I was there on Saturday for an oil change. After I pulled over to the car wash, I noticed smoke coming from the engine. I immediately took it back to the service bay where four technicians looked at it and couldn t figure out where the smoke was coming from. They claimed it wasn t caused by them, even though it happened right after getting an oil change. I had to take my car elsewhere, because they gave up, and they found that the oil had been overfilled/spilled and had dripped to the underside of the engine. That cost me an extra $75. One of the four technicians did admit to spilling some on top. They brought it back into the bay to inspect, so I don t know how they couldn t see the oil. It s unfortunate because I haven t had issues in the past, but until they get better technicians, I wouldn t trust going back.

Went to them for a simple oil change. My car had 0 leaks, nothing wrong with it.They told me I needed a new oil plug & that I had to go buy at autozone.I come back another day with the oil plug 2 days later, another person is servicing my car and they tell me my car is fine, oil is changed, I no longer need the oil plug. Weird right?For the next couple of days my car is leaking oil out in my garage, so I take it to GOODYEAR instead of going back to Jiffy lube bc it seems they do not know what they are doing.End up finding out, there are $900 worth of damages from the leak they caused.I called the shop, explained to them my situation and how my leak did not start until I got my oil changed by them, what the cost to actually repair it was PLUS having to get my oil RE-CHANGED right after them. All I wanted was a return on the $100+ oil change they charged me. Not the repairs, JUST THE OIL THAT THEY CHANGED THAT LEAKED OUT. They said my request was void because they have a 90 day oil change warranty, and I should ve went back to them to get it fixed.Why would I go back to a car shop that messed my car up off of a simple oil change? Do you guys even hire qualified staff or just anyone? Why was I lied to about my oil plug from needing one to not needing one? Find out next time on JIFFY LUBE SUCKSGuy on the phone was at least nice. Never will come back here again tho

They did a great job of explaining synthetic blend vs high mileage oil and making a recommendation. They always have a coupon available online. They're always quick and a lot cheaper than Take5. The only thing I prefer about Take5 is that you stay in the car. It seems kind of pointless to go inside for only 10 minutes. Paying in your car and staying in your car is a bit easier for everyone once they invest in the POS systems out in the garage.Service: Oil change

Thank you to Pablo he went the extra mile for me last night. Came in for an oil change, they helped changed my filter and found my oil cap was missing. Pablo went the extra mile and ordered a new piece and picked it up right away and put it on for me. Great customer service I will definitely keep doing business here.

Went for emissions but they do that just fine. If there's no wait it's like 10-15 mins. You get a free basic carwash ticket that you can use immediately after. Carwash is fine for an automated one. It is always fun to watch however. You do get unlimited time with vacuums and trash cans to clean your interior. Overall would do emissions again.

Staff did not communicate oil change costs effectively. I ended up selecting a service that was not what I wanted and was charged a much higher price. When I pointed this out to management, they did nothing to make up for the miscommunication. I ended up paying more than I planned for a service I didn't want. There were also multiple attempts to upcharge my total balance. Just a terrible experience. I won't be going back.Service: Oil change

Second time coming to this place for an oil change and I m so happy I did! Pablo is super friendly and super helpful! was the best service I've had since moving to Georgia 6 weeks ago. The store manager set the tone followed by her technician Garrett. From the moment I pulled up the customer service was phenomenal. Tori walked me through the different options and pricing giving me all of the knowledge and not just forcing me to choose the priciest like other places I have encountered. It was a quick wait while they changed my oil, filter, and checked my fluids during which time they brought me the air filter l. I could see how dirty it was and make the call about getting a new one for myaelf instead of having to rely on someones word it was dirty... unfortunately in the past this was a way I know places to get more money for unnecessary things, so I also appreciatd this! They have a cool coffee and snack area lounge to stay warm in, and the checkout is quick and they give you a complementary car wash voucher! Top notch service, thank you Tori and the Jiffy team, definitely going to be the only place I take my Nissan Altima.Service: Oil change

We had a great experience with Nigel during our oil change. He explained what we needed for our vehicle and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon and Carolyn were also very helpful. I've been at this location before and it was great. Unfortunately this time around the interior cleaning was very poorly done. I purposely removed all my items from the car before coming to change the oil because I knew they will vacuum it and clean it. As I arrived to the respective area I saw they were cleaning the trunk of the previous car and cleaning the edges of the trunk door and I was expecting they would do he same with my van. Unfortunately they didn't. They didn't even vacuum the third row of seats. When I got home I realized that and notices that the edges of the doors are as dirty as they were before the car wash. I am very disappointed. Worse thing was I asked the young man who cleaned my car if he had been able to clean the back of the car and he said yes. Such lying is disappointing and it is making me look for a new location where to get the work done well. The tip was undeserved this time.

Bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. The oil change costs $79, except they tell me they don t have my filter in stock. I ask them if I can go buy one and bring it to them and get the price reduced. Sure. I come back with my filter and they say they ll knock $3 off. I tell them the filter cost much more than that. Doesn t matter. The $79 oil change will cost $76, but it s really going to cost me over $90 with the price of the filter. Forget it. I ll find a more customer-oriented shop. They lost a customer permanently, and I immediately canceled my car wash monthly service, which I d had for a year, so they lost that revenue, too.

Good and quick service for an oil change. There was no line so I was luck to be in and out. They also gave a free car wash ticket with the purchase of the oil change.

Customer service was great! Was in and out in about 30 minutes.I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them for vehicle maintenance, as well as car wash and detailing.

I went to have my car detailed and also wanted my emissions test, they explained that they only had one employee certified and it was his day off. No big deal, a few days later I called to make sure he was working and when he was supposed to leave. The desk receptionist told me he was and that he would leave at six. When I pulled up an hour later (4:00) I was told that he just left because it was slow I was offered no solutions when I spoke to the receptionist personally and I don t understand why it was not communicated that I was coming or why the one employee who is certified to do the test would not stay for the entirety of his shift. If he hates slow days so much perhaps he should find a more exciting line of work.

Oil change place was called jiffy lube, but definitely not. Not great service. No attention to detail. My oil change took 30 min to complete and there were no other cars, I had already waited 30 min for the other 2 cars in the 2 bays to fishing there oil change. There process is very flawed. And the free car wash wasnt used. There was such awful communication and service, I backed out of the car wash line and left. Avoid this "jiffy lube" at all costs.

Very friendly people and good prices, but they are not Jiffy. Plan on it taking 35-45 minutes, even if there is no line. You get the free car-wash, which is really great, but that s another 30 minutes of your life you will never get back.

After taking down my information they kicked me out of my car telling me that I couldn't stay in it while they were changing the oil. No communication on if there was a waiting room or anything. And then they did not ask me at all what type of oil I wanted in my car except for asking me if I wanted full synthetic or a blend. So I currently have no idea what kind of oil they put in my car. I'm sure they charged me for the most expensive one they have though.

These guys are awesome ! I mentioned to them I had an issue with my oil burning off and I was there for a top off. They took the time to inspect the car, discuss the issue with me and give me some possible reasons behind it. I really appreciated the time they took to talk to me instead of brushing it off like many other places would do.

1st time here they did not screw the skid plate tight. So when I left it dragged and I was stuck on side of road. They blamed it on the free car was they offer with the oil change.I don't recommend them to anyone. Very disappointed!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
