A company that does not stand behind there products. Without a receipt thay just want money. The clerk told me the battery was only 15 months old but I bought the car with a NAPA and AAA stickered battery. I purchased from another shop who stand behind the products they sell and saved 30 bucks. Shop anywhere else and save

Clean store. Very nice people. Manager has been in the Industry for forty years..Lots of knowledge..I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the Forsyth County area..They will deliver to business...

Napa had the know-how and the friggin bolts nobody else did! Thanks Napa keep On rockin in the Free world Chase Elliott president ye haw! Super super helpful counter guy, got me my engine stand bolts, really quickly knew what I needed didn't look confused at all like all the other guys at the hardware stores and part stores did. 4 bucks a piece, I should have got two sets just to say thank you!

The counter people at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful. Many of the other parts store in the area are manned by people that were flipping burgers the week before. The manager of this store is a real car guy and is very helpful. I went to 2 other auto parts stores looking for a banjo bolt and they didn't even know what I wss talking about . NAPA had it in stock. Lots of free parking available and store is conveniently located.

I bought an engine cleaner, at register they charge $1.60 more than what the tag said and when I asked why, he said oh we tagged it wrong.Also I bought an o-ring from them and he said he is going to put it in a bag. When I got home there is no o-ring in the bag. I called him and he said there was in the bag. I asked him to look at his desk, he came back and said yes it was on the floor. No apology at all and I had to drive 12 miles back there to pick it up while it was raining. Very bad experience with NAPA and this store. I will recommended auto-zone because of their professional sales person

I have been up to this store quite a few times over the years and have always been very pleased.Without going into great detail, I was in a bind today and Alex helped me out in a major way.Without him pulling a couple of strings and getting me what I needed I would have been in a bad situation.These guys are great.

I was majorly gouged at Napa yesterday, I was charged $288 for a thermostat That only has a list price of $109 from the dealer. Total rip-off

I have been shopping at this store for years and have never had an unpleasant experience, everyone there has always been knowledegable and pleasant. Ran into an issue finding the right turbo for my 2001 7.3.Just want to say a huge thank you to Wendell for actually taking the time and putting two days into finding out that my truck had an engine and turbo out of a 99 . Everyone at other parts stores just shrugged and said sorry. Wendell put in some phone calls and research and tracked down the proper part. Thank you guys for helping me keep my tree removal business running

Obviously this store makes there own hours on the fly. Maybe they all had a headache I know its not the covid because I just happened to visit the store at the right time the day before and there were many employees working. Now I'm sitting here at 3:43 pm on a Saturday but no one in the store, doors locked also no sign saying why they are closed. The store says open on line also posted on the door hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm but its locked up with not a clue why! So if you take a critical part off your vehicle then expect to visit at least this NAPA don't waste your time....they will most certainly will be closed when we're depending on them to be open.

Update: The manager of this store, Joe, has reached out to me and said he is working to solve a number of issues with store cleanliness, staff tardiness, and other issues that he was made aware of and is doing his best to fix it. We had a phone conversation and a chat in person and I appreciate the honesty and candor. Time will tell if this store gets better but I hope it does.This is the dirtiest, least professional, slowest, and worst NAPA I've ever been to. Their staff does not show up on time to work (30 minutes late), take 15 minutes to find the online order you placed the morning before, and genuinely do not care about you or your business. I'm a big fan of NAPA as their parts are typically of a much higher quality than that you find at the other chain stores you see out and about. It's absolutely regretful than the NAPA closest to me is so terrible. I end up driving to the one further down on Atlanta Hwy closer to Alpharetta and they are fast, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. I have given this location multiple tries over the last year and they let me down every single time. I will not be back.

Bunch of lazy sorry clowns. Went to get a hydraulic hose made and he said he wasn't making hoses that day because he didn't have help. There were literally 2 guys at the counter and no customers. The "manager" is a sorry lazy sack.

Folks at this Napa are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They carry a wide variety of parts and anything they do not have in stock, can be ordered and received the very next day. Definitely recommend doing business with them.

I took my daughter in to find out the problem with the battery on her car. Rob helped us find and correct the problem. He was very customer service oriented and knowledgable. We will be using this store again.

I am posting this on Facebook and all my car forums:So my alternator (the one I put on in June for my CAA6 trip) failed on the way home from the Dragon. Bought it at NAPA, paid cash (I guess, since I can't find a record of it on my cards) and lost the receipt. The guy at the store found my purchase in the computer, apologized for it failing, and will have a new one by 4pm today for me.NAPA is making me a believer, first, they were the ONLY store who could get me one in four hours on a Saturday, NOW they can replace it without a receipt. It is hard to find parts for a Chrysler Crossfire and the guy even know that 'there are two for that car and they are not interchangeable - I've got to make sure I get you the same part you got before."On SOME parts, they might be 5% higher than other stores (the Alternator was, oddly enough, about $30 cheaper than the stores who could not get one for days!) but their service is great.Most corporations would turn this into a mess, not having a receipt - but not these people.

Please don't let this NAPA store refer you to any auto mechanic, I was screwed big time, I bought Honda 2005 starter and got refereed to Just Brakes #332. first starter was bad and got them to replace it and the store won't pay for the second replacement charge the shop (Just Brakes #332) charged me. $85.00Just buy part and get out.

Great guys working here, they were very helpful. Tool prices seem a little high but saw some very reasonable prices on supplies and chemicals.

Super helpful. Uhaul had no hitches for my rental and didnt have tools to attach ball to hitch. Napa staff did it for me. THANK YOU NAPA!
