The owner Chad is a simply honest mechanic and would never cheat you on anything. His crew is awesome as well, just good honest people who know how to get the job done right the first time. Turn around times and pricing on parts/labor are on point. Love this place, don t trust anyone else to work on my vehicles whatsoever. He s worked on two of my vehicles, 2005 Honda civic lx and 2004 Mini Cooper S.

Chad is a con artist. Simple as that. A lying criminal who takes your money and does nothing to your car. I strongly suggest you ignore his initial charm and take your business elsewhere.I WOULD call but no one returns my call and I get lied to. REPEATEDLY.

Picked up the phone when my minivan with 180,000 miles died coming back from my parents house the day after Christmas. I thought the car had died, all gauges acting erratic, would not go into gear, etc. Turned out to be the distributor and a few days later they installed a new one, and now I am back on the road on my way to 250,000 miles... Great job Legendary Auto Repair

Having moved to Forsyth recently and being an empty nester, I found myself in a pickle when leaving for work. As it turned out, I was only dealing with a dead battery, but Chad Reynolds turned the unexpected stressful situation into a seemingly simple experience.He literally had the battery ready to go and I was back to business within the hour. I have found my go to for future vehicle maintenance and repairs.Not to mention his shop is one of the cleanest and most comfortable environments I ve ever been in. Also, I d be remiss if I didn t give a huge shout out to Grace!An overall pleasant experience!

Our 2013 Ford Edge Limited was due for 120,000 mile major maintenance. I looked up reviews and shopped dealers and independent service options. I chose Legendary Auto Repair based on reviews, the straight forward and knowledgeable discussion of my service needs and competitive pricing. Chad had a package deal with all the required maintenance tasks: Total Inspection Belts, boots, exhaust, shocks, replace Spark Plugs, Clean Fuel Induction System, Coolant Flush, Engine Oil/filter change, Trans drain/refill, Brake & Power Steering fluid flush, Engine & Cabin Air filters. I dropped the Edge off the scheduled morning and by early afternoon the work was completed. He used quality brand fluids & filters and the price was exactly what we had agreed on. It s now 2 1/2 months later and the Edge is still running fine.

There's plenty of repair shops around, but to find a mechanic you can trust? That's a real find. After speaking with Chad, I felt totally confident in his ability and felt comfortable leaving my vehicle with him. He called me with updates, kept me informed on the progress, the issues that he found, and made solid suggestions along the way. In the end, he did everything he said would do, in the time frame and price he quoted. It doesn't get any better than that.

They worked on my Honda CRV. Replaced broken molding, air filters and did a complete safety check before I travel for Thanksgiving. They really know their stuff. Our 2004 Navigator was in bad shape and other shops did not give us the impression they could handle major engine work. Legendary not only handled it very well but also made sure other connected systems that could have been affected, like the radiator in our case, were operating properly too. They had us bring it back after a hundred miles so they could verify everything was working well. Extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic service. 5 out of 5 stars.

I visited this mechanic shop to have a pre-purchase inspection done on my new truck. The customer service was amazing and an extremely fair and cheap price than every competitor close by! Five stars are not enough my car started acting up on Monday.. no dealership had openings so I googled great repair shops and found the mechanics that car owners dream of. Customer service is aces and they repaired my car in an hour, while they maintain the most reasonable rates I ve seen.. from oil changes to god forbid my transmission has issues legendary is my go to these guys just do it right Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Be Very Careful with this company. They charged me $1400.00 for two parts. I never got the parts and have only gotten $500.00 back. I can not get the rest of my money returned. It has been over 485 days and counting. Chad s says his accountant is really hard to get a hold of. Boy is she!! I m starting to think Chad isn t really planning to give me the money he took from my family back! Chad and his team are awesome. My car spent a month at a local Ford dealer for an inoperable gas gauge. Still not fixed when I picked it up and now my check engine light was also on. I took it to Legendary. Within 2 hours Chad and his team had my gauge working properly and no check engine light. And he gave me a very fair price and did not charge me for any parts I did not need as my Ford dealer did. Go see Chad. You will be glad you did. I sure am.

I cannot give Chad and his entire team higher praise after how they helped me with an urgent exhaust system issue on my Nissan Murano, despite having a full docket of work already scheduled for the day. Chad told me to come down to his shop, immediately put my car on the lift, and truly went above and beyond to have me safely driving home in a couple of hours with a clear explanation of the issue and solution. He s kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable, providing me great value for my money and time today. I ll definitely be back for any future work my car needs.

Chad and his crew are the best. True mechanics that know how to diagnose and properly repair at fair prices. I m able to send my teen daughter there with her vehicle and know she ll be treated well and respectfully.

My check engine light came on and my friend recommended Legendary Auto Repair. Chad took me in right away and fixed my car for a very fair price. He was honest, professional and did great work. He will be my mechanic for as long as he will have me. I highly recommend him and his business to everyone. This place is great! Chad doesn t mess around and knows this business. I needed brake work on my Ford F-150 and this was the right place to do the work. Pads and rotors replaced in a timely manner at the right price. I finally found an honest work shop and would highly recommend Chad for auto repairs. His shop is clean and professional. Chad and his automotive repair team are the folks that truly portray what the south is all about. Friendly, hardworking, honest, and their prices are great. They replaced my AC compressor and other components all in less than 24 hours. It was late in the afternoon, and as I waited one fellow did the diagnostics. They determined the problem, Chad gave me a quote, and by the next morning the car was fixed. Really good price and he provided a life-time warranty on the repair!!!Service: A/C installation & repair

I took my car into the dealership for a recall to replace the fuel pump relay. When my car was in the shop they called me stating my Starter was bad (I had been having issues with my starter) and needed to be replaced would cost 1450 from the Local Dodge dealership. I couldn t believe that would be that expensive, being a single mother I needed a reliable repair. My step dad recommended I call Legendary Auto repair for the replacement of my starter. He had used Legendary auto repair in the past and highly recommended them. I called Chad at Legendary Auto repair, he was very professional and willing to see what he could do. He worked diligently to order my part, it was in the shop at 230 PM and gave me an estimate. I brought my car right there that afternoon, he had my starter replaced within 2 hours. He was very diligent to get my car fixed that same day at a reasonable price and he definitely achieved that goal! I would highly recommend using Legendary Auto Repair for your auto needs I will definitely be using Legendary auto repair for all of mine.

Chad was great. Brought truck in to check where a leak was entering the cab. They were able to diagnose where the leak was a fix it all within the same day. Price was very reasonable too. Overall great experience and Chad was great.

Chad Reynolds the owner is a truly magnificent individual!! Not only did he have my vehicle in-and-out the next day it was half price of what the dealer "d me not only that the dealer said I had to wait 3 weeks to have a simple 02 sensor replaced.I made a big mistake by leaving my vehicle at Herbert's automotive on Brownsbridge road, I left it there for 3 days and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it.Legendary auto service is the only place I will ever take my vehicle to again ever!

Jonathan Chad Reynolds is a snake in the grass. If you want to get lied to. Also never get a phone call or text about updates on your vehicle. This is the shop that will do it. I had a terrible experience with Legendary Auto. I regret having my transmission "rebuilt" by them. I should have looked this guy's name up before hand. I would have found out he's nowhere near as good as he says. Honest, reliable, professional, great communication.Chad even gave me his cell number in case I had further questions.I Brought the Tacoma truck up to Chad and the team and asked him to give a tune-up on my truck.
