I had my front brakes done 4/18. While I didn t expect to pay quite that much I am very happy with the work that was done. Lisa went above and beyond to make me happy and David was very knowledgeable. I m sure the crew is just as pleasant. The waiting area had a docking station where you could work if needed. Chatting with a lovely lady who also likes the service here.

Had a nail in my tire and was able to get in right away. Cesar is the man to see. Outstanding customer service and he was able to find the best deal round. Always been a fan of Mavis but today they went above and beyond. Thank you again Cesar for your help today.

Had an appointment for 4 tire and a front end alignment. They finished the tire and then said they forgot i was getting an alignment. Took 2 and a half hours to do the alignment for my alignment to be worse than it was when I showed up. I usually go to Dawsonville. I will never go back to this location ever again. I would give zero stars if possible.

We came here today because my father s car was showing that we were losing pressure in the tire, even with filling it up with air. The team here was incredible and professional, checking to see if we had a leak and if there was an issue with the tire. Super thorough, friendly, and professional. I m grateful that I called here and not the dealership because every time I ve been here they re helpful and friendly and I know I ll be using them for future service needs. Thank you to the team here at this location!

Got new tires from the manufacturer website and it included install at Mavis. Prompt service and no issues. After new tires started to hear noise that I thought was from the tires. Went back to Mavis and asked for alignment. Again, prompt service no issues. Noise was still there. Came back and the desk rep rode with me to hear it, knew it was a bearing but had me come in when they had their best tech on staff. Tech confirmed it s the hub assembly. This team took the time to help me diagnose the issue knowing I would do the work myself to fix it after. They were just being good people. If there is ever work I can t do myself, they ll always be my first choice from now on.

Great place for honest above table ethical automotive work. Lisa Emily and Ernie were great with reducing things to my price range while Mak, Gabe, Levi and Henry worked together in perfect harmony to get me out of there in a flash. If possible I d give them 100 stars!!

Called for a quote on two tires. They gave me # and stated that was the out the door price. I have a regular spot i go to but decided to give them a chance as this was a good price on expensive tires.Of course at time of payment, the price increased as they said it didn't include mounting and balancing.On top of that, rims were scratched and they used a rim paint pen to cover it up. The scratch wasn't horrible but nevertheless. They left a bunch of tire lube on the rim to make it less noticeable.Tried to speak with someone about it, they kept pawningme off to the next person. I understand they were busy but didn't even take time to address my concerns. Do not go here if you truly love your car and take care of it.

I was visiting another tire store today and they said my tires would take about 12 days to get there and be put on and so I called this Mavis and they had four tires ready to put on immediately so I got them. They appear to be good tires and I think they will suit my needs very well.

Very friendly and helpful on a Sunday morning. I needed a taillight bulb replaced and I barely sat down to wait and it was done! There was no charge! Best service I've had anywhere in years! Thank you! I'll be back!

This is the place to go to when your in need of services for your tires, brakes, and etc. But make sure you go there when Lisa is there. She was very helpful and responsive. She will make sure you are treated well and taken care of. She went out her to help my friend Paul out with his tires!

Lisa and the staff have taken great care of my VW Gli and VW Tiguan. They ve help me on the fly and when I need my cars taken care of. I m very picky on who touches my cars and mavis on marketplace blvd has been absolutely great. Lisa keep up the good work my Tiguan will be in for a set of brakes soon.

Possibly one of THE worst shops you can go to. Just drive down the street to discount tire OR even better. Go to Costco. They are con artist, always trying to upsell and terrible quality of work. Beware, they will also enter the wrong mileage when you purchase. check your invoices because if you ever have to deal with a warranty swap it will show you are way past the warranty mileage due to purposely entering incorrect mileage in their system. Trust me, it happened to me. I wouldnt even give them a 1 star if I could.

They went above and beyond to help my husband when he got a flat in the Home Depot Parking lot while pulling our large trailer. Lisa answered the call, and helped remove the tire and roll it back to the shop. Fixed it and replaced it on the truck. Great People, Best Customer Service.

Wish i could give negative stars, Horrible service, people here have no respect for customers, made an appoint for tyre installation thru amazon, first they said they have only 2 out of 4 to install, was there at 2 pm as schduled, sat there for 2 hours and i see my car still not touched, i mean 2 hours still not even taken my car on the bay, when i asked the staff, they were rude to answer, saying we have more cars infront of you and you are not paying a dime to install its an order by Amazon, come on in that case why didn't they tell me its gonna take more than 2 hours, and said if you want to bring it back some other day, hell no,not wasting half a day again at this store,after waiting for 4 hours, they come back and said technician didn't know tyres are directional and mounted them wrong, and they have to do all again,and i may have to pick up the car next day, at this point its 6'o clock and i've had enough and took my car home as is,horrible, horrible experience. Never coming back,that is one awfull and frustrating experience, never ever going back to any Mavis tyres again

Every time I go to this mavis i am greeted with a smile and a pleasant welcome. The store manager Lisa is very helpful and knowledgeable. It s always a pleasure when Ms. Lisa is there, I know then, that my car will be worked on correctly. Many thanks again to Ms. Lisa.

Very unfriendly, also completely false commitment, and don't honor warranties. I was told 2 hours to get oil change and tire repair, 2 hours later I asked about how much longer it would be and was told 3.5 hours. I was the only person in the waiting area and nobody thought to let me know. He told another lady that her tire warranty was no good because she didn't get the tire alignment with them when installing it. And the way they talk is that they simply don't care at all. I and another person asked for our keys back and left. They were happy about it.
