2 stars only for few staff that were nice. but dropping off a car at 7:30am and get no updates at all until the following end of the next day is bad customer service. also, we had to call to inquire each time. wouldnt come back.

We brought our Business vehicle a 2019 Kia Soul in for oil change, tire rotation, and a modification to the key s ignition etc. It turns out that cars like the Soul which has a keyed ignition are being stolen by kids as a Tic Toc dare. It s doesn t cost anything as it was part of our warranty.

The service was swift. The eta to look at my car was about 2 weeks, but it was done in about 2 days. Stefany was kind and professional and so were the staff that was on duty when I picked up my car.
