Excited to give this business a try. Just a simple tire change job but still. I called around to about 7 other tire shops as they are closer to me but saw the reviews and wanted to give it a shot. I called and had fantastic customer service the minute they answered the phone. Went over the cost and turn around time. Ordered the tires for me and everything went smooth. Eager to see how long it takes to receive the tires and to do the install. It is 8/9/23 and I called this morning around 11. I will update and leave another review once my bike gets worked on!UPDATE:Picked up the bike on 8/16/23 due to my work schedule. They called on 8/11/23 saying tires were in stock ready to go! SAME DAY SERVICE! Yes you read that right, I got my front and rear tires put on the same day!!! This place is amazing. Prices are extremely reasonable and competitive. I will continue to drive 45+ minutes past multiple other shops to come here. Even did a multi-point inspection and let me know of a few odds and ends. Some simple things he fixed free of charge. Is that something you ll get somewhere else? Not at all!! Guys listen, don t play games when it comes to your ride. Trust the best. Come to the best. Texted them asking if they had any 10w30 AmsOil. Got a response within a hour. I told them I should be by today and when I showed up they had a bottle of the oil waiting on the desk for me :)

These guys are fantastic at MIH! They're super knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. I highly recommend them for your power sports maintenance needs! They did a great job with my ATV.

Scott is a genuine motorcycle lover and honest in his work. Doesn't give recommendations just to inflate the bill, quite the contrary. I might get another yamaha or kawasaki just for the convenience of getting it to his shop. Highly recommend.

Great communication and prices. Employees were honest and straightforward and didn't try to upsell me. They fixed what I asked and did it way quicker than I expected. I will be taking my bike back there when I need repairs again.

Scott at MIH Powersports is terrific! A total professional. He kept me up to date as we waited for a part for my bike to be delivered. No one would mistake me for a mechanic, so I appreciated Scott being so honest and thorough. Great work is guaranteed. Scott the owner always does a great job. He puts his heart into his work and it's shows. Everything is affordable and worth the price. I highly recommend this place for any work done on your bike or off-road ATV or utv.

This has been the only place I will take my stuff to get worked on for years now! Scott has worked on several of my V-Twins, inline sport bikes and four wheelers. I couldn't have asked for better results each time from someone who really knows what they are doing. I've never had any problems with service or the price. He takes the approach to inform you and give you choices rather than just give you a price without explanation. I will continue to only go to this shop and would highly recommend it for everyone!

Scott has went above and beyond everytime I've ever dealt with him. He's been very reliable and trustworthy for many years. The most meticulous tech / enthusiast Ive ever known! Very quick turn around time and no hidden costs or surprises ever. I wont let anyone but him touch any of my machines. Thanks Scott.

Been here twice and realized a lot. First time was for a tire change on my r1, solid work, no issues. Second time was a cheaper condition r6 I bought and asked for a full inspection. List everything wrong and fix all if possible. Money wasn't an issue. The bike wasn't idling properly, a simple screw turn, he never mentioned. I never had that simple issue before, fixed it with some Google searching. Huge issue as I was holding my throttle any time I was stopped. Still kept dying so he replaced the rectifier cause it had a little spray paint on it. Come to learn more about bikes, a voltage test would have easily pointed out it was the stator. The old rectifier worked fine ($100 part). All in all save your money, bike's are easy to work on or a dealer will do you better off for the same price.

Took my boy's Honda dirt bikes in for some work. Scott did a fantastic job in all aspects of the job. He communicated well with me before doing the repairs, and then delivered perfect work on time. Prices very good. Boys out riding again and loving it. Thanks Scott!

Scott was awesome. Completed the first service requirement for my 2020 Honda Rebel 500 in a day. I will never go to Gainesville Motorsports again where I bought my bike from. They told me I would have to leave my bike there for 3 weeks! Excellent shop. Scott is extremely helpful, seems to know his stuff and reasonable. Diagnosed my somewhat uncommon issue ahead of promised timeframe, ordered parts and got me back riding. He is definitely my go-to for any ATV issues I dont have time for.

This is just one of 3 review I've ever done online, but after the service I experienced at MIH, I wanted to express my thoughts.Scott was amazing, My wife and I were planning on a bike trip this weekend and out of nowhere my bike started running on 1 cylinder. Dropped it off with Scott on Tuesday, and couldn't believe it when he called Wednesday morning saying it was ready. Diagnosed and fixed the problem saving the day. Thanks Scott for everything!!!

MiH Powersports is the best place to take your motorcycle around the atlanta area. Scott provides tremendous customer service along with a full diagnostic of your bike so you feel comfortable making the choices about how you'd like to proceed with any work you're looking to get done. Service time is quick compared to most of the larger shops these days. I will not be taking my bikes anywhere else before calling Scott first. These guys were fantastic! My clutch burned out on me and I contacted them by email. By what I told them they gave me a rough quote of $300-500. They came and got the bike from my house on a Tuesday and I picked it up on Friday. I think that the only reason it even took them that long was that the parts had to be special ordered. They called me in under 1.5 hours from when they picked it up to tell me exactly what was wrong and exactly what it would cost! The total ended up at only $317 and most of it was the parts! This would have run me least $600 at a dealer. They have the cheapest hourly labor rate I have ever seen for motorcycle mechanics. And there work was phenomenal! The bike runs even better than other did before the breakdown!Great guys, Fantastic work, I will not take my bike anywhere else!!
