so hard to find a trust worthy auto repair shop that is reasonably priced. I m fairly new here and took a chance on this new business. I definitely made the right choice! I went in for an oil change but my car was running rough and I didn t really know why. They found that I had missed an important maintenance step of changing the transmission fluid. So I had that done while I was there and my car is running much better now. Everyone was so friendly too! I would highly recommend this place. I will definitely be using them for all my auto needs.

I have recently had to bring in two cars. Neighborhood automotive has been excellent at resolving those finding the issues and fixing them. I have been reasonably priced, very very very timely, I'm one of the most kind and professional people I've ever met.

My car needed to get a used engine to replace the original engine. Both Mike and David provided detailed information and an estimate of the repair. After 2 weeks, I got my car back and it is running well now. They provided me a 3-year/36K miles warranty, including both parts and labor, which made me feel more comfortable with their repair. A job well done by them - so far.

I took my car there for an oil change and had an excellent experience. Within an hour my oil change was done. David, one of the front desk agents was polite, kind, helpful and have such a joyful demeanor. I found a reliable place to take my car for service now.

Honest friendly and they tell you what needs to be done now and what you can get done later. This helped me out a lot especially when my air conditioner had to be fixed and my brakes were getting worn but wouldn t need to be replaced yet. Highly recommend this business!

Neighborhood Automotive Repair Shop is a small business in the neighborhood that s truly interested in their customers unlike the big conglomerate businesses that s after your money. Tim and his team are honest business men they diagnosed my Town and Country and found it only needed spark plugs, a battery, and new cables. After giving the ok to make the necessary repairs to my van they immediately did the work. I was able to pick up my van within two business days. It runs excellently and my wife is very happy and satisfied that she has her van back. She says it purr like a cat. Thanks for honest business owners like Neighborhood Automotive Repair.

Great shop and excellent customer service. Prices are reasonable and competitive and they got me in to fix my catalytic converter during a pretty busy time without any hassle. Kept me updated while the work was performed and very smooth and easy to deal with. Even told me about some additional work that was needed that I could do on my own. Will certainly be back if I have any more car problems I can't handle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my daughter's car to Neighborhood Automotive for an oil change and asked them to see if it needed anything else at this time. They looked over the car and said everything was fine for now and we just paid for the oil change. I then brought my car over there last week and had the same experience. I wanted to do whatever it needed, but they said I was fine for another 5000 miles and suggested other fluid changes then. So, this place does only does what you need and does not try to upcharge you for unnecessary services. I respect that and will go to them again in the future.

Great customer service when I called for oil change information. I did set up an appointment since I wanted to wait for my vehicle to get the oil change and the service was above and beyond. I got a full report of the status of my vehicle and upcoming recommendations of services needed. Everything was explained to me with prices and clearly printed and emailed. The people working here care about their customers and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their vehicles serviced.

Great local mechanic. They were very thorough in inspecting my car. I went in a for a wheel alignment and they found a loose joint that needed to be tightened. The pricing was good and fair.

Great automotive shop.Just feel like home.Wonderful service, very courteous and professional.After the repairs, my car has been driving well (about a week as gone by). . It feels great to drive it again. Initially, I had a negative experience. However, the employee responsible is no longer with the company. Since I had an opportunity to share my heart on my issues, they did what they felt was best to make it right. They went above and beyond. From a refund to fixing a key that was broken. I don't have enough great things to say about David and Tim. I appreciate their Christian values and integrity. It makes their business stand out from any of the others in the community worked with.

Honest, friendly techs and front office staff with reasonable pricing and solid work. You can't ask for much more from a local shop.My mom got work done on her 2015 GMC Acadia Denali and there was no attempt to upsell or coerce her into additional, unnecessary work. They did exactly what she asked and advised on the current state of her car and what may need to be done in the future. No scare tactics or attempts to take advantage.A++
