We have had our 2019 Optima here maybe 5 times now..For some reason when you start it on cool mornings it squeals. (LOUD).They cant seem to find out why..Its very annoying when you wake up the neighborhood with the noise. We are here again this am Oct 23 2023 at 0630..Lets hope for the best..

Heather (service advisor) has always been very polite, practical and honest with us in maintaining our vehicles! She has been our service advisor since we purchased our vehicle almost 10 years ago. David Wikle has been a great service department director, and it shows with the quality of work the department provides! Keep up the great work service team!Service: General repairs & maintenance

One of the mechanics is super nice guy. He wanted to talk and be friendly rather just bring a bill out or say your car needs this or that !! He brought a real touch of customer service and friendliness to the expeirence of getting your vehicle looked at the shop.

Drove a Kia EV6 and a Niro EV. Great cars but the EV6 was the best ride. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Answered all my questions. I will be back when I am ready to buy.

Had to get my starter replaced, transmission fluid flushed, and a coolant replaced. The tower brought my car to the shop in the morning, and mechanics were able to finish before the end of the day. It wasn't cheap considering it's a dealership, but there was a discount and a free car wash. Sharon was my advisor, and everything went extremely smoothly!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Switched to Lou Sobh Honda from another area Honda dealership after being disappointed for lack of value and customer care. Cheron at Lou Sobh is our go-to Service Advisor. I appreciate that their honest about work that really needs to be done, and work that doesn't! I could take it to a general auto service shop, but knowing that its all-Honda parts and trained mechanics makes the difference.

After I tried to book an appointment online, someone was supposed to contact me and never did. I still need an appointment to get my vehicle serviced, should I go somewhere else?

My go to place for my Honda fit. Only had an issue once a d they fixed it for free. Staff is always friendly and keeps good records of their customers. Chairs are dangerous though, can lead to napping.

Bought my Sorento here a week ago and I love it. Customer service was excellent at this dealership. I highly recommend Larry Levine, who was my salesman. He was nice, very patient, well informed, and was not pushy or aggressive at all. He worked with me to get the best price and payments that I was comfortable. He worked hard to make the whole buying process go quick and smooth. I was in and out in about 2 hours total which is rare at dealerships. Great overall experience. Very satisfied.

We've had to come to Lou Sobh a couple of times for repair of our Kia and both times it was a pleasant experience. Customer service is friendly and they didn't keep me there all day. Waiting area includes free coffee and water as well as a separate room for kids to watch TV.

What a pleasant experience! I had dropped a key down a hole near the drivers seat support and coudnt get it out of there. Even though it was a Saturday and i did not have an appointment, the service department agreed to check it out for me. They managed to retrieve the key and, by my standards the cost was minimal. The service tech was friendly, professional and went out of his way to make my experience there a good one.

Drove in to see a few cars, sales lady was nice and not pushy. Let me and my brother drive what we wanted, far price and offered us a good value in service. Vehicles where clean and show room was comfortable.

I am Hyundai customer for two decades. Am terribly disappointed with this dealership.1. Sales rep stood me up!Mr. Chris Erickson & I had agreed that I will visit over the next 3 days. Messaged him and went to the dealer, but was told he was on vacation !2. A primary Presales criteria was not metBefore looking at the vehicle, since I was upgrading the size, I wanted to ensure the vehicle would fit in my garage-10 miles away. But, was told that I needed to sign a buyers agreement and drive the new vehicle myself, as opposed to a test drive where they could come with me. I can t but what I cannot feel comfortable will fit 3. As I left, I looked at the sticker price, which was 9500 above MSRP for a Telluride, I realized the price was similar to a Land Rover Discovery!Grow up Kia! It s better to buy a Range Rover than a Kia with this extortion of 9500 above MSRP!

I must love it I've bought my last 3 cars here. they say if you ever find a car salesman that you can trust you should stick with them. Well Tim Tyler is my guy! He is honest, truthful, and fair with me. Although he's no longer a car salesman here I always make sure he's involved with my dealings. He's a great guy and this is a great dealership.

Made an appointment with ease on-line. Pulled up and they were ready for me. This was my first service, and there was no charge as promised when I purchased. I even got the exterior washed. I was in and out in an hour.

We bought a new Odyssey from Chris Manikowski, the transaction was smooth and fast. Unfortunately when we arrived home we noticed a very minor ding in the tailgate. I immediately called Chris and sent him a photo. Without hesitation he said "we'll take care of it" the following week he organized for the ding to be removed, it was a paintless dent repair. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Chris is extremely responsive. Even on his days off!It's not often one can recommend a car dealer however if you are looking at a new Honda I highly recommend you give Chris M. a call.

Just purchased a used vehicle here. The process was straight-forward and these guys were very easy to deal with. This wasn't a high-pressure situation and they were honest about pricing. After having gone to several questionable lots, I'm satisfied with this experience.

They took my vehicle as soon as I got in even though I was late for their last appointment for the day. My vehicle was ready in no time. The Serviceperson came to where I was sitting and gave me a detail run down. I deliberately went to them because they've had years serving my type of vehicle and for my next Service date, I will go back.Unfortunately the food amenities were very slim compared to other Kia Dealerships. They only had water and it was not in a refrigerator. The young woman said it was because of Covid. If that is the case where is your mask and gloves when handling the tops of bottles? I'll bring my own snacks for next time.
