A couple weeks ago, part of the undercarriage of my car was loose and dragging on the road and rubbing my tires. I heard it while I was driving and knew I needed to stop right away to get it fixed. Midas was just right across the street from where I was. I m sure they were close to closing, but they still took my car back and took a look. They got my car fixed up quickly and assured me there was no damage to my car. I got my wallet out ready to pay for the service, but the man at the desk told me not to worry about it. This was such a great experience. They were kind and understanding and so willing to help me! Highly recommend you trust these guys with your car needs!

Russell runs a great shop. I take my car there for routine maintenance, brakes, etc. It is hard to find businesses that operate with integrity anymore. This shop is the best.

Almost had my engine seized because I had my engine oil changed at this location. Whoever did the oil change didn t fix the oil filter properly and all the oil leaked out of the engine, before you guys reply saying that I don t know what I m talking about I took my car to another mechanic because the engine was super hot , he told me that there s no engine oil left in the engine and I only got it serviced at Midas 2 weeks ago atp. Never going back to this locationFYI I have all the bills from 2 weeks ago when you did the oil change

I came up to Midas to get my tire pressure checked and to get some air. I was unsure of payment, turns out both services was free!!! The customer service was amazing . Highly recommend this place

I do not recommend anyone take their car to this place for any kind of welding. They welded my exhaust on my car w/ the battery still plugged in. They fried my PCM & other electrical components the car won t even start.

Went heat to have a front end knock diagnosed. I had the last appointment slot of the day and the tech was obviously in a hurry he spent about 20 min on my car and said that he problem was a loose sway bar link, which he tightened. $145 minimum for a diagnosis and I m pretty sure the tech got out of the parking lot before I did. Mind you, I had already checked the front wheel wells for anything loose or apparent.I went home, removed the splash guard in the wheel well, and found that the rear-most joint of the control arm looked worn. I replaced both control arms and the front passenger CV axle in my driveway. I called Midas again and spoke to Russell, explaining my experience. I told him I now needed an alignment and wondered what kind of deal he could offer me. He offered half off ($50 instead of $100) to which I replied that I d already spent $145 and my time and got nothing out of it. Russell then offered to just take care of it, and on Saturday at 2:00 I got a front end alignment for no additional cost.Thanks for making it right, Russell!

I have taken 3 vehicles here for alignments. They do great work. The specs are great and my vehicles have all drive straight with no uneven tire wear. They also give a military discount.

Excellent muffler replacement experience. Russell and Alex worked hard to complete the job as quickly as possible under challenging circumstances. They kept me well informed along the way. Jacob made sure a quality part was installed correctly. He even fixed some poor exhaust pipe routing from another shop. These guys take pride in their work and it shows.Service: Exhaust

Called store Saturday because my muffler fell off my car on my way home ( from previous work not at this shop) said they could get me in Monday for a welding quote. I arrived at 8am they got me right in and assessed the issue Jacob showed me they plane to weld both my mufflers back on and had me approve the alignment and position of the mufflers to make sure I was happy before he proceeded also gave me options and ball park quote for future exhaust upgrades. This shop was Very professional and Jacob did an amazing job! Highly recommend Jacob to anyone looking to have exhaust work done. Will definitely use this shop again

I called and spoke to Alex at this branch location and he was patient and very helpful in answering all of my question in regards to my vehicle. He was kind and wasted no time to assist me I setting up am appointment. When I was at the branch he took care of my needs and helped rotate my tired as well as align them put air in them and did it in a timely manner.

Can t say enough good words about the team here. Russell and Jacob were able to get me in with a same day appointment to do emissions, an alignment and some custom exhaust work on my car, I will definitely be referring my friends and family!

I initially called and spoke with Alex. I'm quick to determine if I'll work with folks and Alex established a respectable repport while sincerely expressing the opportunity to earn my business.I needed large new tires mounted, balanced and an alignment on the Tundra.The first visit lasted 2.5 hrs and the machine broke so my tires couldn't be mounted.I wanted to give them a 2nd shot bc my dad was a mechanic and in the auto service industry his whole life while my best friend is a mechanic (no tire machine though). I know these things happen.2nd time in, same problem, the machine couldn't handle mounting my tires.Now, I'm out time off work early, loading tires into my truck 2x(33x12.5x20ATs) from my barn, travel time and fuel, hours waiting with nothing to show for it.The manager, not Alex, approved the install yet did not offer any future service discount, coupon or anything for the trouble. I do understand they also didn't make money and lost man hours.However, this was an opportunity lost for all of us. My friend mechanic is an 1.5hrs away and I'd hoped to find a shop I could trust. I imagine a Tundra maintenance customer would be good for their bottom line too.It must be noted, the team there are super nice and did try to accommodate me. Each time I waited they brought in several customers and had them taken care of quite quickly and satisfactorily from what I could tell.I wish it could have worked out.

I had an excellent experience with the reps at Midas. I had my car towed there after a water pump failed me. The manager or owner remained in contact with me about what needed to be repaired. They even contacted my warranty company on my behalf to let me know what I'll pay out of pocket to be reimbursed. The day that I picked up my vehicle, I drove it halfway down the highway and had issues again with coolant and a different part. I called the shop back, s/w Russell and even though it was close to the hour of the shop closing, he was kind hearted enough to send his mechanic, who worked on my car earlier, to come where I was located. This helpful man Tony, was also kind hearted and worked on my car in the parking lot after hours. They went above and beyond customer service to help me and I greatly appreciate it. They are God sent. Tony answered questions I had and was very informative of my next steps concerning my vehicle. Russell was very helpful and informative as well, and even offered to help me with my car, if things didn't work out properly with previous repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone! They assisted me and I believe they will assist the next person or point them in the right direction. I made a same-day appointment for an oil change online, and I was in and out in around 30 minutes. It was quick and easy, and no one tried to sell me anything extra. The only thing I wish they d change is their oil change stickers because they don t say when you need to come back for the next oil change. But overall, I had a great experience.Service: Oil change

Made a same-day appointment for oil change and new battery (after my battery pooped out on me). I was in and out in under an hour, that's never happened to me before! Just would have wanted to know about the charge for extra oil in my vehicle, but that's probably on me for knowing my own car, and now I do. They also gave me a sheet for buy 7 oil changes and get the 8th free, so I'm a fan of that program!Services: Battery, Oil change

I've been going to Midas for a few years now, and they continue to impress me with their excellent and affordable service. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they work quickly to fix my car. I'll definitely be a loyal customer and continue to rely on Midas for all my car repair needs. Went here because, one, I was referred by shop that only did oil changes and tires, two, been meaning to check them out. My check engine light was on so went in and they told me it was my camshaft sensor. Nothing else seemed to be wrong with vehicle, and they priced it out for the bad one and then replacing both camshaft sensors. Going in I knew what the problem was and was very glad that they did not add on or any other boloney. I recommend these guys, a bit of just the facts and no high pressure selling which was refreshing. I found my new shop, thanksService: General repairs & maintenance

This Midas location is the best kept secret in all of Georgia. The mechanics Tony and Jacob have serviced my Maserati, BMW i8, etc. Brandon, Jaden, and Russell are also always great with helping schedule and make sure we are getting what we need to get the job done. I drive 45 min to go to this location specifically due to how great the mechanics and service team are. Highly recommend for all your auto service needs.
