I had two great experiences buying things for my car today. The one I want to talk about here, is my experience at Mavis Tire and brakes. This Mavis location (2240 Peachtree Pkwy) has been here for many years but is now being renovated. It is amazing how big the place is with the renovation. It's not finished yet but you can already see the difference.I have been to this location several times along with other Mavis locations. At this location, they are making changes for the better. They will have new counters stations for you to do remote work (charging ports and more).They are turning the old customer lounge into a kids area. They've added a lot of new windows in the back area so you can see what's happening with your vehicle.But the best part is working with my man Wayne. Wayne is the service advisor and is one of the coolest dudes I ve ever encountered at an auto shop.I felt like he appreciated me as a customer and was excited about the improvements. (But it's likely that Wayne may be the biggest improvement that is happening at this location). I like the personal touch that he had with my interaction. So I wanted to write a review and encourage people to come to this new location or this remodeled location of Mavis Tire & Auto. I got an oil change today and got the headlights in my car replaced. I considered purchasing more services because I like Wayne so much but decided to wait.

I had a flat tire yesterday and needed to get it fixed today as I needed to drive in the highway for work, and stopped my MAVIS. Immediately when I got out the car, Wayne greeted me and asked what services I needed today and I said I needed my tire repaired. I appreciated the quick deal on the tire and the quick service as I needed to head to work soon. Wayne and David were super nice and kept me entertained while I waited. I highly recommend this place for quick turnaround service and amazing service. It is clean and nice inside and I was told that they're repairing their building for more amazing amenities such as a kids playroom and a room where customers can sit and wait for their service. I will be going back whenever I need and I'm glad I took my car here. Thank you again to Wayne and David for the excellent customer service!

Mavis is very supportive in helping me with oil change, tires, break pads and break rotors.Mr David was very humble is explaining the preventive maintenance in detailing the situation of the worn out parts and why it needs to be replaced and also gave the confidence of the overall performance and Customer Satisfaction.The place is undergoing interior renovation and changes, which is very exited and I strongly recommend to visit the place for any type of preventive maintenance and many more.

Service with a smile. So happy to have dropped in to have my tire looked at because I found my new favorite Tire repair shop. In minutes they found my issue and I was on my way in no time. Looks like they are creating a new family friendly spacious environment.

Walked in today for my oil change and what a pleasant surprise. My Mavis location was remodeled. The service technicians are professional, fast, and efficient. Most importantly the prices are affordable.

This place is amazing. Customer service was excellent and kind. I recommend anyone come here if they are in need of anything car related. The inside is currently being re-done and looks awesome. Place for kids to play while the family waits for whatever is getting done.

Mavis always has given great service, on time and at or below the quoted estimate. Waiting area and restroom are always spotlessly clean. I recommend the me for tires, brakes and oil changes. They keep my Jeep in tip top shape. Just had service done today, 12/28/23, as always service was prompt and thorough. Under going a major renovation, this location is adding a customer waiting area with complete work stations and a total new look. Kids play area, New service desks and nice bright, comfortable waiting area. This renovation is under way. See photos.

Great team and great job! I am impressed with not only their professionalism but with the work I got done. I received new tires and back brakes. They took their time and explained to me what needed to be done. Not rushing me and no pressure. I waited for a week before writing a review. No complaints!! Thank you all!

David was wonderful! I had come in frustrated from visiting other tire shops and he turned everything around and got me what I needed with a smile on his face. They are renovating and doing a great job! Will be coming back to this location for all of my tire needs in the future! Thanks David

Wayne is super helpful and friendly even through a current remodel!He even told me that they are remodeling to create a kids play area and a separate customer area that will be able to see into the shop.This is my new favorite place to get tires & oil changes!

It was pretty late after work and all other tire shops were closed. This was the only open shop that I could find. The staff were very nice and helpful. Their future customer waiting zone is under construction. After it s finished the customer zone will be separated from the kids zone.

They are amazing here! I came from another location that had a 3 hour wait. I came here and they made space for me right away and gave me a deal on the tire that I couldn t get anywhere else. Great customer service! Great people! Will definitely be back for any future tire issues, changes and maintenance I may have! It used to be Dekalb Tire and now it s Mavis! David is amazing!

I came in to this Mavis Tire and Brakes shop and received EXCEPTIONAL service. It was near closing on a Sunday afternoon and David made sure I was taken care of. I am so thankful for not only his helpfulness, but his wonderfully positive attitude. Mavis has earned a repeat customer from me! Thank you David and keep up the great work!

I recently visited Mavis Tire for a tire patch, and I must say, their service was exceptional. The staff was understanding and helpful, ensuring a quick turnaround so I could get to work on time. Wayne at Mavis on Peachtree Pkwy near Bagley Road did me a solid today with A complimentary tire rotation after Grease Monkey in John s Creek ripped me off for oil change with NO tire rotation. Look at all the remodeling Mavis is doing. They re even open on Sundays!!

My day started terrible when I saw that my tire was flat this morning, but when I brought my car to Mavis, David turned my day around. He was very nice and helpful, and got my car in right away. I really appreciated the quick and excellent service, thanks David for all your help!

Caesar helped my wife and I with our cars. I needed an alignment and she needed an oil change. He was able to get us in on short notice and dealt with our issues quickly and thoroughly. My son really enjoyed the kids play area while we waited!

I had a headlight go out and went in day of to get it replaced. David was incredibly helpful! The headlight needed an extra part which he ordered on the spot to arrive in about 15 minutes. Overall very timely and great service! Highly recommend!

I don't normally leave reviews at places that aren't restaurants but the service here was incredible and I wanted to make it known! I had my car towed here after hours after I was stranded with a flat tire and no spare, and they had it patched up and fixed the next day for me to pick up after work! Wayne was very kind and helpful and I greatly appreciate him!! I know I'll be stopping by if I ever have tire issues in the future and I recommend this location to anyone who needs the same!

Great place Wayne gave me a great deal on my tires and they re remodeling the place to look like new. They re adding a new waiting room that allows them to have one for adults and a separate one for kids

Very pleased with customer service today at Mavis Tires. Mahmed is professional, cordial, got my car needs met quickly. Tech Mikey was very efficient and another tech, Gerard, was pleasant. Whole experience was terrific and I highly recommend this tire company for your car's needs. Will use Mavis again. Felt like a neighborhood store instead of a franchise; very personal care.
